Friendly Staff. Nice ocean view room . Everything you need in your room. Casino has 24 hr cafe which was very useful. Would book again.

I had so much fun here. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. It was a little over whelming at first since I had never been to a casino. None the less the staff was inviting, friendly, and helpful. We were gonna stay the night here but it ended up being completely booked, so we took a late night drive back home.

I should say first: I m not a gambler, so I can t speak on how great that stuff is. It s a smaller casino. Smells like an ashtray. Atmosphere was kinda sad. We burned through my $50 budget, got a beer at the bar (great view) and left. I won t come back if I can avoid it.

Stayed at the hotel for my 21st birthday, the suite we got was a a esome with a beautiful view of the ocean. Worth every penny. Lost some money at the casino but its called gambling for a reason. For my birthday we went to the Rogue River Steakhouse for dinner and oh my God. Amazing! Best steak I've ever had and the staff was extremely friendly. Sang happy birthday to me and gave me some ice cream. Offered me a different drink for free when I didn't like the first one I had. I will definitely stay and eat here again when I come back.

Rented us a room knowing they had no electricity. I know they had no controll of the fire but should have not rented us the room in the first place

The people that work here a nice a kind and friendly. I enjoyed the food and people. I will be back many many time .

If you're enjoying the beach, you might want to stop in and pay some "taxes". Proceeds from the Casino fund tribal health care and collage funds. So, even if you don't win, you're doing good work.

I enjoy chinook winds because it is close to home. The staff engage with me on the proper level. No matter what mood I'm in. Not too pushy,they dont hover. I'm provided with adequate service all around

To start with this review I will say there is a lot of smell to cigarette from parking lot all they way to the buffet, I guess is normal going thru the casino. The food is really good but not many choices, the service is not that good, they need more personnel.

I have been to some bad casinos, but Chinook Winds is the worst. Not only will you almost never see a bonus no, but when you do you will be lucky to win a dollar. Playbacks are also next to never. If you are on the coast, I would suggest driving farther on down to Florence and check-out Three Rivers Casino. At least they let you play there, playbacks are frequent, and bonuses may not be big but they happen more often. This used to be a great Casino oh, I guess their greed has gotten the best of them.

Great pit stop on our Oregon road trip. Parking was easy and they have a garage. The games were good and they have a non-smoking section. The casino seemed a bit quiet but still busy. We played for a few hours and did well enough. Staff was friendly and the restrooms were clean. I'd come back for sure if I'm in the area.

They're not following any covid practices and were so packed, their atms do not take any card that has to swipe, not even the cage. So much for my special day.

Drove by many times, decided to stop in and have a look around. This water fall is right at the entrance. Everyone was polite, respectful and helpful. Had lunch at there buffet. Delicious, cost $10.00 left a $5.00 tip. What makes this even more remarkable is that I am sure I looked like a homeless man. Clean clothes but needed a shave and wore flip flops. Security was polite and helpful when I asked directions. I will defiantly recommend this place to everyone and become a regular myself.

Nice place. The buffet is ok, not great. If you are going for a concert buy an extra seat so that you have room to sit. The chairs are narrow and right beside each other.

Went to see the Operation Comedy Tour. So much fun and laughter!

My first time visiting wanted to check out the sports book, the actual Sportsbook area is a little small but the rest of the casino is large. Staff was friendly and the hotel right next door is right on the beach

We ate in the main restaurant and the workers did a great job. Our food was good but what was not good was the closeness of the smoking tables. We liked our window table but would not sit there again. I have asthma

We went to see a show. The show was great and the venue was good. The casino was a typical casino and was very smoky. There was a ton of people there for the show, and only 1 bar. Had to wait in line over 1/2 hour to buy a very weak drink. Go early, drink beer.

The ocean is beautiful. My wife and I was lucky 9-07-2020 We won some money and left Lincoln City at 5pm to relax with friends. I pray everyone that stayed is healthy

They were waiting to clean the machines as soon as you walked away. It was really nice and clean.

