First time I come to good facilities with a lot of cleanliness and hygiene and all the security measures.
The extraordinary medical staff and especially Dr. David Sanz in cosmetic surgery, as well as nurses and all the very friendly and attentive staff. Very comfortable and spacious rooms and impeccable cleaning, very satisfied with the attention received by all the staff.

Perfect stay. The staff from admissions, reception, orderlies, nurses and doctors totally professional and friendly. It does not give the feeling of Clinica. Spacious, bright rooms, Sony TV, huge bathroom, all perfectly conditioned.
Without hesitation, I recommend it.
On the other hand, I cannot say the same about the emergency reception, where yesterday, around 3:00 p.m. they left us standing for a long time because we had to finish some procedures through the computer. This morning I had to go for EMERGENCIES since I had a very strong pain in the back just at the height of the kidneys.
Until 08: 00h all went well, but with the change of shift another doctor came to see me.
The truth is that I did not like the deal at all, he came to say that if I'm not dying, that I do not go to the Emergency Department.
I do not usually go to the doctors and less to the ER but this person has made me feel very bad and it gave me the sensation that I pretended that I was lying.

Cutting edge facility....better than most in the states actually and the staff was super friendly. Not many employees speak English but they provided a translator when we were admitted. Can't go wrong here if you're from out of town.
