Just finished a three day juice cleanse and feel amazing!! The staff took their time in helping me choose which cleanse would be the best for me, as a first time cleanser, and it was awesome! The juices tasted great and I have so much energy. I'll definitely be back!

I ve taken two trips into here over the span of 3 months because I ve seen all the hype and testimonies and was stoked to check it out and maybe try something. Both times being there no one has greeted me, no one has offered to help me and no ones ever said thanks for stopping in or have a nice day when I m leaving. Customer service is really important and something that needs to be improved.

Nicole and Matt are super friendly and helpful. If you haven t visited them in downtown St.Catharines yet, you should! Your skin will glow and your insides will be happy that you did.
I like that we have a local healthy socially conscious shop in St. Catharines. I have tried one of their muffins and donuts and unfortunately they are dry and crumbly not to mention overpriced for what you get. You can go over to Beechwood Donuts for a vegan donut for less and it's tasty. I think the juice craze is on its way out too as people learn that juicing takes away the fibre which your body needs and is converted right to fat by the body than eating fresh whole fruits & veggies. Also their charcoal latte I ordered came luke warm.

I just picked up my 3-day cleanse, you can't wait to try all the delicious flavours. I was greeted by a very helpful young lady, she was very knowledgeable on the product and he answered all my questions. Well waiting I decided to grab a kale and pineapple smoothie and see what all the rage was, after three sips I couldn't stop, more addicting than a bag of chips and much better for you, the best smoothie I've had. A great new find,very clean, warm and inviting and the smell of fresh citrus. I give it five stars, I'll be back with my review on the juices. St Catharines is lucky to have this little gem!!!

The most flavourful fresh pressed juice I've ever had! I definitely rely on the cold+flu kit to keep my immune system up, and I love that there's so many healthy options when I pop in on the go--juice, smoothies, soups. Staff are super friendly and helpful. One of my favourite spots!

Extremely rude millennials /hipsters staff! I stepped in the other day and I didn't even get the 2 seconds to pull my mask up, although I am legally exempt from the mask rules, all of a sudden two rude employees "shood me out using their hands" I am a regular patron of the little pub next door and for some reason they do not like people who are seniors and or drink in a little dive bar! I guess we clutter up their peice of the sidewalk!!
Small Batch has superior juices and products and exceptional customer service. I love stopping by for a single juice and chat however absolutely love cleansing as well. I have done a one day cleanse to a five day and feel a complete reset in my digestive and body. I would very highly recommend Small Batch. You will fall in love with the juice and owners. Gratitude.

The couple that runs this wonderful small batch company are truly the nicest people ! I have enjoyed their juices over the past few years, great quality and so very healthy ;) I love seeing them succeed , they work hard and so deserve any success that comes their way !!!!
Says it s all organic and as they were making my smoothie I m looking at all the non organic ingredients going in. Seeing the brand name and it s clear it s not organic. Smoothie was good but I can t say they are being honest.
