Really exceptional meal and setting. We took the 6 course formula. Everything was fine, with lots of flavors. The signature dish is sublime as is the arctic char / peanut alliance which is a real surprise with a perfect balance. Dessert is also a treat.
I only put 3 stars, because a large shadow darkens the meal: the service. Indeed, being now accustomed to starred restaurants and their millimeter service, that of last night did not do honor and was not up to this type of establishment. We were immediately put under tension by the staff sensing, immediately coming to cumulate: the menus in the hands, the explanation of the menus, the wine list, the appetizer, the canapes, while we did not have still ordered the aperitif. Too many servers, constantly coming to ask us the same questions and making mistakes when putting down the special plates, completely forgetting to use the water at the end of the evening, coming to remove an unfinished plate ... We felt oppressed as we wait for a gourmet restaurant to enjoy a very good meal, cuddled by discreet waiters and present at the right proportion. And this and really damaging because it takes us out of an intimate moment where we take advantage of the place and the meal to distract us in the wrong way.
I do not know if it is a mistake for one night but given the excellence of many establishments nearby, this does not make us want to come back or recommend to others.

Fine dining restaurant with a panoramic view of Lyon which requires booking your table some time in advance. The service is fantastic and the decor pretty chic.
With regards to the food I think it deserves more than only 1 michelin star.
Recommended to get a table next to the windows and to avoid the one located directly at the exit of the kitchen.

When he had his restaurant on the quays (facing the bridge of the Man of the Rock), he already proposed us overcooked fish with honey, citrus syrup, chicory, licorice, walnut coconut and passion fruit. In short, an ignoble agglomerate, without any talent, but which "made class".
He has not changed, he still does not know how to cook. The acid / sweet / salty balances remain for him a mystery. He always thinks that by multiplying the flavors he gets closer to the ideal, as he moves away from it. And yet, he continues to open restaurants, and the financiers follow. Right next there is Basiliz, cheaper, and 1000 times better.
2 stars for the cellar, very nice, and the nice view.

The service is poor for this range of restaurants. I was better received in neighborhood breweries.
The products are of high quality and the taste associations are original. However the quantities are really tiny.
I will never stay there again.

We were a small group of 20 people, the room, elegant, which was reserved for us, overlooked a glazed terrace with a spectacular view of Lyon, an extraordinary lunch, with impeccable service. Add a wonderful day. You couldn't ask for more. They also reserved parking spaces for us.

The setting is fabulous: view of the snow-capped Mont-Blanc in February, as well as the delicate and varied plate.

Following my reservation for Saturday noon July 27 (Restaurant Terrace), I arrived on the spot, have indicated that the restaurant terrace for rain is closed, he tells me to have sent an email, never received, nor a call, against my reservation on the same email with validation by CB has been validated. On site the young man not very comfortable contact his superior restaurant Gastro, after a few seconds of exchanges, he offers me a table at the restaurant Gastro.

The arms fall to me, I remain Con with the young woman that I had invited, neither one nor two, we decline the proposal.

I was already a customer of Gastro, I think it's one of the best restaurants in France, but there, I can tell you that to make a figure of shit in front of a young lady, my stomach was loose.

Results, I turned to another restaurant not far from the, friendly and just as good and always ready to welcome me.

Exceptional setting and view of Lyon, cuisine that despite the sophistication respects the product and showcases it in a masterly way, neither too much nor too little. Everything is extremely tasty but also nuanced. The wine list is exceptional and the staff as discreet as they are attentive. The only complaint that makes me put 4/5 stars is the room a little noisy, but the acoustics large windows do not mix with the sound quality, you can not have everything.

The service here is way more like a 3 star restaurant - absolutely impeccable and the food was equally stunning. Every single dish was delicious and carefully created. We only did the 5 course and was stuffed!

Very tasty and unique food, we order 7 dish and we get also 3 deserts.
5 dishes were tasty and unique as expected from this kind of restaurant.
But 2 wasnt good, one was normal cheese plate, one was small chicken with no flavor.
The atmosphere was good, and chef as good vibe. Can't say much about prices in France, but it was to expensive for my opinion.

Phosphorus meal, the food was very good and the view superb. However, the service is poor (40 min waiting to order, cold server, long service despite the few people). Disappointed with the welcome.

Tasting menu in 7 services simply delicious, the dishes are linked with a service to the small care, the food and wine pairing is successful. A special mention for the signature dish: lobster and its veal head.
A great table to discover Lyon

We know where we put our feet and we are not disappointed. Everything is under control, the staff, many, can not do enough, the view is breathtaking. 48 for lunch for appetizers, starter, main course, dessert and sweets, all done with accuracy that commands respect. Must.

A very good evening spent in your restaurant.
The reservation and the reception were perfect. We particularly appreciated the confirmation e-mail asking if it was for a special occasion, and the delicate attention resulting from it during the meal. The service was almost impeccable, a false note - second bottle of water that took a long time to come, the rest perfect, thanks to a team of attentive waiters but knowing perfectly stand aside and wait when it takes to to intervene, bravo to them.

The setting is exceptional, thanks to the view of course, but also a well-distributed room, spaced tables and a very good sound level, which allows you to get along at the table.

Regarding the quality of the food, it is quite worthy of a starry cuisine, a lot of care given to the presentation, vegetables, fish and meat of choice. The agreements between the different elements of the same dish are right, I think particularly of the signature dish, the "HTV". It's bold and successful. I put a flat for one of the guests, who is in delicacy with the meat / some fish little or not cooked - sardines cooked with salt and veal fillet were struggling to pass. Personally, I found everything very well, even remarkable. I really like the concept Carte Blanche menu, without which I probably would not have tried the concept land / sea HTV calf / lobster, it allows beautiful discoveries, but it is double-edged, even in specifying when ordering the type of dish that we would like to avoid. If like me you are curious and ready to eat "everything", there is no hesitation. The desserts, based on fruits at the moment, are very good, very fresh, with great taste. The sauces, emulsions linking the different dishes are judiciously chosen.

It was a very nice evening thanks to all your team, I wish you a future multi-star.

Very pleasant terrace in summer with an exceptional view of Lyon

Second time but never disappointed! Exceptional service. The waiters anticipate your needs before you even ask. We had come for a bachelorette party and we were able to meet the chef and take a photo with him to the happiness of the bride.
The meal is always very good, well executed! And the breathtaking view of Lyon makes it perfect!
