I paid a lot of money and was falsely informed in the beginning process. I was lead to believe that they would negotiate lesser amounts and pay off debt as it was sold off to third party collection agencies with the exuberant amount of money you pay monthly . In reality you are paying an inflated amount for them to send letters asking for debt validation and hope that the third party collection agencies cannot validate your debt so that it has to be dropped. I am 18 months into this process with no resolution or end in sight. When I called they stated they are not responsible for the false information I was given verbally. Please never use this method or company for credit help they leave you in a worse situation than when you began.
