I really have to be honest and tell the truth about my experience at the spa department on the second floor of the hotel, the staff sucks, they are ignorant, incompetent, greedy, money-hungry people who have their whole life focus on their wallets!
Great lack of empathy and professionalism!
you pay a high price and get scammed in the middle of my city!
