The waiter is very good, the seats in the cinema are very comfortable, the price is medium to London ~

Friendly staff, clean toilets/seating/floors etc but possibly the most snobby cinema goers I've come across. One lady threw a tantrum because she had to wait in the queue (as we all were) for 5 minutes and another kept staring down any child who dared speak or move (it was a children's movie with mostly children in attendance, what do you expect? ).

The food is good, seat placement is excellent, and seats are clean. The screen and audio quality is great. No complaints!

Great place to go for a relaxed night out with friends and family

Really expensive with staff who generally have no clue what is going on.

The trailers here are played at a deafening volume. When they are done there is a very condescending recording telling you that the film is starting and to turn your phones off. Only the film isn't starting, there's another trailer with some display of lots of ball bearings which adds another minute or two before the film starts. It's very annoying.

I complained to a manager about the sound level of the trailers and he said that there was nothing he could do - this was set centrally. Seems ridiculous to me. Staff are not able to tell you exactly what time the film starts. So if you want to protect your ear drums my suggestion is to arrive 25 minutes after the listed start time and be prepared to hang around outside the auditorium sticking your head inside every now and then until the film actually starts. Then go in. The film itself is played at a more reasonable sound level.

I only go because I get free tickets through my health insurance. But I'm starting to think that free isn't cheap enough.

Saw a mouse (could have been a rat, but it was small so I'm being kind!). On the plus side this got us free tickets for the next visit, for which we may consider tucking trousers into shoes.

Nice cinema. Comfortable seat. They have vue extreme which has large screen and big capacity. Not so many people in here. Maybe because the ticket system is using e ticket. So there are no queue for getting the ticket although you have to print the ticket at the ticket machine in front of the cinema

Great location, lots to eat around and a little bit of shopping too! Spent whole day watching films back to back. Great relaxing day out and good transport links too! Good customer service, too! All in all, great

A fairly tacky cinema with no live way to buy tickets with cash only card. Cheaper than the odeon down the road but not as nice an experience

Went to see Avengers on a Saturday when the film first came out, film was amazing but unfortunately the experience watching it wasn t. Air con was broken, and the room was too hot, you couldn t breathe. No one came to apologise for any inconvenience caused once the film had finished .. very disappointing.

This is my local cinema, offers a selection of movies with different viewing options and times. The staff can been a bit slow to serve customers some of the time and have a lack of stock on popcorn and drinks on occasion but this doesn't take away from my experience.

A relatively quiet cinema with many small, intimate screens that give a more personalised feeling when watching a movie; the nearby variety of restaurants make this an enjoyable evening out.

Expensive but clean and efficient. Staff seem to have had a personality bypass though.

Lovely, top floor in 02 centre. Open planned cinema. Restaurants, bar and supermarket also in the building.

There are Eleven different cinemas in this complex including one that is the size of two double-Decker buses . The biggest that I have ever seen . Modern , great sound quality , comfortable seats ... What more can one ask for ?

2nd time there this week. The cinema has various screens, most seem to be adequate in size.
Staff were courteous and helpful this visit.
The kids and grandparents were happy, the prices are quite steep once you start buying snacks.
I visit often so I must like it!

They need some kind of monitoring of the screenings. It s always a gamble whether you ll have people talking loudly or on their phones the whole way through. If you want to watch a film, go somewhere else.

Ticket prices have been dropped which is good but they need to do something about overly charged snacks also not enough staff serving at counters so you are forever waiting in ques. That is the reason I gave four star.

The most disorganised and dysfunctional Cinema staff I ve ever encountered

Wanted to watch the lion king and gave me different tickets, wanted to buy alcohol but no one to serve so was advised to queue elsewhere, wanted to buy popcorn and there was a 20 mins wait

In the end I gave up and went to Zizzy s for pizza

Nice cinema and a nice small shopping center. Pay for parking is a disadvantage.

This cinema has about 10 screens, so there are lots of movies to choose from with a range of timings. Popcorn is overpriced though so bring your own. Good location and lots of restaurants in the shopping centre.

Big and brash. Fine if going to a noisy, popular film where people have smelly, noisy food. If going to a proper film, I suggest the afternoon house. Very comfortable surroundings, staff pleasant.

Went to see IRIS, the film-concert from Justice. This was supposed to be a one-time EPIC experience. French electronic music in splendor. But Vue visibly isnt aware of what it's projecting, as the sound quality was so poor and so low I could hear the conversations of my neighbours. Its an ELECTRONIC CONCERT ! And expensive! Getting the sound right is the least you can do. Not coming back.

Every single time we come here we have to put up with dirty seats full of food and sometimes even drink stains. Today during a screening of Spiderman the projectionist left the door open so we could hear the noise of the machinery. Sometimes they don't turn off the houselights when the film starts. It's a shame because it could be so great if some of the staff did their jobs property! Management are pretty useless as when you complain you just get offered free popcorn when all you really want is for them to actually fix these annoying issues.

What a sick experience when I went to the cinema! Got to the ticket counter on a Monday trying to cash in that 5 pound dealio. But the guy at the counter said I needed to download the app or something.

Me and my friends tried but weren't successful and so wehad to buy our tickets full price. The guy was nice enough to give us a discount for our troubles.

Never had an issue with any screenings. The seats are comfortable and well maintained. Staff are usually vigilant during screenings to keep noise down. Good number of screens so it's never typically too busy

Prices are a joke and keep going up. Discounted Monday tickets aren't accepted when it gets too busy. The website is often down or very slow so can't even book discounted tickets.

Seating and screenings are brilliant. However food and drink is super pricy.

Enjoy the place but car park very expensive even with cinema voucher

This place is not cheap but its a wonderful experience. Food is good, you can take wine into the cinema, and the theatres are small and intimate. The screens aren't too big but you can't have it all I guess.

I do not recommend going to this cinema, the toilets were filthy and smelt terrible, with some toilets overflowing. On top of this, both myself and my friend was bitten terribly by bed bugs that resulted in big itchy bites (pictured). I will never go to this cinema ever again!

It's really a great movie theater. Food and popcorn are good. Screens are nice. 3D movies are the BEST and there and there are plenty of options for meals after the movie.

It's a Sunday I was bored at home so I decided to come and watch a movie with my two younger children, it was the worse mistake ever, there was a lady seating behind us coughing like crazy the worse was she wouldn't cover her big mouth while doing it, it was so nasty I couldn't even eat my popcorn drink. Some people can really ruin your day.

Comfy seats and a good size screen for premium films.

The cinema is okay, but there are always homeless people sleeping on the sofas in the waiting area and the clients of the cinema can't sit down while waiting. When talking and sharing my concerns with the employees they said it's a public space and can't do anything about the homeless people.

Great customer services. I accidentally spilled my popcorn right after purchase and I was immediately given a refill.

Nice cinema, generally clean, staff quite friendly lots of screens with good selection.

Still find it expensive but the little seating area for the bar is s great touch for date night.
I would get your hot dog somewhere else as they are never ready....

A comfortable local movie house to see excellent entertainment made for the big screen.

Never too busy! Always a great selection of films. WC clean. As with most cinemas, popcorn and coke are overpriced. Go on Super Mondays for 5GBP.
