My 2014 Nissan Altima was hit by someone who ran the red light but denied responsibility on June 13. When I asked the Collision center at City Chevrolet, the service consultant Jonathan Poe worked with another technician and cleaned up the front bumper because much of the discoloration was due to transfer from the the other vehicle's tire. No other repair was needed and they did all that free of charge.
From my experience, Jon Poe is very good and efficient at what he does and is definitely very reasonable and considerate for a consumer like me. I would recommend this collision center.

I'll be honest, I was anxious and overwhelmed about buying a car. Brandon and Brian, all I can say is I love you guys. My husband and I wanted a certified pre-owned equinox. Our budget wasn't very high for our requirements. Brandon and Brian made it happen. I got a certified preowned beautiful, spotless, 2017 Chevy equinox. With literally all the requirements I had. Plus about 20 other options that were just bonus additions. The car is literally spotless. It looks off the lot. I was so happy. The customer service was amazing. Brandon and Brian made this such an amazing and exciting experience. It wasn't painful like I had imagined. I really appreciate everything. And Oscar made the paperwork literally so easy. I have never really trusted dealership service teams due to poor experiences in the past. However the service team at Rick Hendricks Chevy is top notch. My husband normally services our suburban, but when a header went bad, we decided to take it in. David Morrison on the service team is awesome. He always let me know where they were with the repair, explained in detail what the problem was, and made sure my vehicle was ready when I needed it. My husband declared the repair was "done the way I would have done it", which is a huge complement to the thuroughness and care David and his team took with our vehicle. We will keep coming back!

We just bought my husband's new car here and had the best experience. They are so friendly and worked with us (no matter how long it took) to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Great experience buying a car at this dealership! Jason Dunham in the Finance Dept. made the process a breeze. We were in and out in just a few hours. I bought a Toyota 4Runner from these guys last night. I had my eye on it for about a month. Throughout my car shopping process I was in communication with Mark Chaykovskiy. He was continuously enthusiastic about answering all of my detailed questions and prompt with responses. I was able to get out of a stressful situation with my old vehicle. They made my experience extremely enjoyable and pleasant despite my scenario. These guys put me in a much better vehicle and were helpful in deciding how to move forward. The other gentleman that ensured the process went as smooth as possible were Jason Galtieri and Brandon Davis. I would recommend these guys 100%. They made the car buying experience fun.

I was really impressed by the professionalism I experienced from the Hendrick's staff from the moment I entered the dealership until I left with my 2019 Chevy Malibu. Paul Diedrichs was my sales person, and he guided me through the selection process and worked with Finance to get me the best deal. Ebony Finch did an amazing job of explaining the Service options for my car, and I was impressed at the speed of signing the documents for the final sale using the desk tablet computer. I would recommend the City Chevrolet dealership to my friends and colleagues for them to experience a quality buying experience.

They were able to accurately diagnose the warranty repair and manage my expectations regarding the time they thought my car would be in the service area. I was thoroughly satisfied and had a great experience. I would highly recommend.

I d like to be able to give a 5 star review, however, I m having a difficult time getting an OTD price on a new vehicle. They had the best listed price through Autotrader so I contacted them via email to get an actual price. (Actual prices can vary a lot regardless of listed price as they can have rebates that very few qualify for). After several emails back & forth without getting a price I was asked if I could come in that day. It s 1.5 hours away & I couldn t make it that day. I was asked if I could make it by Monday (today) because they had employee pricing that was ending after Monday. I said I could come in & buy if I got the right deal & have been ghosted ever since. I emailed again this morning to see what they came up with & still nothing. Most reviews are good & I'm sure they ve earned them but since I m not local, I can t say I have much incentive to try & do business with them. To be fair, I don t think this is typical or they wouldn t have 4.6 stars now.

PS: I can t find the car I want locally here in SC so I have no choice but to buy out of state or wait & hope a local dealer gets one so it could ve been them had they followed up.

Edit: I was contacted & she explained she was off today. She also apologized for dropping the ball on it & offered the same pricing through the weekend, which I respect. The price isn t where I want or the best I ve been offered but it s a start.

I purchased a 2014 Kia Sorento 2 weeks ago. The salesman who assisted me with my purchase is Johnathan Monts. He was very helpful, patient, informative and kind. The Kia was not my first choice I viewed online. It was my second but it was a different model and color. Christina contacted me about my interest and connect me with Johnathan. We did everything by phone while I was at work. After work I met with Johnathan to test drive the vehicle which was a different color and model and I have to say..... LOVE IT LOVE IT!!!! I was SO sure I want going to get the vehicle but was proven otherwise. I am SO SO happy with my vehicle. Not only that the loan company adjusted my payments at a lower rate as well. I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I waited in my car initially. After ten minutes waiting in my car, I parked my car and went to the counter since no one came to to ask for my reason to be there. It took three hours for this service. I don't think this is acceptable. I know you guys are busy but that's a long time for an oil change especially when I made an appointment and not walked in.

Hunter Younts and the guy shadowing him (forgot his name) were amazing! I walked in knowing about what I was expecting to pay and what I wanted and Hunter helped me the whole way. Even post sales Hunter was very helpful getting my 2nd key takwn care of. He even went to find out a way to get a price on my trade despite that car being in the shop and I was in a rental. Would also highly recommend the Equinox to anyone looking for a car that size!

As for me buying a car completely on my own for the first time I was really impressed with how easy and fast everything went.

I recently bought a new 2020 vehicle (with tech pkg) and the rear/front camera was not working properly. I brought it in 3 separate times, and was told on the 3rd visit they would need to keep it for a couple days to figure out the issue. As a new customer who just purchased a new vehicle, I was not happy. Ultimately, they finally ordered the part and replaced it and it works. The service rep Eric was apologetic and very professional throughout. He also informed me his manager Travis will arrange to have me compensated for the inconvenience. So it wasn't all bad, and I appreciate the effort to make things right and earn my business. I haven't received the check yet, but hope it arrives soon. I anticipate a better experience going forward.

It was such a great experience! I was able to drop my car off and get the rental all in the same place. Then, I was given an estimated date for competition and it was completed on that day. Not to mention, my car looks amazing! It looks like it was never in a car accident. Jake and Curtis were AWESOME and gave me a phenomenal customer service experience!

My first and only experience here was not pleasant. After buying a certified pre owned car a month later I had a air bag issue that wasn't covered under warranty.

Also missed a big issue with the engine that apparently is a very known issue with the car, I'm assuming the warranty pay wasn't worth it to them.

So after taking my car down the road from here, getting the engine fixed under warranty with no hassles and a smile and being told the repair that was done here should have been under warranty...I'll never be back.

Please look at the review of the other dealer and highly consider going their instead.

No pressure. They showed us what we wanted to see. They were willing to negotiate. We're satisfied with the deal we made. We came in to drive Corvettes, but they didn't have what we were looking for. What we needed was an SUV, so we changed course. I wanted the Tahoe. She wanted something smaller. We settled on a Traverse. She likes the size. I'm enjoying the toys...it's the High Country, so it's got everything. We feel pretty good about joining the Hendrick family.
