I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I waited in my car initially. After ten minutes waiting in my car, I parked my car and went to the counter since no one came to to ask for my reason to be there. It took three hours for this service. I don't think this is acceptable. I know you guys are busy but that's a long time for an oil change especially when I made an appointment and not walked in.
