Another person in the queue to buy tickets threatened me with physical assault. He swore at me.

We were late for the film and were allowed to take our pizza and salad with us inside!!.
xavier ferando got sick but nobody help him i loved that
Vue is my cinema of choice, whether it is Westfield, Finchley Road or North Finchley, I always end up at Vue. The cinemas are great and they have a nice variety of food at the kiosks. Their basic seats are pretty comfortable, and the VIP seats are the best. However, some screens have rooms that are too small and it feels claustrophobic as the screen is as big as possible but there isn't enough distance between the seats and the screen. Despite this, it is a great cinema experience.
I like this cinema. Seats are comfy and they show a good range of movies. Staff can be slow. The ice cream stall sometimes takes an annoying amount of time to find staff to serve you, but the loos are always clean and other cinema users are friendly and well behaved.
This is an ok Vue cinema.
Prebook for bigger releases as it can get busy and you will find the movie is sold out - staff are just OK and the screens are huge! The seats are comfortable too.
The [women] toilets are not great but they play music throughout the restrooms and main cinema...
It is an alright cinema experience.
I put one star cause I booked the VIP ticket,I went to the screen 2 and on the VIP side suppose to be also the extra legs space, but was the same than other seats,so no points to pay extra price,I know it's also cause is the best section for the audio but suppose to be the extra legs space,if you go there don't booking the VIP side!!! 1 star because of that.
Almost perfect! Great picture, sound, comfy seats, good service. ONE problem. Dirty stain on the screen! ( @ 10 o'clock screen no 1 Vue Staff). Clean up your act! Otherwise really good
Fresh pop corn, lots of treats avaliable, loving the new bar area. However, staff are quite miserable here, there never seems to be enough staff. Been here lots of times to watch movies, the air con is always set to freezing, been known to watch films in gloves, hat and scarf.. O2 VUE...Please hear our frozen cries...TURN OFF the air con when there are less than 10 people in the room.
Paid for VIP seats but has no control and many people with average seats got place on VIP area. And VIP seats are nothing different than ordinary seats. Just making more money
Always out with my son Joseph and we love this place
Terrible customer service especially for the price you pay for the pleasure of sitting there for 2 to 3 hours
Booked online so access to the cinema itself was very easy, comfortable seats for the duration. Adverts for other movies run on for what seems like 25 mins. So no need on this occasion to get there at the specified time 7.55pm movie started around 8.25pm I think. Overall a good experience.
Very good Cinema, fantastic screen and Dolby surround!
Comfy seats , we had a great view . In the complex there are a good variety of eating establishments. And being only a few mins. From Finchley Road Station one can take a tube not having to bother about parking , also able to have an alcaholic drink . Yes a good night.
I watched the avangers infinity is amazing film.and amazing cinema
Clean and tidy cinema. Never that packed which is a plus for a near central London cinema.
absolutely outraged I went to see "War for the planet of the apes "last night in Finchley road O2 cinema and had a terrible experience. we had to wait to buy our tickets for so long that we missed the beginning of the film.Total rip off ! we were sold tickets full price for 3D film and glasses and the film was in 2D .Avoid that O2 Vue Finchley road cinema!!
Fairly decent cinema, some of the chairs in the cinema are comfier than others. Generally I thought it was pretty clean and there is plenty of leg room.
Good and clean cinema. The cinema however was empty.
Good facility, expensive if not using discount/free tickets
Cheapest cinema in London, always a little noisy with inconsiderate people talking during the film but still top value for money.
Great selection of films but prices are a little steeper than the Odeon cinema which is just down the road.
Went to seethe film Pride yesterday and the room was freezing to the point where it was difficult to stay and watch the film. The air conditioning was too cold and today I have a sore throat. Never going to this cinema again. Shame because the film was really good. If it was a poor film - I would have left and asked for my money back. I think another member of the audience actually went to ask to turn the AC down and another left mid film.
