Clayton Valet has been extremely helpful while Wellbridge is under construction. Maffitt in particular always greets you with a smile whether it s freezing rain or sunny. He makes using the service that much better. Also noticed I was there a lot and gave me an express sticker.
Valet crashed my car over 7 months ago and they still refuse to pay my deductible! Owners don t return emails or phone calls! Awful all around

If you want to spend your hard earned money, tip the guy pretty well and drive off with damage to your vehicle. Look no further. Drivers only care about their tip and not where they Park your vehicle. Just take a look at the damage caused by them. Then I tried to call them and they immediately got defensive and brushed me off. I tried pulling some information from them to try and give them a benefit of the doubt but they just kept dragging it on until the parking lot video expired and they were free and clear. I think it goes without saying how poorly the management staff handled this situation. I will make sure that from now on I take before and after images of any Valet personnel I let drive my truck or any of my vehicles. I also notified police the lots they Park on and other friends and family to beware of this scandalous company who does not take responsibility or even try to help the customer that put food on their table even if they did not do the damage. The should've tried to help instead of me calling them repeatedly to get information out of them.
Very mannerable valets everytime i come. Jenna C goes out of her way to male sure I'm doing good and always asks if I need help she also interacts with my son and I love that!!!! She's one of the best valets I've ever had

I love this Valet service! I have a client who is disabled and needs to get to her appointment's in a safe and timely manner. We use this service 3-4 times per week and we get to see our three favorite employees Iris, Marqus and Motasem who make sure we are very well taken care of and also get my car back to me in a prompt fashion. I visited Carmines Steakhouse on Saturday October 24th and received exceptional service. I actually showed up with my family before valet services were even offered. The valet attendant ( I believe his name was Gary or maybe Jerry) came in and asked if he could park my car because I was parked in two spaces. I had been having issues with a tire for a few days and explained to him there was a screw in it and that I had AAA on the way to repair it. And without hesitation he said he could fix it by plugging it before he even started his shift and that it would only take 5 or 10 minutes.. I was so thankful to him and was able to cancel my AAA service call. So quite naturally I wanted to tip the man, and he said don't worry about it and just do me a favor! When the chance arises do something nice for a stranger and then we will be even! So for those of you that are weary of using valet services, you have nothing to worry about with Clayton Valet Services. And thanks again!

We used Clayton Valet for our event at the 9th St. Abbey. The Abbey has virtually no parking and we had at least 50 cars. The valets were all fantastic, friendly, and fast. They had a team of several people shuttling cars for us and everyone in my group was impressed with their service. I always use valet at Mercy on Ballas and all of the employees are great! Today RJ was the one who greeted us when we pulled up and he was very friendly! While we were waiting for our car after my appointment, I saw RJ handle a difficult customer and he remained friendly, calm, and helpful the entire time.

I am not sure I ll even begin to adequately convey the amount of hardship our family has experienced from the poor service of this company. Principles are completely absent in the service of Clayton Valet. Not only was my car keyed during my time at Mercy while I was ill and with 4 of my children, the valet said nothing when they gave me my vehicle back and the man who drove my car was absent when I called the police to file a report. The entire driver s side of my new vehicle now has to be completely repainted. The valet showed me so much discrimination telling me that if I couldn t afford to fix the vehicle I shouldn t have bought it and wouldn t find a manager for me as I waited for nearly an hour, with my children, for someone to explain to me that they have NO cameras in the Mercy valet parking lot, leaving us paying out of pocket for damages. Was it because I am a woman? Am I to be made to feel that my voice has no authority? All I wanted was for management to simply come and speak with me about a devastating occurrence, but no. To make things even worse, we still haven t received a phone call from the company. I guess having 0 liability if you can t prove someone in the company did it and not letting individuals know that the lot they will be driving their car into isn t covered with security cameras, so there would be no way for them to find justice, is ethical. I stand appalled. I truly hope this company begins to operate in a way that shows they value their customers and not the money they make running this business. As a family owned business one would assume they would understand what this kind of damage could do to a family who has worked hard for the nicer things in their lives and tried to upkeep a spotless record so their insurance rates wouldn t have to go up.

I used the valet service provided outside of Tani and I am incredibly unhappy. I wish I would have found out his name. We had just got our car back and I was about to pay. I asked him for change and he automatically assumed I wasn't tipping and the first thing that comes out of his mouth is "well, the company receives the $6 so that means I don't get a tip." Not even a question. A statement. As a person who works in customer service myself, and someone who also lives off of tips.. I was absolutely appalled at his response. All I did was ask for change. I didn't even walk away. I am upset because for every person that has stiffed me during my career, NOT ONE have I confronted about it. Even when I was sure that they were long gone. Because it's RUDE. I tipped him but I wish I didn't. This was absolutely embarrassing and a sad excuse for any sort of "customer service."

I take my mother for treatment daily in St. Charles and as I pull up they are already getting her wheelchair and have us in our doctor office in a matter of minutes. I hired them for a car service for a 2-day round-trip to Kansas City. It was exceptional. Extremely courteous professional gentleman drove me. Perfectly on time. Texted me 15-30 before arrival to assure me he'd be there. The minivan seat was very comfortable. I worked nonstop the entire way, and time flew by. Very smooth. The driver Mr. Chamberlain did everything to make sure I was comfortable and safe. Will absolutely hire in future. Very appreciative for the reliable and professional service.

