I'm very fussy about the cinemas I go to, I look out for quality of staff, projection and clientele (beware of code breakers). First experiences weren't great as most of the ticket terminals were out of order. But once the ticket was in hand, there were no problems. Plenty of leg room, decent projection of Gravity and minimal code breakers amongst the audience. Will definitely go back - relieving to find another cinema that isn't like Wood Green

Currently sat in screen 2 too cold to enjoy the movie! Its a rainy and cold day and the AC is on blast. I asked two staff members to turn it off before the film started, a few minutes later it was off....10 mins later it was on again! I hate missing parts of the film (to ask for something ive already requested!) and it's sad they don't care about our experience here

Ridiculous how low this cinema has gone. Slowest service, ignorant women at a main desk. I mean three people behind the counter, 2 people waiting and we waited for 10 minutes to get a bottle of water and a popcorn. The end was the best when the cleaning lady walked in while the credits to a marvel movie were still running. In 15 years of visiting the cinemas, I ve never experienced the cleaner walk in while people still inside, they always waited.
This just proves whoever the manager is, he or she is not doing the job well as the team is unwelcoming and it diminishes the experience.
But at least finally they kept the small ceiling light off during the movie as this particular cinema is known to keep them on despite my complaints over past 3 years. I love the sound and screens but the behaviour is rather disgraceful. Two stars only for the empty cinema.

A surcharge for the larger screen?!? So you're charging more for fewer dots per inch, and the luxury of having lots of people in the screen. This is stupid, no wonder they are giving out free tickets to nectar card holders.

Love watching the movies here, especially the early start ones, however the state of the toilets are unbelievable. dirty blocked, one particular loo seat has been cracked for at least a year. For the extremely high prices they charge for what is actually a local, not west end theatre, they should be ashamed. Staff are lovely and helpful.

This cinema and venue are amazing but the vue adverts (post movie trailers/pre movie) are the worst and most annoying adverts. They really kill the movie experience and it s about time for change!

AWFULL---STAY HOME AND USE YOUR MONEY TO STREAM! the staff were no where to be found on the floor, i waited fully 10 minutes to be served and staff were rude inattentive and clearly not in need of their jobs.

the WORST cinema I've ever been. It's too EXPENSIVE, staff is passive, the worst is the people there, they are all very noisy, keep screaming like animals, laughing, taking pictures with flash, filming??! I felt like I was in another dimensions surrounded by the most stupid and disrespectful people on this planet.

45 Minutes Ads and trailers, First time I thought that maybe you have technical issues, Second time I thought its a coincidence but 3 times in a row I believe thats your policy.

1st of all you cannot force me (try to brainwash me) watch ads for 45 MINUTES.

2nd You need to respect your customers time.

3rd If thats your policy make sure you inform your Customers before they pay.

I believe 10-15 minutes is acceptable time for ads but 45 minutes is unacceptable!

Extremely Disappointed.

The movie room was great. The VIP seats were kinda okay, not enough leg space for my boyfriend, who is about 1.90 cm so that was a downer. However, that being said, there was approximately 30-35 mins of adds?! During which my doritos turned into soup? Why would they pour the sauce onto the chips if they know the adds are gonna take so long? The candy booth had scoops, but nothing to grab the long strips of candy! It is so unhigenethic i can't even... Overall my experience was ruined because of the state of the snacks offered. The sound and the picture quality were okay.

Very nice cinema, they have a lot of movies to choose from and good time slots. The cinema is very clean and has comfortable seats. The sound is really good too. There is a bar area now and they have lots of snacks available. There is also really good restaurant options in the O2 centre where this is located.

Conveniently located for me. Service from the staff is always friendly and helpful. The cinema, however, needs a really good clean! The toilets and viewing rooms are really dirty.

Eh, it's an alright Vue. At the end of the day the films play at the time they're meant to so how bad can it be when the film is still showing?

If you pre-pay using Amex and collect using the ticket machines? It prints out all of the tickets for that day that were purchased on Amex.

The popcorn is stale.

The bathrooms always look like a herd of elephants on their way to a hen party have been through there. That being said - they do have music on there which is something I think all public bathrooms should have. No one wants to hear what's going on.

That being said the theatre itself isn't cold so that's a bonus.

Very disappointed that after my younger sister and her friends went to this cinema (all wearing hijabs) they were intimidated and told to show their passports by this white older lady with glasses. Since when do Cinemas ask for passports as identification? They showed her an alternative identification and she was still not satisfied until my sister and her friends asked to see the manager. She then disappeared for two seconds and came sulking back and waved them to go inside. I don't know what this ladies problem was but how dare she behave in this manner in front of customers. I am utterly horrified and disgusted by her. In addition to interrogating them, her and her colleague proceeded to let the queue of people inside without asking for any passports despite telling my sister that they were asking everyone. I am fuming!!!

Saw aqua man. They put us in a tiny little screen with about 32 seat approx. We were sitting 3 rows from the first and we still had to strain our necks in order to see what was going. if you do go to the cinema I would definitely advise checking which screen you're in and making sure it's not a small dingy little room with a screen.

Reasonably priced tickets with a solid concessions stand. Theatres are spacious with very comfortable seats, great sized screens, and well balanced sound.

One of the things that Vue gets right which the nearby Odeon Luxe really needs to learn from, is their wide selection of films with regular screen times as well as late showings. It's inexcusable for a cinema in London to not show films late at night, and thank God Vue has the common sense to understand this, with plenty of films on offer for those of us who enjoy late screenings.

The cinema on itself is very nice .But they should improve staff , because some of them are not very friendly or polite, which is spoiling your cinema experience.
And getting popcorn, alcohol at two different points is not very convenient as well. Prices for snacks is not visible anywhere, so you have to ask.

It's a cinema, it shows good movies, but there is so much room for improvement in this place. Firstly the prices, obviously set by corporate so very little room for manoeuvre, but they are stupidly extortionate and can turn a good movie into a family holiday for 4 in Spain. The staff are so rude and unhelpful it's a joke. Customer service is not a priority, getting through the shift and making money is. There is no effort to help, very little mutual support from the 'team' and some of the language being used by the bored staff chatting is horrendous. Then there's the seating. Yes it's comfortable, yes it's staggered so everyone can see, but when you've been to the one in Cambridge where EVERY seat is a fully reclining leather armchair as standard, you can't help but feel bitter.

Avoid at any cost! I went to see the Martian, they allowed people to come in in the middle of the movie, staff opened emergency doors letting light in next to the screen for 20 min, and worst of all air conditioning was super cold. Very disappointing.

With ample parking and eateries at the O2 Centre, it s never difficult convincing my family out for a film. The facilities are generally well kept and clean, although the washroom cleanliness can admittedly be a bit hot and miss depending upon just how busy they are on the day.
