I love how the service is it's always busy. But always fun
The food is ok. The drinks are great. And the slot machines are pretty fun. I dont usually play
The tables. But if i did i bet id be a bigger winner

This is a nice casino with an upstairs buffet right on the ocean. They offer newer and older slot machines and self-serve complimentary drinks. They host many events here. This casino is in a prime location.

They are working very hard keeping everything safe and sanitary . Great job Chinook winds!!

Beautiful casino, just no smoking inside. Drinks are not free and the staff is nice, but they don't relate well to visitors. There's an age gap and not an Indian in sight. In my opinion this casino is just a place to gamble. Not to drink, smoke and have a good time. Just gamble. Not even a hi how are ya or good luck from a single staff member. There's a word for that, but I don't want my account locked. Welcome to the casino, if you want to smoke you can't gamble, you go sit outside in the cold. Wow what a place

This hotel has one of the best beach views that you could ask for. Highly recommended.

It's clean but could use better smoke eaters. Staff was friendly and food was good. Casino needs to be expanded the game floor needs more room

Our room in building D is pretty rough. Lamp shades busted, no ac, in need of updating badly. The staff are tremendous, friendly & helpful. I also feel like there should be more perks at the casino, like food discounts etc, while staying at the Hotel.

I wander around for half an hour absolutely no staff walked up to see if they can help me I have no clue how to gamble have never done it in my life would have been nice

Chinook Winds is a casino I've known about since I was 12 years old. Its location at the coast makes it an easy entertainment stop for young and old alike. They have kept up with the times and haven't lost their touch. The casino gaming floor was clean and easy to navigate. The video slots were up to date and in good working order. If you plan on staying the night, remember to try and get an oceanside room. The view is perfect. There never seems to be a problem with parking or no vacancy despite how busy the casino may look. Overall, if you are at the coast and looking for some fun, Chinook Winds is the place.

Love this place!! Casino, just the right size so your not lost and confused. Staff is so helpful and actually know the answers when you barrage them with questions. The ocean is literally below the hotel and parking is perfect. They even have a shuttle if your feeling lazy and dont want to walk the block to the club.

Enjoy the ride to the beach. I love the buffet! Great food and desserts! I win some each trip!

Half of our time was spent on the casino floor and the other half was at the nearby arcade. The staff and the casino were friendly and we're very willing to answer any questions we had. The arcade was lots of fun, with some fun games and pleasant staff as well.

Chinook winds had the beat service, The beds were ready for us, Buffet was the best. The service was excellent they always checked on us if we were ok. Which other resorts do not have.

They have been making updates to there location, it is nicer now that. I enjoy staying there, a lot of fun to be at the beach with great people, and games.

The Friday night seafood buffet is amazing!!! All you can eat Dungeness crab!

I would give it a 5 (4 3/4's) star rating instead but for the confusion of the shuttle service. We will definately be coming back.

Nothing special. It's a casino. Lots of machines, smoking... Clean rooms.

Staff very accommodating to all our request. Front desk welcomed us with a Happy Anniversary card. Only negatives no wine glasses in room; no pen or paper and could use a little upgrading in the rooms. Rooms very clean this visit.

I don't really gamble,but I go with people who do. Fridays or Saturday nights I like to go up to the rouge river room for the dancing. Concerts are fun here too. The deli never let's me down after a night of drinking and dancing. Always love their Halloween event

Went for Buffett. Wish casinos would outlaw cigarette smoking in side. Buffett also was lacking variety. Otherwise cool place.

Attended a friends Wedding here and was really impressed. I'm not really into casinos but this one is pretty sweet. Really appreciated the nonsmoking area.

Went on a Saturday night, very busy. One of the ladies would not give me the time of day untill I told her how much money I had. Now she thinks I'm poor and ugly. Would recommend casino just dont try to flirt with Denise.

People were nice. View is good. Rooms a tad small and very basic for the price compared to others in the area.