The fish taco are to die for!! Had a great time!! Everyone was awesome!! My Girlfriend hit a Royal Flush!!

Covid 19 Risk, no one is respecting the 6 ft rule. Great Ocean view though and great casino. Nothing wrong with place just something wrong with people no listening.

Mediquick stop to check out the action and activity turned out that I spent more money than I won but if it wasn't for bad luck I'd have no luck at all. Oh no very friendly clean upbeat atmosphere and staff. And Jack Sparrow Dracula's bride and Dracula along with several other characters all dressed up walking on the beach after supposedly Jack Sparrow married Dracula to his bride.

New Covid rules were not unreasonable. Had lots of fun. No buffet but food was still delicious and satisfying.

Nice overdue (30+ years) honeymoon destination. We had a great time! Looking forward to returning. I love you husband.

My goodness! Super friendly staff. Breakfast at the hotel was amazing with an even more amazing view. Again, staff at the restaurant is super friendly! We had a wonderful time. Thanks.

A little daunting from my last visit there.. I had brought my husband to experience all you can eat seafood Friday, however the food wasn't nearly as fresh tasting or well prepared as the other time. Hoping Covid set backs are the only reason. Especially since rates increased by 10$ per person.

The Casino met my expectations and we had a great time. There was good energy Friday and off the hook on Saturday night.

We always have fun at Chinook Winds. There is a nice mixture of new and old slots. The staff is always friendly and helpful. If you visit the lounge get the steak or shrimp quesadilla. It's so good!

Absolute worst customer service in the world! I get better service from the customer service KIOSK at McDonalds! .. called to get a quote on a reservation...called back not even 5 minutes later and Monica answered the phone telling me they were already full before my first call!! I believe Heather was the name of the first girl I talked to .. this was by far the worst customer service I ever received..Monica even went on making excuse after excuse .. "Oh it's because we use 2 different systems" .. so if I had scheduled it on the first call and drove all the way to the Oregon Coast does that mean they would have turned me away because they don't know how to schedule a reservation? .. I'm confused..NOT WORTH IT!

This place is like our home away from home. We aways stay in their junior suites which has a phenomenal view of the beach. Its always clean and cozy. The staff and front desk are very nice to work with.

Great place but closes at 2AM and be prepared to wear a mask and be social distanced. People are great as always even in our covid masked world we find ourselves in

Lots of fun on the slot machines here. Great, professional staff there to help you with anything. The buffet was good as well. Lots of tasty options.

My girlfriend and i stayed this weekend. There was a car show . at midnight on Friday. There was a party going on. In the parking lot in from of the rooms. I called the front desk . to ask if they would do something. I was told there is nothing they could or would do. Some of the people where not even guess. And had taking parking spots. And we had no where to park. We had to park over 200 yards away. On the street.i was told today aug31 . if i don't stop saying how bad my stay was.. I'll be band... FIND BAND ME..... If drunks in your parking lots are better than. People paying for a weekend. Is more important to you. Have thenm. I'll stay somewhere else. That's cheaper

The room is average, the view of the beach makes up for the average room, and the bed is not that comfortable. The worst part this stay is that the free wifi is Absolutely Horrible!!!! It kept connecting and disconnecting, connecting and disconnecting. I finally gave up and used my more Reliable Cell Data Signal.

Only had dinner at the restaurant but the prime rib and halibut were excellent. Staff were friendly and attentive, also the beak breaker from pelican brewery was quite tasty!

The Indian fry bread was awesome in the deli. Didn't care for any of the machines .

Cool casino right off the coast of the Pacific Ocean. Only spent about half an hour here, but enjoyed my time. Drinks aren't horribly expensive, games are fun.

Played blackjack, overall good experience. I wish they would make the whole casino non smoking, but they won't.

It was very nice very family oriented and safe it was a really good time for all.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. People go beyond to help get you what you need. The room was very clean and nice. We really loved the view.

