I feel bad for Citibank customers. This bank has the poorest customer service I have ever seen In a bank. Takes forever to open an account and moreover they do not value customer loyalty for those who have been with them for years. Inefficient and slow and the branch manager is not helpful at all. Don t expect much from the staff given all the limitations they have. Go to Capital One - they are really so much better!
