The service and staff are fantastic and helpful, the room I stayed in was facing the street towards some nightclub where incredibly loud music was played all night and all this was heard very well in the room. Their blackout curtains are not adapted to the size of the window and thus do not really fulfill their function. So bright and loud in the room lowers the rating.
