Good but small rooms. Not super-vegetarian breakfast. centrally

Just a nice hotel in Uppsala, the reception has nice reception and is helpful. Deluxe rooms are recommended. The restaurant and breakfast perfectly approved. The staff superb. Would you like to know any question please.

Located right in the center, nice lobby and welcoming staff. Breakfast back to normal, lots to choose from. Good with space between the tables.
We had a large double room, fresh and clean. I would come back and stay!

Centrally located. Fresh environments. Absolutely ok room, a little bit of opportunities to hang clothes outside the closet. Large TV with the possibility of Spotify and Netflix (login required, do not know how they do with user information).

Centrally located hotel in beautiful Uppsala. The hotel is very nice and modern. High quality rooms and a great breakfast buffet! Parking available in the garage just under the hotel.

Basic room in a good location. Good for exploring Uppsala.

In the evening we had to wait for the food over an hour even though the food was ordered in advance. And then they forgot to serve a table. All plates did not contain all the ingredients as it should and in addition it was rather tasteless. The bathroom floor was slippery when you showered, which meant a great risk of slipping over. However, the staff were really nice.

I stayed overnight in a rather small and simple run, but with a nice standard. Very friendly staff and really nice breakfast!

At Christmas table. The food was as you would expect, normal good simply. The service was good when called on. We were told, however, when we would pay the bill that we would have had our jackets in the closet one floor up, and that would have been the courtroom informant about m.m. Saying to their guests that they made a mistake when paying the bill is just stupid ... You should never complain about the customer. (We had seen that there was a cloakroom one floor up, for 20 SEK / person. But since the Christmas table itself cost 525 SEK / person we did not want to pay extra to have the outerwear on another floor ...).

Good food and nice bar environment. Appropriate conference rooms. My hotel room had a little small toilet. Felt almost claustrophobic. However, do not know if it is so in all rooms.

An outstanding hotel, mainly focused on conferences what I can understand. Nice, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended if you get the urge to confer. The food is almost always very high.

A place worth recommending. Location near the railway station and bus station. Good food.

Regarding the spa; unpleasant staff, very expensive, not affordable, not flexible about their booking.

Good hotel room with big tv screen, and good shower, also looked nice where you check in, good location in the center, did not eat breakfast because I was going to surgery, so I can not say anything about it. Can imagine the Clarion hotel again.

Good beds, very good breakfast and friendly staff. Bicycles for rent at a reasonable fee. Good location at the edge of the center. Spa/pool is under renovation and not informed at time of reservation.

Large hotel right in the center of Uppsala but the feeling of being cozy and cozy. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel had good parking spaces in the garage.

Large, fairly recently renovated rooms that are fresh and clean and had comfortable beds. Good sound insulation between the rooms so it is quiet at night. The hotel breakfast was really good with great selection of everything.

Was there as a night hiker on info. Couldn't have been better!

One of the many functional mass and conference hotels. The house has no charm, the service at the front desk was professional, the room - it should be a double! - tiny even for a single room. Without cupboard, without safe, without minibar. And that for up to 180 euros the night (prices vary, on weekends it is a bit cheaper). Even for Sweden, that seems overdone. Also tiny, but well furnished was the bathroom. Negative: The toilet paper holder was broken and has not been repaired in the four days of my stay. The breakfast is boring and not very quality. Although there are eggs cooked, as fried eggs or scrambled eggs, but always cold and stale. All in all, the house is hardly recommended.

My stay at the Clarion Gillet was great. There was a parking garage onsite, a great restaurant and the rooms were nice too. If I had to complain about anything, it was that the toilet paper roll was a little far back and hit my shoulder when I was on the toilet.

Got our iPads stolen from the hotel room a couple of years ago. The staff didn't even care to help...

+ Wonderful hotel breakfast, cozy spacious rooms, comfortable beds, smells so good in the lobby and the restaurant / lounge is wonderfully lovely with cozy lighting. Nice massage that we bought. Nice bathrooms like a thousand !! Nice area with lots of restaurants and shops.
We stayed on the second floor with rooms in the middle of renovation but were barely disturbed anyway.
- Small duvets, a thin card lay on our double bed. Had to pay extra to change rooms to avoid looking down on rooftops, bad opening hours at the spa and thoughtfully decorated by the whirlpools, not at all as luxurious it should be at that cost. Expensive parking garage despite accommodation at the hotel ....

Friendly and warm staff, the breakfast buffet is great, especially fine is his scrambled eggs.

The food was good but the timing and that you had to wait 20min before my even had to ask about drink e very bad. Got a discount after all the mosses

Third time staying at this hotel. The 2 previous times I have had some complaints about the cleaning but the helpful people in the reception sorted it out. On my third stay I got a room that was not completely cleaned. The shower had soapstains from previous guests and the toilet was dirty all over the outside of the seat and there were urin leftovers all around that was spilled by the previous guests. I had to report the cleaning two times to the reception and both times they sent someone up to the room to clean inside(!!) the toilet. After 3 days the toilet still looked like s**t and the stains in the shower were still there. The bathroom should be clean and it makes me wonder if the rest of the room had been cleaned.

I will still maintain some starts in the review as the staff were always smiling and polite and the breakfast was good. I just hope that the cleaning in the kitchen was better than in the rooms. For the future this will not matter as this was my last stay in this hotel for my future stays in Uppsala.

Quite okay hotel, But can feel like it is in need of some modernization.

We went here for a company Christmas meal. What was nice this year, after having visited many years before, was that there was a dedicated vegetarian julbord table. The food was pretty good (not amazing, just pretty good). The atmosphere is cozy and warm at Christmas time in there. They seemed able to deal with our large party (around 100) pretty well. R3commended.

Lobby and restaurant is great (stylish and modern) and builds expectations for what's to come.
Unfortunately the rooms feel petty dated and lacking in several departments. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if on a business trip.

I am always super happy after visiting Clarion, I have eaten breakfast, brunch and been to conference several times. Really good food and a service out of the ordinary!