It's always better at the beach so have fun peace out

The size of the suite was what was expected. But the carpets needed to be cleaned, the top of the fridge/freezer was broken, there was a broken glass put back upside down that could have cut someone if not looking, and the furniture was so shredded that all that was visible on the cushions were the stuffing. I had to kill more than one bug. ewww. I mean i know it is the coast so the dampness smell is to be expected just not as much as this room. When we informed the front desk they were nice and did apologize for it fut for $178/night you would expect more....Oh and on their site when you book, you are given your total of per night including taxes but not that you will be paying a resort fee and a tribal fee. I think they should include that to keep people informed. So overall the room i don't think was worth the money. On a better note... The beach access was wonderful as the view from the room. The lounge staff and food was wonderful.

It's got everything a casino is supposed to have, however a bit on the small side, which makes drinks especially longer to grab, which isn't necessarily what you want in a casino, but otherwise a nice area with an amazing buffet, and actually decent venues. I just went to a Snoop Dogg concert on Halloween, and it was a great show. Definitely worth stopping by and taking a look.

Not very happy as a first experience here, looking into the the hotel was a nightmare, and I was Miss quoted and missing items in the room I was told would be there. The casino itself was okay but small, the food however was great and parking was easy. May or may not come back, I submitted feedback to the owners and they have not responded back to my concerns

So sad take your kids to the arcade spend well over a couple hundred dollars to deal with broking games so fun right my 3 year old gets all Happy because they win the bonus but yet the tickets don't come out and we'll that's just to bad. I understand a game or two even three but every other game really they work grate with takeing you're money but that's about it don't plan on playing the game unless your there to watch employees that have no clue how to fix the game ack like they do. You would think they make enough money at the casino but apparently they gotta take from the kids as well ......

My husband and I go here every year for our anniversary and I enjoy it everytime. The food is good; free drinks and the buffet is to die for. Just watch your gambling and know your limit!

Worst casino experience ever. I can sit next to people and play glorified video games but no tables open. BUNK!

We got a jr suite for our anniversary and the building was under construction which we didn't know until we had already checked in and proceeded to our room. Half the parking lot was blocked off and construction vehicles were taking up some of the available spots making it very difficult to park. Inside the building half of it had no walls making it drafty and dusty. Our room was okay, our mattress was hard, the tv was removed from the bathroom, and you could see into the hallway through a gap in the door. Also no ice on our floor. One of the ready we chose to spend extra on the suite building was for the exclusivity of the hot tub and a view of the beach from hot tub..those things no longer exist except for in our memories. We could not see the ocean from the hot tub and ppl from the other buildings were hanging out in the lobby, hot tub, and spa. We should have saved ourselves the extra money.

It a Indian casino very tight machines.. have a hard time getting a bounce play..

I tasted practically everything at the buffet and it was all gross. Overcooked dry tasteless. The prime rib was okay . And the chocolate chip cookies were great. It was $21 for each person including my 11 year olds. For That kind of money I expected decent food

So my fav. Casino like the view from the rooms is breath taking I could wake up every morning to that view oh and the upstairs Mexican food restaurant is top notch in taste, soso in the customer service area

Nice selection of machines here. Usually keep up with newer selections as well as older models. Not a huge place, but large enough to move around. Also have limited table games, 21, craps, etc. If your luck isn't great you can always take a walk on the beach 100 yards away.

Having been to Vegas a time or two (who hasnt, right?) I was confused by the excessive security here. So many picky rules, the staff seemed to enjoy their job harassing patrons. I was there for a girls' weekend of fun, so we were looking forward to letting loose a little. Having said that if you're just there to gamble and stick to yourself, this place will be just fine.

Won few hundred bucks. Stayed with family. The downside is that they charge per head in the hotel. That was really unnecessary will be staying elsewhere in future, maybe closer to home like spirit mountain.

