Good place to try out your driving skills, when there is no races and no events you can rent the track for 1 hr it will set you back a couple of hundreds but at least you will have that experience of being in the track where various super cars race.

Beautiful facility! Tons and tons of parking and a friendly staff. COTA is great fun racing events but i think it would be great for any other events as well. Kinda far out, but worth the drive!

I still haven't been to a race, but I'm very glad this now exists as a concert venue. It's a great place for big shows. I prefer general admission as the seats are a little tight, but it's not bad if you're close to an aisle. There's plenty of parking but unless you upgrade it's a bit of a hike. Good food trucks and beer but the craft beers are expensive. Expect to spent the cost of a whole 6 pack on one big pour. But there's no bad seats and it attracts big name shows to town so I've got no complaints!

This was my 2nd trip to COTA and it didn't disappoint. The layout of the track is amazing and there are so many spots to take in different views of it. The design of the track lets you see high speed straight aways plus lots of twisties and hairpin turns. The action never stops. Looking forward coming back for MotoGP next month!

This place I have had fun. I have also sad memories because I spent time here with my ex wife. I m not sure why she s gone, but she is. I still love her though she hurts me so. No joke. I hope others memories and fun times also live on here. Thanks.

4 stars because we were there on a non-race day. Can't get 5 stars until I see how they handle a crowd. Very nice modern facility. The people at the karting center were great, and did get to see some McClaren sports cars on the track. Would like to go back for a race sometime.

I purchased a scheduled race for my father-in-law an husband for father's day in addiction to 2 additional unscheduled races in-case they would like to race again. I only received a confirmation email for the two additional races so I called to confirm that their first races were on the schedule and I was told that they were. So on father's day, when they drove the 30 minutes to go to their race, and they were told that they weren't on the schedule, I was obviously very upset. No one would answer the phone so I had to get my husband to hand his phone to the manager so I could find out what happened to their reservation. Apparently there was an issue with their online reservation application and the races were in fact NOT scheduled like I had been told & lied to. There was no apology given and no concession made for their wasted trip or the massive inconvenience or the ruined father's day gifts. Now two weeks later they're just now able to go and I can only hope they won't encounter any more issues.

I am writing a review for Winter Wonderland:

I am writing a review for Winter Wonderland:
My family went last year, and I was extremely disappointed. We live about a mile down 812, so I figured we might as well try again this year (since it's causing traffic to our daily commute anyways). We went last night, and it was MUCH IMPROVED. I can tell y'all read the reviews from last year. The $10 unlimited ride wristband is brilliant! THANK YOU. Also, my 3 and 4 year old were actually able to get on many of the rides with me. I'm not sure if y'all used a different company for the rides, but their restrictions were much more reasonable than last year's. And the shuttle from lot A to the entrance is no longer a hay ride in the wind and cold; it's a heated bus. I would recommend that you ask the drivers to not drive as fast - someone could easily get mowed over. Another critique is that the train this year didn't even go through the trail of lights; it just went through the front area where we had already walked through. We didn't even get to see the lights because we would have had to walk all the way to the back end, walk all through the lights, and then walk back to the front (with a 3 and 4 year old and a wagon). Over all though, we appreciate the improvements.

Seeing the Motogp has been incredible in this Circuit, the organization was impeccable. Easy parking and exit without much traffic. There were enough bnos and places to eat or drink a drink. I look forward to attending 2018.

Great facility, excellent track. Sight lines are all very good. Be aware that you will basically pay for anything you need inside the track. Parking is $20, beer is $8-9 for a tall boy. Food is sub par and quite expensive. $10-15 for a small meal.

I went to the track to watch a rallycar race, the bleachers were comfy and food options were great! It was overpriced, but that was expected. If it's a sunny day, bring something to block the sun, otherwise your going to be a tomato

Gorgeous facilities, amazing staff and had the time of my life. I was one of a couple photographers assigned to shoot the NASA National Championship and it was so much fun. This is a world class track with some amazing angles to shoot from.

Always a good concert venue. It's outside so beware of Texas weather. Easy access to real bathrooms. They do have some port-a-potty if you really prefer that kind of thing. Tons of good food truck food! Full bars at some. Great accoustics from every area. The lawn seats a fine, bring a blanket to sit on.

Came out for the F1 races. Parking was a disaster and the lot I had paid for and assigned was full. Traffic was horrible as they directed us to a new lot that wasn't on any map and no one working knew where it was.

If you are going to have an app and push for people to download it...use it. Otherwise it's useless.

I visited COTA for the 2018 USGP weekend. It was a rainy start, but nonetheless the facilities looked great.

This track is huge! It took me almost two days to walk the outside and infield to find a decent GA vantage point, of which there are not many. I ended up walking the complex between T1-T9 during the race.

Parking onsite was way too expensive to justify (I m sure that s the fault of F1 though and not COTA), so instead opted for the shuttle bus which was still another additional cost.

There was an issue experienced with the Will Call office who failed to present my #HaasHill ticket with my GA wristband, though I was able to receive it later after another visit.

The location is ready to get to, as there are a lot of roads that lead you here. There are lots of grandstand seats and lots of places to sit in the grassy hillsides and watch races. There are other things for fans to do if they're not interested in a certain race, practice, qualifier, or warmup, such as a Zipline, a kart racing track, and a tower you can climb to get a fantastic view of the track and of Austin. There are not a lot of shaded or covered areas, however, so rainstorms are a big problem for fans and it's easy to get REALLY sunburned if you're not careful.

A group of us drove from San Francisco to Austin for the first MotoGP race at the new Circuit of the Americas track. They definitely had not yet worked out the kinks and unfortunately it impacted our overall experience. The track itself is awesome but the facilities left a lot to be desired.

Below is a list explaining what I mean:
-The view of the track is very poor from the RV area, which is a bummer considering what it costs to be there.
-There were no trash cans in the restrooms, women's or men's.
-The music was waaaay to loud (and it sucked) in the RV area, and there was no way to opt out of it. It also started at 7:00am!
-Many areas of the track did not have jumbo screens, even though the capability existed and the screens were up previously for F1 racing. This left many blind areas for on-site viewers.
-The showers were not cleaned, not once, during the 3-day event and they ended up clogging in the men's room by the RV area.
-Merchandise sold out on the very first day.
-Not enough Porta Potties.
-Not enough trash cans.

There were a couple positives that I must also mention:
-The staff was WONDERFUL. Every single person was smiling, friendly, and helpful.
-The track itself is amazing.
-The water pressure in the showers was very good and no one in our group ever ran out of hot water.
-The traffic flow at the end of the day on Sunday was very smooth and speedy.

Not a fan-friendly place like Texas Motor Speedway. COTA charges $9+ for beer (and there's never a line...I wonder why). Parking is crazy expensive. Signage for finding shuttles and such is absent. You never know until you get there whether there will be shuttles, which entrances/stands will be open, etc. Need more communication and some fan-friendly features. The racing is good, though.