Nice mall cinema with plenty of screens. Food prices are a bit high though.
Used to be our local cinema when we lived nearby. Still happy to return. Very comfy seats with plenty of leg room and good for kids as every row is raised on a step so better view for shorter little people :)
You can get the usual snacks like pop corn, nachos, ice-cream, coke etc. It is located in the O2 shopping centre so there are places to eat before or after the movie too. Big Sainsburys downstairs too if u need your groceries shopping
very expensive and bad service from staff. The ice cream section was unattended before the film and after the film, super slow customer assistant working on the other side, serving snacks. He was alone working there and extremely slow. there were only 5 other customers not busy at all, and we had to wait for like 15 minutes just for one milkshake
Not the greatest cinema, but for a couple of quid more can get the premium comfy seats
Rooms with very good image very high resolution and excellent sound
Does the job, screens could be bigger considering the price and the fact that they are supposed to be 4K
Big cinemas. All movies start after 30 minutes of ads
It was a good picture great sound buy your own treats as it's expensive there.
Nice staff, relaxing ambience and nice temperature, some cinemas can be very cold
It's a cinema, not much else to say than that really..
THE ATMOSPHERE - its nice if you've ever been to a view cinema you kinda know what to expect. I tend to watch films at 5 when people are at work so it's never busy. The crowds that tend to come here always seem nice and there's never been any trouble ( as far as I know ) and everyone is respectable with no loud talking ( again that's when ever I've been there )
THE STAFF - aren't overly friendly but aren't rude either. They help where they can suggesting where to sit, explaining where the screen is and how big it is.
( of only the front row is left for a movie being shown on a small screen DO NOT BUY THE TICKET )
Had a bad movie experience. The usher couldn't get the guy in my seat to move. Hope the administration helps the ushers to grow a pair...
We were 15 years old and wanted to watch a 15+ movie the ignorant manager tells us that we don't look 15. I wasted my time just wanting to get into a movie.
First I was offended and second he just went on about his job he didn't seem like he cared at all!
The sound was too loud sometimes, and the VIP seat were not so different to the normal, cheap ones, so it doesnt worth to pay more.
But not a bad cimena
Vue. Hidden within the shopping precinct on Finchley Road. A wide range of films. Some seating not very comfortable. Overall - Good
Very convenient cinema location and nice screens as well.
From the time they introduced Monday Savers visiting more often.
Still sad of the Avengers End Game ending but may be in the next 6months will feel better and will go to watch something.
Great cinema. They've got a lovely bar and candy section. Ice cream and hot foods!
Nice fairly spacious sitting, friendly staff + great movies on big screen what else do you need ...
I don't know why people rates so low. I like this cinema. I've been here for like 20 times
This particular cinema is insanely overpriced. Considering fulham broad is 6.99 anything over 15 is ridiculous
Good choice of restaurants nearby (even if chain) and lots of screens
Cinema like any other, dirty at the till, understaffed with poor two young people trying to serve 100 customers , hope VUE owner is loaded with money :). Always sorry for people working in there.
Amazing and big cinema with many screens and multiple show times for a variety of films
Screen No 5 hall had a bad smell at thr time of entrance. It was also cold.
Lots of screens, easy parking, and plenty of places to eat for an after cinema meal
Lazy, inattentive staff who act like they truly don't care.
Its a chain local cinema. Clean and has friendly staff.
Quite dirty seats and long queues at the ticket office. Otherwise a standard cinema.
A wide variety of films are shown here in a number of small but comfortable cinemas.
Staff seemed a little uninterested, but will allow them some slack as it was a showing Kate in the evening. The lobby area was messy, and there was a lady who seemed homeless who was seemingly allowed to stay there throughout the evening and she was quite intense and uncomfortable.
Expensive parking
Dirty seats
You can also hear the noise from the screen next door.
good sound good screen rooms and ideal temperature. food far too expensive...
