I d like to be able to give a 5 star review, however, I m having a difficult time getting an OTD price on a new vehicle. They had the best listed price through Autotrader so I contacted them via email to get an actual price. (Actual prices can vary a lot regardless of listed price as they can have rebates that very few qualify for). After several emails back & forth without getting a price I was asked if I could come in that day. It s 1.5 hours away & I couldn t make it that day. I was asked if I could make it by Monday (today) because they had employee pricing that was ending after Monday. I said I could come in & buy if I got the right deal & have been ghosted ever since. I emailed again this morning to see what they came up with & still nothing. Most reviews are good & I'm sure they ve earned them but since I m not local, I can t say I have much incentive to try & do business with them. To be fair, I don t think this is typical or they wouldn t have 4.6 stars now.

PS: I can t find the car I want locally here in SC so I have no choice but to buy out of state or wait & hope a local dealer gets one so it could ve been them had they followed up.

Edit: I was contacted & she explained she was off today. She also apologized for dropping the ball on it & offered the same pricing through the weekend, which I respect. The price isn t where I want or the best I ve been offered but it s a start.
