I finished the full term of my payments to the company. I had asked them for help with four credit cards and three of the four still ended up suing me and taking me to civil court. So I paid citadel all this money and still end up having to pay 3 of the 4 credit cards. So not sure what service they provided me! It would have been cheaper to just settle with my credit cards on my own. Lesson learned
