Bad experience. New and correct facilities but the treatment of the patient and their relatives is terrible !!, lack of information, impossible to talk to the doctors who treat the patient. Neither do the nurses have the information they should have. Very bad organization. It s amazing that after paying for this mutual for so many years, the treatment my parents received is what we ve had. You should review the comments and do something about it if you care a little about the work you do and the people who trust you.
