I always use valet at Mercy on Ballas and all of the employees are great! Today RJ was the one who greeted us when we pulled up and he was very friendly! While we were waiting for our car after my appointment, I saw RJ handle a difficult customer and he remained friendly, calm, and helpful the entire time.
