I am disgusted with the level of service from Rest...

I am disgusted with the level of service from Reston Citibank. The ATM ate my checks and did not record as being deposited. A report was written and I was told by Arshia that I would receive a letter in 2 days. It has now been over two weeks and have received no information. I called Arshia last week and her phone just rings and rings. I called the branch and no one picked up and it forced me to customer service who after 15 minutes said they could not help me. Luckily, the payor's were cooperative and canceled the checks and rewrote them.This is not the first time I have experienced awful service. A few years ago , I tried to transfer my IRA funds out of Citibank. They gave me such a Horrible time that I was in tears after months of ignoring me. I finally asked my financial advisor to help and he was treated the same.
My advice is to pull your money, mortgage, IRA ... anything out because if you want it later,... good luck!
