A very good evening spent in your restaurant.
The reservation and the reception were perfect. We particularly appreciated the confirmation e-mail asking if it was for a special occasion, and the delicate attention resulting from it during the meal. The service was almost impeccable, a false note - second bottle of water that took a long time to come, the rest perfect, thanks to a team of attentive waiters but knowing perfectly stand aside and wait when it takes to to intervene, bravo to them.

The setting is exceptional, thanks to the view of course, but also a well-distributed room, spaced tables and a very good sound level, which allows you to get along at the table.

Regarding the quality of the food, it is quite worthy of a starry cuisine, a lot of care given to the presentation, vegetables, fish and meat of choice. The agreements between the different elements of the same dish are right, I think particularly of the signature dish, the "HTV". It's bold and successful. I put a flat for one of the guests, who is in delicacy with the meat / some fish little or not cooked - sardines cooked with salt and veal fillet were struggling to pass. Personally, I found everything very well, even remarkable. I really like the concept Carte Blanche menu, without which I probably would not have tried the concept land / sea HTV calf / lobster, it allows beautiful discoveries, but it is double-edged, even in specifying when ordering the type of dish that we would like to avoid. If like me you are curious and ready to eat "everything", there is no hesitation. The desserts, based on fruits at the moment, are very good, very fresh, with great taste. The sauces, emulsions linking the different dishes are judiciously chosen.
