Every time that Alexis Juarez is present to assist me with my valet it is always a pleasure. Not only is he extremely professional and friendly but he always makes sure that I have for my car anything Clayton Valet offers to make my parking experience excellent!

Clayton Valet is utilized by Wellbridge Fitness. All of its employees have been wonderful and provided excellent service. In particular, Kat has been working in the parking lot to help members park more easily and quickly. She has also gotten all employees to open the entrance doors for members both exiting and entering the Club.
Gary and Darren have been superb in helping us with parking at the Clayton pool this summer. We are delighted with their service.
My valet was RJ Jahnke. Thank you for taking care of us. He did a fantastic job with my roommate getting her out of the car and assisting us with our needs. Opened the doors for us and was very kind. Thanks for the great service we received.
Just wanted to say Antoine Hurd has been working at Wellbridge Athletic CLub in Clayton and always has a positive attitude, has a greeting and a smile on his face and is ready to help. Happy to see him every morning!!!
I was a valet for this company about 2 years ago. I was scammed and they took part of my paycheck for an accident I didn t cause and took $600 from me. I will never use this company again and I sincerely hope it does not last. And yes, this did happen. I have photo proof
If I could rate this company lower than the given one star, then I would. I went out of my way to make an account specifically to get it out there that this company is pure garbage. I honestly don't even know where to begin. Harassment from the staff for cash and/or my phone number? The staff's blatant verbalized complaints to me when I'm the one dealing with family in the hospital, or the fact that you have to pay $25 if you leave your ticket in the hospital room. Nothing works, including the staff. There was one time where they left the gate open for lunch and at first I was irritated but then I realized I didn't have to see or deal with any of the staff and it was legitimately the highlight of my day. Literally not seeing these people made my whole day.
I've had appointments at Mercy off Ballas twice a week for the past 7 weeks now. Every time I come through the valet parking, the customer service is amazing!

Can t believe such a trash company is associated with a religious affiliated hospital. Disrespect to god himself. When exiting the garage the parking tenant complains that I don t carry cash. Pretty sure they want cash over card so they can pocket the money. Trash.

I have had many experiences with Clayton Valet, wether it be at the streets of St. Charles, Clayton, or Downtown. They are always very professional and retrieve my vehicle in a timely manner.