He hustled to get my car, when I arrived and promptly assisted me when I was ready to leave. He actually ran/jogged to get my car. I recently had surgery and was using a walker and in a fair amount of pain. His attentiveness really saved the day! Thank you Clayton Valet for such exceptional, friendly service.
Such great service each time I've used them. Today I had Marquise Roberson as my attendant and he was so sweet! Takes me awhile to get out of the car and he was so kind and so patient. I highly recommend this parking service!
I was speaking with one of valets when leaving Toni, and I told him I noticed how I never saw faces of color at Cafe Napoli. So I ask him why. His response was the manager of the restaurant didn t want black people working there, as they feared customers wouldn t want to dine at the establishment seeing a little black boy standing curbside. I loved the service the valets provide, nonetheless. As a matter of fact, the valet from Toni was superb. Went above and beyond to keep myself and other guests happy. But I cannot continue support of this company if it condones racism.

Thursday October 15th, Kim the valet attendent did not hesitate to help me obtain a wheel chair and escorted me to my doctor's office in the South building at Dr Paul Hosiptal. She made my visit less stressful and comfortable. I really appreciate her non-judgement attitude as she made adjustments to help me. Kim is a professional and I hope this company appreciate her!

I been going to Alton Memorial Hospital for a while for a while and I never came across someone with extraordinary customer service. I believe he is new to this hospital because I never saw him before but his name is Kory Smith I believe. You all are so lucky to have someone like him as an employee all my life going to this hospital no valet ever made sure all my needs were met and can go Park and bring back 3 cars with a sense of urgency. This man is amazing and actually RUNS to get cars ,even if the lot is across the street , you can see how much desire he has for pleasing people. He is Just so positive , Thank you all for sending him over here. He will make a difference in your company one day. But watch out I might have to steal him from you all to join my work organization. Haha! Laughing but serious.

Clayton valet stands out in the valet field, with excellent customer relations. Trains the valets to be very polite. Only hiring the best available people doing thorough background checks and interview process. You can leave your car with these gentlemen any day of the week and get it back in tip top shape with speed. Rest assured the car parking talent is excellent.
On top of everything. Willing to go the extra mile. They have provided valet service with a very short turnaround. On a personal note, their hospital valet employees are so good with patient arrivals and departures.
This is absolutely the most garbage company I have ever dealt with. They should not be anywhere near a hospital. I have been dealing with them consistently for over a year since I have a family member that is frequently in the hospital. The valet drivers constantly make women in my family uncomfortable. I've been asked if I have a boyfriend and have been asked for my phone number. One of the valet drivers took over 20 minutes to get my sister's car only for us to find out he was smoking pot in it. Because of this I started using the garage which is just as bad. The credit card machine in the garage breaks like the McDonald's ice cream machine and if you don't have cash the people working in the garage will either not let you leave or will hassle you with eye rolls and deep sighs until they finally decide to let you go. Every single employee I have encountered has been extremely rude to downright mean. I don't understand why a company with such disdain for people would work at a hospital where people are going through very difficult times. The company must treat their employees like trash or something for them all to be so consistently horrible to me and my family. I would love to say I will never use them again, but unfortunately I have to continue to give them my money every time I have to visit my mother in the hospital. Oh and god freaking forbid you leave your scrap of paper in the hospital room because they will charge you $25 for parking in an unguarded lot for under an hour.

Great greeting and also when it was time for him to return my car he actually RAN for my car too as he returned under a minute and made sure to say bye and fully open and close our doors for us! Such a Gentleman! Thank you for having him apart of your company and he is great what he brings to the table! Too bad he will be leaving soon for his new journey in the military but again! I come to St. Mary s a few times with my mother for her doctor s appointments and the Clayton Valet team is always fast and efficient. Eulsa was great to work with. He always checks on my mother to see how she s doing everytime she visits. He genuinely cares about the customers that he serves.

Terrible car service, they're very unorganized and have awful customer service. I would advise one to avoid these people at all cost. If you want your car dented or your keys lost Clayton valet is the way to go. But if not you would be better off keeping your keys in your pocket and parking your own car. I used to work for this pitiful company and after 7 treacherous months I finally got out of that madness. Ultimately, I just want to warn everyone to open there eyes and see that this is a below average valet company and be careful if you do decide to use there service. P.S. I'm pretty sure all those good reviews are people that work there

Very poor company to work for my wife has worked there and it's been over a week since she's gotten a schedule back she's called HR twice every day since she hasn't received a schedule and they are docking her pay for uniforms that she did not receive and they can't even pay her right cuz she's still missing over $100 on a pay check

Made a police report and the officer said it was obvious that the only damage was done inside caused by being left unlocked.

Clayton Valet is by far the best valet company in St Louis! The familiar and friendly faces of each attendant I have worked with have been nothing but professional and polite. They show up 30-45 minutes early and guests never have to wait! They are well polished and extremely proficient during each event they work. Every attendant is wonderful to work with.
