Very poorly managed. In the emergency room almost 2 hours waiting. In consultation with appointment with more than one hour of delay ... This is unacceptable in public service but much more in private health. Shame. Ask for a suggestion and claim form. With 1 hour of waiting it gives time of leftovers.
