Very disappointed that after my younger sister and her friends went to this cinema (all wearing hijabs) they were intimidated and told to show their passports by this white older lady with glasses. Since when do Cinemas ask for passports as identification? They showed her an alternative identification and she was still not satisfied until my sister and her friends asked to see the manager. She then disappeared for two seconds and came sulking back and waved them to go inside. I don't know what this ladies problem was but how dare she behave in this manner in front of customers. I am utterly horrified and disgusted by her. In addition to interrogating them, her and her colleague proceeded to let the queue of people inside without asking for any passports despite telling my sister that they were asking everyone. I am fuming!!!
