Exiting the parking was by far the worst I have ever seen leaving an event, you need better traffic control!

Nice but you have to wait in line to get in very hot, you can take a small umbrella.
Beautiful track. Tough to get in and out of. I'll be back in October for F1....fingers crossed. Go Team Red Bull!
Big place, and long walks from the parking lots and no shade to be found. Bring sun screen.
Won tickets to the MotoGP and it was a neat experience. Beer was slightly expensive but that can be expected at an event like this. Be prepared to walk quite a bit...
Went for the winter wonderland lights and found chaos at the ticketing line - complete free for all. People cutting lines and no real instructions of how to line up. Puts a sour taste in your mouth before you even get started.
A magical place set just outside the coolest city in Texas.
Great concert venue! A Perfect Circle was unforgettable! Maynard delivered
Our family always enjoys this track. Parking is easy, amenities are great.
Concerts here are a blast. Great venue, cold beer. The only way to make it a better experience overall is possibly a near by hotel.
very overrated place - F1 will die in Austin - the city does not have F1 culture so this venue will probably become a music and food venue. There is almost nothing close by other than couple of gas stations. During race days or practice days it is very very noisy
Great experience overall!! Races all weekend and 2 awesome concerts with amazing performances, BRUNO MARS and BRITNEY SPEARS!!
Went to Cota for F1 2017. The race was great and the track is awesome. We met some very nice people. Texans are super friendly and wonderful to hang out with. Now the bad...the venue is very poorly ran for this event anyway.
Security is a joke. You wait in line for longer than necessary and then they barely even check your bag. The security gates at turn 11 are behind where the shuttle drops off so anyone could take the shuttle from the parking lot to gate 11 and avoid a security check.
There aren't near enough gates or bathrooms for a facility so big. Most parking lots are very far from the venue gates. Beer and food are way overpriced and you can't bring your own. You have to ask several people to understand what route shuttles go, where you can watch the race and about anything else. I know many are colunteere and ar doing their best, but the venue should be able to staff knowledgeable employees for the prices paid.
For the race, they squared off an area to have drivers sign autographs and if you were lucky enough to get in the front you got all that you wanted. If you were not, you had to shove your way just to get one if you were lucky. Most of the pre-race activities were not shown on the big screens. After the race completed, the front stretch could have been packed with people if they were ready to open all close gates as soon as the track cleared, they did not.
Disappointed as I would have wanted to come back every year to see the only US F1 race we have.
Nice track and easy in and out. IndyCar race weekend was the best racing I have ever scene.
Lots to do, spread out and convenient. Lots of elevations for better a viewing experience
Nice layout, but very bright sun and complete lack of any shade. Bring hat, sunscreen, sunglasses. Needs better signs providing directions.
Always a good time out there. Wear your walking shoes
Great Concert venue. Even for the kiddos. $8 for a 16 oz beer. $10 personal sized Pizza Hut Pizza. $10 cotton candy. $9 for a bag of kettle corn. Best to bring some spending cash.
I'm a track marshal at COTA so I get to experience the racing up close and personal. I've also attended concerts and there's plenty of space in the GA area for very large crowds. My only issue is just getting in and out of the place. So plan ahead and map out your parking options. Otherwise go attend a race or a concert and enjoy everything COTA has to offer!
We had a great experience here for the ARX races. The facilities are brand new and very inviting. There were great options for food and the grandstands had a great view of the track. The track is well planned and I think it would offer great visibility for longer races like F1 and Moto GP from the main grandstands, but wouldn't know for sure since the ARX race is a shorter track.
Great gig location, get prepaid parking. Way worth it.
This is an amazing venue, been there a few times and it's always memorable.
Turn 15, Formula 1, what could be better. Great track, not too far from Austin. Great venue for races and concerts.
Wonderful circuit. Very long to walk around. Very expensive on Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend.
Drove the new BMW 5 Series around the track! unbelievable!
I feel that too many tickets were sold for the general admission concert event. There was not even enough standing room.
My wife and I attended the Muse/30 Seconds to Mars concert at the amphitheater at the Circuit of the Americas several months ago, and while the audio sounded great, the lawn area was packed. I don't know if it was a situation of over selling the event or not, but it sure felt like it. But outside of that, the facility itself was great, and we enjoyed our time there.
The site is excellent and the shows performed there are top notch.
The Peppermint Parkway was beautiful and cruising the formula 1 track was really cool!
Great layout, exciting place and all staff there very friendly and helpful.
This is an amazing circuit! nothing like it and it was well structured.
I have been to the COTA a few times for X-Games but this was the first for F1. What a disappointment. Paid $40 for parking ($46 after the Ticketmaster service charge) and that was to get a parking spot that was a mile walk to the venue. There were no clear signs to tell you how to get to the entrance for the concert so we just kept asking random people. We had to meet some friends later and once again there is very poor signage on how to get anywhere in this complex. Only good thing was that the concert was great. Doubt I will ever spend $200 for this experience again.
Great when races are occuring (obviously). Staff was really friendly and helpful. Food is pricey but a good variety of choices. #USGrandPrix #2019 #COTA
The best racetrack I have ever been! The view from the turn 15 is incredible, lots of action going on
I drove shuttle there and I have to say, the people directing were not on the same page.
Wonderous excitement and endless hospitality throughout the location.
Horrible customer service overbooked our reservation and made us wait an hour over our reservation time because of their mistake. Save your time and money way better things to do
