Horrible Service, lack of knowledge. Been here to open a checking account checked to see what promotional offers they have lady OMAR A did say no promotions going on, there is a promotion with CITI that I see on there website they don't even know about it, 2nd after sometime she says I tried to do same offer for another person yesterday. are you kidding me. lack of honesty with customers left the place, will not give business to these kind of banks.
during my visit they didn't make me feel comfortable, asking unnecessary questions.
Not sure how customers can face this lady Omar

By far the worst manage bank branch I have ever been in. I waited 20 minutes just to sit down with an employee that can notarize my document, then he refused to do it because he said I don't have the latest quarterly statement, then I login into my Citibank mobile and show him my latest statement, he told me not good enough, it has to be in paper. i drove 5 minutes to chase, had the document notarized.

I definitely agree with all the other negative comments, this is by far the worst service I have ever received from any bank, I think instead of them investigating their customers they perhaps should start investigating their employees starting with Parnita Bhatia, who has clearly overstepped her boundaries during our interaction and second with THING that likes to call herself a Assistant branch manager who had the AUDACITY to tell me why I m being hostile when I tried to question their rude behavior and crappy service. I haven t had the chance to talk to the branch manager Vincent frank yet to see how he would react or try to solve my issue. Based on how my conversation with him goes and based on all other reviews, I may take the last step of reporting this branch to the business bureau, because clearly they don t know how to handle let alone take care of their customers.

I'm totally disgusted with this particular branch....

I'm totally disgusted with this particular branch. I've been a customer for 20 years and I was treated like garbage when I went here this past Tuesday. My complaint was some illogical policies which resulted in predatory fees against my account. In my opinion, the assistant manager that I spoke with, Rasha Hakim, is WAY too unqualified for her title/position. Her argument can be boiled down to her claims that 'all banks do it'. Not only do I not think she's an authority on all banks, but I don't think she's qualified to be in a leadership role. At no time during our discussion did she offer any solutions that could help me in the future. Just simply sat there all smug not offering to reverse my fees or help prevent it from happening in the future. I will be closing my accounts. In the process of getting the word out about this branch and this particular manager in hopes that they come to their senses first, reverse my fees, and try to keep a long time customer. If you don't belong to this bank - I recommend you don't do business with them. There is nothing customer friendly or helpful I can honestly recommend to you.

Citibank branches tend to never answer the phone and send you to a call center where you can waits literally hours to get someone in charge to fix problems. Very SAD! Customer for 20 years and I am horrified.

I feel bad for Citibank customers. This bank has the poorest customer service I have ever seen In a bank. Takes forever to open an account and moreover they do not value customer loyalty for those who have been with them for years. Inefficient and slow and the branch manager is not helpful at all. Don t expect much from the staff given all the limitations they have. Go to Capital One - they are really so much better!

You can almost taste the air of loathing the branch manager has for customers. They burned hours of my time for a wire transfer and still managed to botch it, leading to a 90-day "investigation". After being a customer since 1999 I have chosen to close my accounts.

I am disgusted with the level of service from Rest...

I am disgusted with the level of service from Reston Citibank. The ATM ate my checks and did not record as being deposited. A report was written and I was told by Arshia that I would receive a letter in 2 days. It has now been over two weeks and have received no information. I called Arshia last week and her phone just rings and rings. I called the branch and no one picked up and it forced me to customer service who after 15 minutes said they could not help me. Luckily, the payor's were cooperative and canceled the checks and rewrote them.This is not the first time I have experienced awful service. A few years ago , I tried to transfer my IRA funds out of Citibank. They gave me such a Horrible time that I was in tears after months of ignoring me. I finally asked my financial advisor to help and he was treated the same.
My advice is to pull your money, mortgage, IRA ... anything out because if you want it later,... good luck!

Horrible customer service. Branch manager rude and unwilling to help a customer with an open account over 10 years. With Citibank closing branches and this one is 25 miles from me. Will be closing my account.

The Reston branch never answers phones. When they do, rude customer service. The branch has the poorest customer service I have ever seen in a bank. Takes forever to open an account and moreover they do not value customer loyalty for those who want to be their customers. It should be less than 1 star.

Horrible service. The Indian and Spanish looking teller women are prejudice. I went in to cash a check under $5000 with two forms of identification and I was very rudely and loudly told no in front of other customer. I felt very embarrassed and hurt to be treated that way. No explanation as to why they wouldn't cash this valid electronic check. I will never ever go to this bank for any type of service again.

Both times I've been in to see a teller they've been cold, short and distant with me. As someone who worked as a PT teller in college, I can tell you it's not difficult to be FRIENDLY to customers who you'll interact with for an average of 2 minutes!

When you call this phone number it goes to the main Citibank number. It takes forever to get to the actual branch office. I had to call 4 times before I reached a human being on the other line.
