The product line is amazing, with tremendous innovation and dedication behind the craftsmanship. Quite a few employees have been with the company for decades, and there is a lot of diversity too. Employee-owned company, with a stock ownership program, health benefits and PTO.

I've been around Hot Tubs a long time, this is THE brand to buy for amazing massage, ease of use and decades long life spans...
Went to a interview twice. They still haven't hired me and they don't answer their phone or reply to my messages. They should really take the "now hiring" sign down.
I purchased a Celebrity Napa tub (made by Marquis) in mid 2013. It's been a disappointment. It's only 3 years old, but since the warranty expired the tub has had all of these problems:
- It sprung an internal leak (that I fixed myself).
- Six of the jet nozzles have broken loose because the little plastic tabs that hold them in place have broken off.
- The jet system will no longer mix with air (so the tub is mostly now only good for soaking, not massage).
- The label on the control panel has peeled off.
- There's moisture inside the control panel, so I figure eventually it'll break too.
I know hot tubs aren't perfect and will sometimes need repairs. But my previous hot tub was a Hot Springs model by Watkins, and it took over a decade to develop as many similar problems (though it never leaked).
A nice place to work. The company builds hot tubs. Business all over the world.
