I wanted to share my more than disastrous experience of this clinic, On October 31 I had time at 9 to enter for a replacement of breast prostheses, I had to wait 2 hours because the room was not free and go directly to the operating room, they already operated on me the next morning as they had to leave the drains, I ask if I can stay one more night, against payment, of course and 1 hour passes, nobody had looked at anything, I insist again, another hour passes and nobody gave me an answer for what I saw it so complicated that I decided to leave
The next morning the doctor vila, by the way a charming person, told me to be there at 12 and give part to reception and in a short moment I would go out and remove these drains, I was 5 hours, if 5 hours waiting for reception, Warning repeatedly and nothing until at the end at 5 in the afternoon the doctor came down because her day had ended and what was her surprise when she saw me and nobody had passed the part, the supervisor did not give any importance, I suppose that for her people are not important
It is the first criticism that I write about something or someone but I think that this is a total lack of respect
What I want to record is the extraordinary treatment of Dr. Taverna and Dr. Vila and of the nurses, which is far from that received in reception and the supervisor
