I am not a client but my grandson is. After paying into the program since January 2019 it didn't appear the program wasn't working for him. I called to ask questions for my own information .Both persons I spoke to were cordial
& respectful in explaining how the program worked & how the monthly fee is allocated which
my grandson had already received evidence but didn't recognize it as proof of things getting resolved. Thank you Harry for helping us understand. Much appreciated!
