This was a great race track, the first I ve ever experienced. My mates and I came from out of town, and by the time we arrived, all of the parking passes had been sold, so we parked at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. We took a Lyft to the track at the designated drop off point and walked in, which was easy enough. The venue was quite interesting, and could be walked around very easily. This year s US Grand Prix was sold out, so there were people absolutely everywhere. A few small criticisms, with the first being how by Turn 1, there was no visible screen during the F1 race, which was rather a bummer. Secondly, when my mates and I tried to get on the track at the conclusion of the race, it was absolute madness and a crush developed by the front gate, and many people were getting squished together, and in the mayhem, someone lost a shoe and got trampled, but were largely okay. Lastly, the big one was trying to get a ride share out of there. We waited for over an hour after the race, and the wait for an Uber or Lyft never got past 30 minutes, so we ended up walking 10 miles to the airport back to our truck. This was rather absurd, and I understand not much can be done, but there was no real good way for us to get out of there. Food was priced as expected for an event like this, but the selection was quite good.

Cars and Coffee at COTA!! Always a great experience with something new to see. From daily drivers, to exotics, to hot rods, to customs, with representatives of most of the newest performance vehicles hitting market today.

Great place to have Cars & Coffee. I wish they didn't group the cars though. Yes it's great to have all your peers with you, but for the spectator it's pretty boring seeing all the same car models lined out in front of you

Race track which hosts a horde of races including the Formula one US Grand Prix. I was at the venue for the 2016 US Grand Prix and I have to admit, this is amazing. I have been around the entire track and love the different spots they have set up for viewing. There is a tower too which gives us a full view of the track. It is a bit costly though to get on the tower. They charged us 30$ for 15 mins.the view was spectacular though, so I don't mind. The track is a little bit on the outskirts of the city, and they have adequate arrangements for parking so as to avoid traffic blocks during race season.

Waiting in line and being treated like convicts by fat lazy folks who can't be fired because they work for the government. This is becoming a socialist country. I hope you liberals enjoy the efficiency of your government run mess! Healthy competition would kick these lazy a$$#@les out and make them work and smile for a living!!!

I was at COTA for the MotoGP races. It was a lot of fun my rv spot had power but no other hookups but was well located for a veiw of turns 2 thru 6 during bad weather which we did have on day 2 of the event. I was a little disappointed with the paddock passes but other than that it was a great time!

Only issue was the biblical flood of 2015, but the staff was beyond helpful as they always are. Helped push our car out of the mud and gave us a ride. Staff and other fans add to the experience. If you are a racing fan it is a must attend track. Has poke stops.

Always a good time. Track is awesome to drive, racing is always entertaining. Wear good walking shoes and get some exercise. Let's recap, its a 3.4 mile race track and you are on the outside perimeter most of the time, nothing is close, this is not a mall.

Going to see the F1 US Grand Prix has been on my list my entire life and it being in my favorite city in the entire state of Texas made it a no-brainer. Then we heard that Bruno Mars and Britney Spears were the performers this year so that means the wife would have something to look forward to as well. Expectations were high until we got there. Not to be a stick in the mud but parking is super expensive, the walk from the car to the entrances is too far, the screens were too small, there was mud everywhere. I'm surprised no one slipped or got stuck in the mud. My Jordans should probably be called Jordones instead.

Circuit of the Americas is one of my favorite places in the world. And the winter wonderland was amazing, and a truly great place for families and children. Of all ages. Thank you Circuit of the Americas.

We went for Winter Wonderland. It was definitely more geared toward children, but the pedestrian bridge and walkway through the concessions was pretty. Hot air balloon rides and petting zoos and camel humps everywhere! A very cute family event!

Our family got the opportunity to camp in grounds at this facility. We love it. Here, the camper Parkin is a little bit different. You have to pull to park. That usually works very well for class A and B RVs. Travel trailers may have an issue with it if like mine is a bit longer. Other than that, camp is clean, pool is nice and is close to the racetrack.

Went for a concert. It's nice and clean. There's no shade where the seats are or in the pit. Security makes rounds pretty regularly which is nice. Food and drinks are very pricey. I'd recommend eating somewhere before hand and I believe they let you bring in an empty container for water or at least the concert I went to did.

Also, the staff is very is nice and accommodating. I had broken my ankle prior to the show and they were kind enough to give my friend and I a ride to the seats and then back out to the parking lot after.

This review is for the track and not the high dollar events there. I raced chumpcar here and the facilities and staff are top notch. Amazing experience. Would love to do more track days when the funds allow or someone donates a few......

Very disorganized. No one knows where the parking lots are. And if you park in lot R there is no shuttle so get ready to walk a 1/2 mile. The people at the doors dont know where to send you if your going to the concert and have you walking the whole place for entry to the venue. The food is very expesive not worth it. In all poor management. Very disappointed.

The F1 itself is awesome but the F1 event management and everything about COTA for the F1 event SUCKS!!
Expect to be at a trekking/marathon event instead of a F1/concert.
Even to get to shuttles one has to walk round and round in circles.
If there's rain, wear rain boots because this place is just a whole lot of mud.
Parking is haphazard and all over the place. With the number of people showing up for events in F1, they should spend a little money on their parking and permanent bathrooms.
Food options are plenty , just getting from one turn to another is an ordeal.
Water is the most expensive commodity-$5 for a small bottle.
Now for the concert, if they point you to the super stage, it is a nightmare. So on top of all the money you spend on the two hour F1 race, the included race day concert (Brittney Spears, this weekend) which is a sham.
A wide expanse of open land with no maintained grass/seating space and loads of muddy patches greet you. Mind you that is after walking a few thousand steps on uneven terrain.
If you give up the option of being around the stage which gives you a diminished view anyway, and walk up to the stands (turn 9), all you get to see is a minuscule stage with some movement.
They have a big screen right in front of the stands that they don't even bother to turn on. The sound quality is terrible.
And now lastly as far as the guidance staff was concerned, the yellow shirts redirect you to the blue and the blue to the reds and all sound equally clueless as to which direction to head for which parking lots or elsewhere . No one knows any shortcuts and no one has any helpful suggestions.
What should be an exciting eventful day soon becomes an exhausting day that you can't wait to be done with. Most folks who stayed back after the race for the concert just left. The ones who purchased just the concert tickets seemed to stay.
Being as open and big as it is, weather is tricky. Today started off warm, then warmer and by late afternoon the cold breeze took over and by evening it was pretty cold. So dress appropriately and carry tons of stuff to tackle the stuff that comes your way.
And loads and loads of steps up and down uneven terrain.
No helpful directions posted for most part.
COTA, you guys could put in some effort to make this a better experience for the thousands who cough up thousands for this event.
