I had an appointment this afternoon with my daughter with the pediatric surgeon Dr. Eloi Perich Serra. It was the first visit with this doctor ... and the last. After waiting for almost an hour in the waiting room, it occurs to me to ask, since the consultation that he had to attend was empty, neither doctor nor patients. I go to reception to ask and they tell me that they have been trying to contact the doctor for a while and that he does not answer ... I wait there in front and they tell me that they have managed to speak with the doctor and that he is not going to come because a emergency, an operation in Girona to replace another doctor. I understand that these things can happen and I understand that it is more profitable for a doctor to perform a surgery than to attend 3/4 visits ... but how difficult was it to make a call before arriving at the emergency so that the clinic would cancel the visits? He really seems to me to be a not very serious doctor, not very responsible and he leaves me much to be desired as a professional if he is capable of treating his patients like this, without notifying them and without evaluating the time we have spent going to his office and waiting for him. For me it has been terrible. Luckily the guys who are standing up for the doctors are very kind and have infinite patience ... but the doctors ... me personally, my last two experiences with the specialists, fatal, exaggerated waiting times to be mutual payment consultation .... I have already made two claims in this clinic.
