Really exceptional meal and setting. We took the 6 course formula. Everything was fine, with lots of flavors. The signature dish is sublime as is the arctic char / peanut alliance which is a real surprise with a perfect balance. Dessert is also a treat.
I only put 3 stars, because a large shadow darkens the meal: the service. Indeed, being now accustomed to starred restaurants and their millimeter service, that of last night did not do honor and was not up to this type of establishment. We were immediately put under tension by the staff sensing, immediately coming to cumulate: the menus in the hands, the explanation of the menus, the wine list, the appetizer, the canapes, while we did not have still ordered the aperitif. Too many servers, constantly coming to ask us the same questions and making mistakes when putting down the special plates, completely forgetting to use the water at the end of the evening, coming to remove an unfinished plate ... We felt oppressed as we wait for a gourmet restaurant to enjoy a very good meal, cuddled by discreet waiters and present at the right proportion. And this and really damaging because it takes us out of an intimate moment where we take advantage of the place and the meal to distract us in the wrong way.
I do not know if it is a mistake for one night but given the excellence of many establishments nearby, this does not make us want to come back or recommend to others.