Better than average casino. Slots have good pay out percentage, table games are as good as any. Staff is generally good and polite. Main restaurant is better than most in this genre. Great location and view from restaurant.

Casino itself was nice. Great selection of slots. Unfortunately, the Players Club process is somewhat redundant for new players. As of 19JUN18, new card members get $5 in Free Play. You can also get another $5 by providing them your mobile number- Once you get your card, send a text to 99158 with CHINOOK as the message..Once you receive the response, send YES MM/DD/YY (your date of birth). Then, you will receive a final message that you again have to show the Players Club rep. Redundant procedure if you ask me..Just give $10 for providing a cell number! Lol.

Buffett did not seem diverse enough or enough different foods for the price. The rest of the casino was fun. I appreciated the free drinks (soda and coffee) throughout the casino.

It's nice here at the coast a little cold and windy.the Ocean is com nice day for a walk on the beach The motel is nice always clean.

Had fun.... but the smoke is way too much, we couldnt even walk around and look....couldnt even eat or find baffet....as you go up escalators it was so bad we turned around and stayed and the non smoking part.....that was.ok..we had fun...but got hungery so we left...I can't believe that many people still smoke cigarettes

Fun place but finding the other-than-penny slots was tough. Great food and service at the restaurant, and I came home with a lot more cash than I arrived with, LOL.

If you like crowds, and Smokey atmosphere this is place for you. That said, it's the only game in town.

I was at the arcade, which was fun. The games are a little spendy, but we got enough tickets for my niece to get some fun stuff.

Safety measures in place, 6ft, masks, etc, had a good time.

Rooms are nothing special and the cheap rooms are closer to a closet than a room. The buffet is pretty good.

It was my first time at a casino in Oregon. The lights of all the machines and the energy of the players made it a great bonding experience for the group I was with.

They are doing a great job adhering and implementing covid-19 requirements. Employees were visible routinely wiping down ATMs machines and chairs on casino floors. The only negative I'd witnessed worth guess and their lack of adherence when it came to wearing masks. Individuals seem to be wearing them or around their necks or just over their mouth. None of this was a cause created by the casino, instead is was deplorable behavior, buy a small few. Let's all keep up the good work, and stay safe, protect ourselves and others, it will save lives, each one of us can be a hero if we each take the personal responsibility an action of following covid-19 guidelines. Let's not go backwards, support the businesses that you patronize by following their new mandate. No one can afford 4 hour businesses and likelihoods to be put on hold again.

Clean room other than a few strands of random hair in bathroom sink. Very friendly staff and amazing ocean views and right on beach! Another negative is that the door to the room was super sticky, as in hard to open and hot water took forever to get hot! Other than that, great fun and good visit!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are very very high for the amount and quality of the food youre getting. That being said, its a casino, you don't exactly come for the food. Enjoyable decor and aesthetic and has a beautiful overlook of the ocean.

They are Covid Ready. Everyone wears masks. You turn on your service light after you are done with a machine and they run over and clean it before the next guest. So considerate. Sorry but smoking is not allowed inside. I LOVED it!!

Would not recommend the rogue steakhouse. What a horrible experience. Not even that busy waited 20 min to see our server another 15 min to get out drinks I ordered the surf and turf prime rib and crab cakes. Only thing good was crab cakes everything else was very cold prime rib very dry and cold by the time I got another Baker I was over it. Manager took some off and offered more food was very nice but declined as we had been sitting there for an hour at this point. Waited another 20 min after asking 3 people for our check finally saw our server and was told it was easier for him if we went up front to pay and sorry he ruined our night. Completely not ok won't try again for awhile

Great prime rib buffet. Long wait though(45 minutes in line).

My daughter, husband, and I went to the Chinook Winds Casino to see Tesla. The venue is quite small and makes for a great and intimate event. We can not wait to see who will be there next and in the future! A great place to go and have a good time! Enjoy!

Good prices for decent food. Plus free fountain drinks and coffee.
