Cincinnati Airport Marriott Review

Very clean, room looked updated. Great shower & great bed with super comfy pillows. Jerry picked us up from the airport and was friendly and helpful. Check in guy was funny and helpful, walked us to the elevator and showed us around. We will definitely stay here again. (Room was $120 with tax)

Used soap and a half eaten apple in my room... Not what I expect from a Marriott...

Great hotel. Comfortable beds, great breakfast (not free, but worth it) and convenient location.

Renovated restaurant and lobby are very nice. Long over due, but worth the wait...

Very nice service. They have some construction going on but were very helpful navigating you through the hotel if needed.

I want to give the biggest shout to the staff of Marriott Cincinnati Airport Hotel! From the time we arrived, we were treated with nothing but kindness and great hospitality. From the front desk to housekeeping they were all super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was clean, the bathroom was clean. There was a very tiny amount of mold on the bottom of our shower curtain and I'm only mentioning it now because I forgot to while I was there. Over all the room was clean and stocked with the essentials. I would definitely recommend this hotel . Thank you for your service.

Attended for a business meeting. They had our company and two others on site. As always the facilities were clean and the staff friendly.

Hotel was very clean and modern feeling. Had a noisey neighbor at 3am but that wasn't the hotels fault. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel meets Marriot's high standards. The rooms are nice and the staff is very professional. There is a Starbucks inside and a hotel bar/restaurant. There isn't much near the hotel. Breakfast starts at about $8 for a breakfast sandwich. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Cincinnati.

The location is very convenient to the airport. The room, as well as the rest of the hotel, was very clean. I arrived late and was happy to find room service was available till 11:00 that night. The food was excellent. The room was quiet and the bed was comfy.

Good clean hotel just minutes from the airport by Uber or taxi. Food and beverages are expensive. Paid $4 for a small fountain soda. Good restaurants are just minutes away.

It was an amazingly beautiful stay with a very comfortable bed and warm and friendly staff. Their breakfast was surprisingly very tasty. I ordered the Southwest skillet, and would get it again at any restaurant let alone hotel. Great stay, would definitely stay there again!

Room was very nice. A little further from downtown Cincinnati than hoped for but not too difficult to make the 20 minute drive.

Location is good. Close to airport. Short 37 minute drive to Ark Encounter and 10 minutes to Creation Museum. Across the river to Cincinnati. Mall with Restraunts about 10 minutes away also.

Great location, clean rooms, fabulous shower! Definitely will return if ever in the area.

Not staying here but stopped in for some food and a drink.. Amazing food and a great bourbon and beer selection...

Restaurant in the hotel....exceptionally poor service. They act like your an inconvenience for eating there. Sat ourselves because noone was at the front. Server the only one apparently never stopped by for about 10 min..Then asked to move from a table to a smaller table so we were cramped...saying the bigger one was reserved. (a smaller party of two later sat there) Ordered drinks and buffet. Had to purposefully make it a point to get refills. She's never brought a check. Had to make several separate trips to the manager at the bar for refills and to get and pay for the check.. They were not busy at all. Very disappointing Talked to the restaurant manager and GM The GM was the only one who seemed to care. Save yourself hassle and dine elsewhere.

Very nice and clean hotel in an ideal location for travelers. Rooms have been recently redone and are now more modern. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. However, some cons are that the pool was freezing, and the door to the bathroom in the hotel was somewhat seethrough and had a gap you could see the tv through from the shower. Not very private if you are traveling with kids or friends.

They are working on the internet speed but everything else is great!

Newer, great shower, not too soft bed, food is ok, better than most hotel food. but takes forever. Actually took longer sitting in the restaurant, than it did for room service.

I happen to like Marriott but this location is far behind on the hospitality range.

I initially checking in and requested for an upgrade and was told there was the ability to do so and when arrived the front desk said yes then changed it to no.

I also asked if I can just pay to upgrade the room to a executive status to get access to the M lounge and was told that it's not available on the weekend. Then when I asked another person they said it was only available to upgrade to that if I had Gold or platinum status.

The rooms are smaller than the other properties and they do not have a microwave either so bringing up my food that I purchased downstairs and couldn't finish at dinner so that went in the garbage.

The room you hear everything in the hallway. I barely slept. The beds are so hard. I was told that the pull out sofa was a queen and it was not. It was a full with a midget couch attached.

In the bathroom when I arrived the shower was filthy. I have blonde hair and the shower was full of a bunch of black hair and it was dirty. They sent someone up to clean it but I couldn't get that image out of my head.

If you want any type of privacy in the bathroom... you can throw that out the window. They have a frosted glass sliding door that doesn't shut so there's a gap and everyone in the room has the joy of listening to your bathroom experience with a large echo to enhance that experience. It's great when you have two boys and a man child with you. the bathroom has no ventilation and just painted over and not well maintained.

We came in with a group and they had the same experience as well.

The pool area we were only able to stay in there for no more than 15 minutes because the smell of chlorine was so bad kids were coughing and after a bit my nose was burning. Someone does not know how to balance the chemicals.

I ordered breakfast the night before hung the order ticket on the door asking for a 7am delivery after waiting until almost 7:20 I called down asking to cancel because I had to leave for my sons game. I had to make sure that I was not charged. The front desk removed it then they used that I had the wrong date. Etc ... they couldn't have called me at 7am or 6:45am to confirm. The other person said that they apologized and they had it ready.

Overall this hotel is not geared to family members if you don't have a gold or platinum membership you're treated like a peon. The property is not completely renovated how I have seen it in the past locations it's just new carpets and a paint job.

This hotel is mainly for corporate,business and events that they have on their property. The staff isn't all on the same page. I was very disappointed with this experience.

Staff were very helpful and attentive, shuttle driver was attentive and professional. Overall a great place to stay.

Very good hotel over all. Rooms were comfortable and the staff provided great service. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The only issue in the room was the air conditioner, it was almost impossible to get it to a comfortable temperature. The concierge lounge was very comfortable and well stocked.

Super close to the airport which was great since our flight got in around 10:30pm. The shuttle service was a bonus and the driver was very friendly and helped us get our bags from the airport pickup area all the way to our room! We have a baby so it was nice not having a hassle getting to our room after a long day of travel. The only down side was the paper thin walls on the 7th floor. The ladies next door were having quite the conversation.

This was a very nice hotel. I only slept through the night, but I enjoyed the room and the rest of the accomdations.

Very nice place. All were friendly and the food was great. Loved the breakfast before we headed out to the Ark. About 1/2 hour away.

Can't say enough about the friendliness, cleanliness and the over all experience. The rooms are very up to date and comfy. The only drawback is the bathroom door leaves you very little privacy, its such a wonderful room, it doesn't take away much from the whole experience.

Great accommodations, good breakfast, rooms are very clean and well taken care of.

Went for a work conference and the service was excellent. The staff were very quick and friendly. I was very impressed.

We have been going here for Easter and Mother's Day brunch for years. Last year they were closed for renovations. We were excited to go this Easter to see the new look. Love the food and staff, very disappointed in the new renovations and remodel. Hideous decor, very drab and depressing. It honestly seemed like a joke..I could have done a better job and I'm not even a decorator. Bad decision Marriott.

Stayed there for an assignment from work. Service was good, rooms were clean and the pool/fitness center were nice. The restraunt was alright, if you order the wings be prepared for pieces of bones.

We always stay here when we are in the area. Can't beat that!

Everything about the hotel seems very high end. Lobby, room, everything seems very nice.

Great place and wonderful rooms. Lots of geat areas to chill and talk and eat. Has a pool ans work out room as well.

The conference roon is very nice but chilly. The lunch provided was excellent.
