Went to 360 amphitheater for concerts on several occasions. Great concert venue. Wide selection of food. Staff is very helpful. Arena is a good place for concerts, good acoustics, plenty of seats and huge lawn area.

We were here for the Christmas Lights and show. The lights were OK, but not as dramatic as the Trail of Lights in downtown Austin (nor as crowded). Children's midway was extra $$. Parking $. Easiest to book online in advance.

The parking is horrible! They directed us to a field to park. There were no shuttles, only some guys on a bike with a carriage charging 10 dollars a person for a ride. And they weren't even out in the field, they were waiting on the road and we had already walked halfway there. I have a bad ankle and it was a struggle walking so far. There were lots closer to the event that were completely empty! Why do they park people a mile away then?

Go here for go kart racing, but it would be better with actual cars. Other than that nice people, nice environment, and minimal security to prevent you from wondering aimlessly around

My experience with COTA. My wife went to the COTA page to buy F1 tickets early this year as a birthday surprise for me. It turns out she clicked a third party ad "order tickets" from their site and paid $100 more for 2 bands then retail price. After multiple calls and emails someone finally replied to me and after multiple weeks of going back and forth via email we were told wristbands may be fake and we won't know until the day of and good luck. Supposedly this happens all the time as they have people that just deal with this scenario...... why would you not do something about this if it is a common problem? I used to love COTA and have attended multiple MotoGP, Grand Prix races and countless concerts. Thanks to their complete lack of caring for thier customers they have lost a customer for life and I will share this experience with everyone I can.

What a horrible experience for a Formula 1 track...

What a horrible experience for a Formula 1 track. The first year we attended was just for race day. Rained most of the morning and everything was a mess but we figured it was just due to the rain that day. Next year we decided let s spend a little bit more get great seats, parking pass and be there all three days biggest mistake ever. Rained again this year no big deal. We were prepared this time around. Once we arrived to the track and went to park at the lot we noticed almost every vehicle was getting stuck in the mud. Everyone was directed to park in reverse so that the tires were on the center gravel. But no one really noticed what type of drive train each vehicle had and people were still getting stuck. We parked didn t get stuck no big deal. Now we had to walk out of the lot through this mud.

Now getting into the track. Only one both of security at the entrance which made a huge constraint trying to get everyone in. Thank you for keeping us secure, that wasn t the problem. The main issue was there was just a couple of security personal to process this huge amount of people coming in. None of the entrances were covered either. Once we made it in guess what?! We realized it was just another mud pit. So what did the track decided to do? Let s put mulch all over the standing water and mud trucks after trucks were dumping mulch somewhere on the track and personnel were taking them around and just dumping them trying to cover up the mess. Golf carts were another issue. These people were flying by just pushing the crowd with the their carts. We made it in. cool!

With our 3 day pass we got tickets to the concert but were worried with all this rain and all the mess we ve seen what would that area look like? We figured it was going to be a huge pile of mulch but we gave it a shot anyways. Another big mistake. One single line on a side walk since everything surrounding us was mud and water. People cutting the line, people pushing. we decided to just leave. On to race day. Still mud and water everywhere. Still mulch being added. More people so the entrance took even longer. We made it in no biggie. Oh and if you had to use the bathroom there was only one main bathroom the rest were porta-potties. Which is fine but huge lines and if for any reason you needed a regular bathroom it was towards the main straight. We survived so it was ok. Now to seating. Loved my seats as there was a lot of action. But we were really worried as the foundation of these bleachers was just full of water and mud. Oh and when you enter the bleachers to get to your seats there is no signage. we later found them. they are on the steps so if your seats are lower you would have to go down a step and look back to see what row it is. Awesome let s create more traffic .

I am really disappointed by this as I ve been on both sides of the crowd (Motorsport and spectator) and expected more from a formula 1 track. Big joke as they only care about the money coming in from the race and have not done any updates to fix these issues. Looks like they moved the dates to accommodate for the rain this year lol exactly they just care about the money going into their pockets.

Thanks!

I've gone to F1 every year and to many other events at COTA. I love seeing the money they put back into the venue to make it better every year. I always have a wonderful time. Love this place.

I went here for the go karts. The go karting experience is awesome. I chose the amateur karts as I don't think my wife would have loved the faster ones. The amateur karts were fast enough! I knocked off a star because the staff didn't seemed trained and the communication about what was happening was very limited. It would be easier on a second visit as you know what happening. Anyway, my wife and I will be back and will most likely be bringing extended family as it is great fun with a bit of competition.

Put this on your bucket list. The only Formula One stop in the United States. Facilities are top notch, especially the Amphitheatre. Catch the downtown shuttle after the race and enjoy the bars and music scene of Austin

I love this place! I have been going to concerts all my life and nothing is awesome as this place. My wife and I attended a concert at this venue. She was hestitant to go because she had a walking boot due to an ankle injury on and didn't want to walk far and stand up for the whole concert. A venue worker saw us together and helped us skip the line then gave us a golf cart escort to the stage area. In all my life attending concerts I have never seen, heard or experience that consideration at a venue. I am so pleased and happy with the service and experience there and I will recommend anyone I know to go there.

The experience was phenomenal, and seeing Pink was absolutely amazing. But it is not very accessible for disabled. Outside of the park yes, and from the entrance to your car yes, but once you are inside the park there is nothing and no assistance to help get around.

First time ever going to this place and it was a nice experience. Came over for Cars and Coffee and was not disappointed. We later went to go watch the races which were mostly Porsche's but was an incredible experience. Fair warning if you do not like loud noises I do not recommend coming here but if you are a car or motorcycle enthusiast you should definitely come along.

Great place for a concert. The sound at the Oddball Comedy Festival was very impressive, and the big screens showing the stage were nice. Crazy-expensive beer, which is to be expected, and crazy-expensive parking. I advise buying your parking ahead of time online, it's a little cheaper. They need to figure out traffic a bit better, those little country roads aren't really up for it. The place has a lot of potential, and I will probably go here again when they have a show I actually want to see.

Great track, badly managed, over priced EVERYTHING, surprised they didn't charge to use bathrooms. Never know what's happening at the track, website is not helpful and slow. App is worse. Facebook (the one thing they don't manage) is the only way you're updated. Only reason why it's 3 and not 1 star is because the track is really really nice, new kart track looks great. Owners Need to go to big theme parks and take notes on how to manage mass people. Could be SO MUCH better if it was ran by people who knew about doing business on a big scale.

It was okay the light of tunnels was smaller than expected the ice skating ring is not ice but some kind of plastic and it's more like walking then skating The Singing Trees are funny the human snow globe is basically soap bubbles coming down so don't take any delicate fabric it may ruin it but overall not when I was expecting I give it 3 out of 5 stars just because my daughters and my nephews were with us and it was more about just hanging out with family.

So much mud it s terrible. You pay this much to attend an event and you need to bring your worst clothes so you won t ruin them? I Won t come back here again. This represents our international presence to the world? We are a country that can t even pave our entertainment centers? Yeah sure come to Austin! You ll love the mud. No, won t do this again. I ll travel to another country before I come to an event here.

I had a truly amazing time at the races!
The part that disappointed me most was that parking took over an HOUR. The parking attendants were not well informed and disorganization followed as we were pointed in all different directions. We ended up walking a mile when we finally did get parked. Once we were there it was an awesome experience, however I really wish they would consider managing the parking differently for such a big event. I am considering not returning simply because of the hassle and chaos.

First time at COTA and had a blast. Parked in lot C and walked across the bridge to security. Staff was friendly and the free water container was a life saver.

Only things I would recommend if you're watching an event on a very hot day is to being an umbrella.
