A nice place. Attentive service. Creative cuisine. Successful frame. Exceptional panorama. Favorite for the signature dish and mustard and artichoke veal tartare. I recommend for a nice opportunity.

A very nice evening, followed by a journey of flavors and with a sommelier who will help the dishes to take you even further. In a tasting menu of 9 services at the end well eaten certainly but no dish dominates another until the freshness of desserts.

Great staff, good wines, food was ok but not as good as I've had elsewhere without a Michelin star. The views are just amazing and the setting is unbeatable. The food just seemed to lack core flavors. Of the five course meal, I thought one was great, one was ok, and one horrible. Hard to mess up cheese.

Attracted by this restaurant because of its Michelin star, .... it was a terrible disappointment.

A trip of flavor with an extraordinary view of Lyon.
Everything is perfect. The setting, the welcome, the dishes.
There are unique moments and the restaurant tetedoie puts them to music.
We understand then that cooking is an art.

Enter the restaurant by the service staircase which smells bad; forced to go get a server after 10 minutes sitting without anyone coming; forgot to serve water, bread, and no waiter nearby, forced to send the children to ask for everything.
The rib of beef at 70 for children still not served after 1 hour eating only bread.
They had actually lost our order and no one cared that we were waiting.
Maitre d 'not present in the dining room, nice but rather junior waiters.
Good food but nothing exceptional.

In the end, the service and the food clearly do not match the price: 330 for 5!
Fortunately, the view is beautiful ...

Everything about this restaurant is extraordinary. It sits on a hill above Lyons and the view on the September evening that we dined there was of a sparkling city. The experience is not to be rushed. Each course is a visual and gustatory delight. People talk about service being impeccable, but that's really an insufficient compliment as it suggests that no mistakes were made. Everyone at the restaurant sought to make our time there exquisite. Yes, this is an expensive meal, but well worth it for those who appreciate French cuisine that is not just stuck in the past

When we came at the end of July 2020, the service did not live up to the reputation of this establishment: dish not announced, impossible to see the wine list only non-compliance with instructions on chocolate allergy and fat Error on the bill without any apologies ... In short, this establishment takes itself for a great but is not .. Very disappointed therefore. I don't recommend any suggestions at all,

One of the most beautiful view of Lyon from simple but effective dishes without frills

Very nice tasting menu, with a good mix of inventive dishes and extremely well prepared classic dishes. The staff were both friendly and polite and created a fantastic ambience. Every seat of the house has a gorgeous view of Lyon even if not beside the window.

A wonderful culinary journey awaits you in this French gastronomic institution.

Having chosen the menu discovery, it has transported me first in the woods with foie gras, wild boar and grapes, accompanied by a white Chenin.

The walk continued in the meadows with sweetbreads with aubergine and sinzo caviar.
At last the journey ended where he had begun, with two succulent desserts: one with strawberry, the other with mirabelle plum; both accompanied by a liqueur queen Claude.

What about the service if it is that it is irreproachable and warm. The dishes are beautifully presented to you and the head sommelier gratifies you with his passion.





This French gastronomic institution is one of my favorites in Lyon, with the Three Domes and Terraces of Lyon.

Correct meal but having said that WE HAVE LEFT OUR VEHICLE WITH A SUM OF MONEY TO THE DRIVER AND ONCE RETRIEVING THE ACCOUNTS WAS NOT GOOD A BIG PARTY WAS EVAPORATED! OF COURSE A TOTAL DISCLAIMER OF MANAGEMENT IS INCONCEPTIONAL INADMISSIBLE AS BEHAVIOR FOR THIS TYPE OF RESTAURANT SAID "PRESTIGE" NO SURVEILLANCE CAMERA AND NO EMPATHIES I AM CALLING IT MY SINGLE NARGUANT BY TAKING A GOING TO BEHIND PURCHING AND CONVICTING AS IF MY VOICE DOES NOT COUNT, I HIGHLY DISCOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT !!!

Great gourmet restaurant. Only problem, we did not always understand the explanations of the waiters (very friendly) with a strong foreign accent.

If you are looking for a gourmet restaurant, go your way: far too salty dishes, no soul in the kitchen, uninteresting assortments. Servers who do the job, but careless to their customers. Magnificent view of Lyon. Given the quality of the cuisine, the prices are indecent.

In table two, the view is superb. After it is gastro, it's expensive, but the advice and dishes are excellent. As a bonus they have reserved parking for the restaurant.

The savory dishes were AMAZING! Must try the puffed egg if you like rich food. Great service as you can expect. Dessert was fine, nothing too special.

Nice view over Lyon. Design of the meals was better than the taste. The waiter was not happy with 40 euro tip for two adults and a child bill. Would not recommend.

I recommend the vegetarian menu which is extremely fine and delicate. A lot of work on the plates. A pleasure for the eyes and for the taste buds.

It s hard to find fault in a Michelin rated restaurant in a gastronomic city that also has a hill top view. The chefs technical expertise is well showcased and he has a lot to prove as a decorated MOF. His signature dish that comes with a side of lobster ravioli in a lobster bisque is worth the price of the meal. In fact, I would say sauces are the highlight of his repertoire. However, what struck me about this place is the understated midcentury modern decor and the quick pace of the meal. The service was either understaffed or they were trained to hustle because they moved quickly (maybe because they thought Americans eat more quickly?). I don t know but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Be aware that the view at lunch is vastly different then that at night so plan accordingly if that s what matters to you.

We have been forgotten a little but the team is so professional that we will only remember the best.

The prices are high but we know why: the refinement and the aromatic power of the dishes, the very good wines, the quality of the service, the setting and the view to die for will not make you regret having come.

I work for a large hotel school. So I usually eat well - especially the gastronomic- This has unfortunately allowed the development of some overweight. But also and more sadly of a certain weariness concerning gastronomy.

Except when I visited Tetedoie, I was pleasantly surprised.

Indeed, at first the environment is particularly pleasing. I do not speak of the sight: it is necessarily magnificent. Being located in the heights of the hill. No, I'm talking about the modern architecture of the restaurant itself. It's worth the detour.

Then the service was - for me - high level. From the valet to the maitre d 'via the reception and the sommelier it was perfect. No, the team is really pro.

So, the most interesting for me: the dishes. The bar is high. Very high. But it's refined. Very refined. It's beautiful for the eyes but also for the palate and smell. By cons if you are a "big eater" and you are looking for a steak or a recipe for mom to explode your belly go your way. Quantities are the right thing.
In addition, it takes a certain sensitivity to appreciate this cuisine.

Finally, I recommend for a romantic outing, an outing between couples or a selfish tasting solo.
I do not recommend for groups: you must have a minimum of privacy to enjoy this cuisine.

Be careful as a lot of gourmet food is expensive. Affordable but expensive.

We had 240 euros for two with: an appetizer for two, two a la carte, two bottles of water, four glasses of wine and two desserts.

My experience in the gourmet restaurant Lyon was fabulous. In full September, still enjoying an Indian summer and beautiful weather, I could admire the extraordinary Lyon it offers (besides we had the opportunity to take the last dessert in terrace). I tested the most affordable menu and it offered as many flavors as others, consisting of several plates finely arranged. We also enjoyed the very professional and welcoming valet service. With my companion, we came out and our taste buds marveled. It's an experience to be done at least once in your life, you will not be disappointed!