I was surprised that the cost for the buffet more than doubled in 10 years.
$21 for a 12 year old is extremly high. I paid it anyhow, I remember the food and options were the best.
Dissatisfied with options, customer service was terrible.
Had to ask 3 times for a salad plate that wasn't hot, before the gal understood my not wanting the plate from under the heat lamp. I will skip eating there in future visits.

It was a good experience since I moved from California and my friend wanted to show me the Oregon coast while he gambled and thought the Oregon coast was beautiful compared to California coast but other than that it's your typical Casino but with a beach front view

Oh my gosh! What can I say. We gambled, lost money, had a terrific meal at the steakhouse. It was a great way to spend my 60th birthday!

One of Oregon's few Native American ran casino's. This one located just off Hwy 101 the beautiful scenic west coast. In Lincoln City, Oregon. On the sandy beaches of the Pacific Ocean.

Cool casino. You guys didn't advertise fireworks show very well, would've loved to see it 25th anniversary

Don't actually patron the casino really. But I enjoy going to the beach.

We love going here and gambling and the restaurants have good food but if you dont want to pay waaaay to much for a room then i advise you go on a weekday.rooms are expensive friday and saturday but cheaper through the week

Its ok big and lots of slot machines but only a few of my favorites. Not so loose

The place looks good and is kept clean. Only negative thing is the ventilation is horrible. The moment you step into the main floor the cigarette smoke is like a punch in the face and hard to breathe.

I want lots of money on this trip. It was a lot of fun

Slots aren't as loose as they used to be....and since the hubby quit smoking a bit too stinky! Bummer!!

I'm glad Lincoln city got this casino there. I always have a good time and the best luck when I play. They got some Good new and old machine penny slots, some good food court area and buffet. #steakhouse

We lost all our money. But the hotel was beautiful and very clean no ciggarette smells. And a 24 shuttle to and from the Casino made it awesome.

Typical Smokey casino. Maybe they should go NO smoking and have a small smoking section. They would definitely get more players that way. All they would have to do is advertise and people would come running to a smoke free gaming room.

Good concert venue! I don't think that you could actually have a bad seat here no matter where you sit.

It was okay got harassed about paperwork for a service dog by everyone in there except for the cool lady that's a waitress there and she said she hate people and loves dogs

Its another casino, the layout was kinda fun though, and you can't beat anything that is at the beach!!!

My boyfriend and I were incredibly disappointed. We were excited to stay on the beach and enjoy the casino. The casino is extremely run down. It needs a huge facelift. The restaurant in the resort was ok. We had a one hundred dollar bill for meteocre food. Our room was on the beach which was lovely but it smelled of cigarettes and wet dog. I had to request our room to be sprayed since we drove 2 hours to get there and didn t want to drive all the way home. Although the service was okay; I would never recommend anyone stay at this resort, casino or honestly even in the city. The breakfast we also had nearby had terrible service. Needless to say, we will never be back in this city.

Love this little get away spot and I love the casino too though it could use some renovating it's still a nice place to visit. The hotel is nice and cozy and clean. We love staying there. We will be back again.

Nothing remarkable. I did not stay in a room with a view. It was clean enough. But very small not even a spot to hang a coat. No closet no hangers ...just very simple. I think they did try to update it since it was originally built but expect an older building.

My favorite casino of my trip. Enjoyed the ambiance as much as the gambling.

I love going to Chinook winds, they have amazing accommodations right on the beach. The food is always great and the shows are wonderful! I would recommend anyone traveling in the Lincoln city are visit and stay a few days at the casino, you won't be sorry!

It was a great visit. My only gripe is too many freaking covid restrictions, makes the experience a little less enjoyable. I'm sure the casino owners are just as tired of them as we all are.

We had a great room right on the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room service breakfast was wonderful. Price was very good as well. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars was the Wi-Fi was terrible. Went to the casino and had a nice time there too.

This place was in worse condition than Spirit Mountain Casino. Save your money and don't come here.
