comfortable seats, amphitheater seating, big and well visible screens.
tickets are pricey unless you use Y plan vouchers :)
expensive snacks, but with local cafes and big sainsbury's downstairs one can manage easily.

Nice, would be better with surrounding sound, but a good experience overall. Perhaps off peak heavily discounted tickets would be an idea:)

Good reasonably clean cinema. Was in screen ten which had good size screen considering it was only a 50 seater.

Vue is a great cinema with very good popcorn and movies.
Even though it has expensive prices, it is the best cinema I have ever been to.
and to prove that is not the nearest cinema to me.
I will never stop going to that place.

Overpriced nasty food & snacks. Expensive tickets. Comfy seats.

A great cinema, but is starting to show its age. Service isn't great. We went into a movie and they even forgot to turn the lights off until someone complained. Great selection of snacks although it is quite pricey as expected. The great thing giving it that extra star was the ice creams and quality of the screens. But maybe thats all you expect from a movie chain ( and high priced tickets)

Nice cinema with decent screens. The arm rests lift up (at least in the screen we were in) which is a bonus, so you can cuddle up if you like.

Good cinema. Nice food court and restaurants surrounding it. Good for night out with your loved ones.

Dirty cinema and noisy audience with very few staff. Not good quality. If you want VIP seats which are sticky and popcorn everywhere this is your place

Run by children some what expensive and not very clean!

There should be a security agent during the film. Kids were disturbing others by making noises

This place has very few shops is more for a meal film combo. Car park is really expensive

Never go here. The customer service here is very bad, staff seems to have no interest whatsoever in providing a good experience for customers. Not to mention the glitchy machines they have for the tickets that seem to never work when i come. Also overpriced af

Not the cheapest of places. Generally a pleasant place to go - haven t had any issues.

Standard Vue cinema. It's good as it is right inside the shopping centre and you'll have the chance to take care of other business while waiting for your movie to start. Don't use their automatic machines to collect the tickets, they rarely work and if they don't nobody of the staff seems to know how to help

Freezing cold, faulty seats, seats 2m from a big screen. Can't recommend this place, sorry!

Great deals if you go on a Monday and you can go to the Sainsbury's bellow the cinema to get food for the movies because everyone knows cinema food is expensive

Clean, spacious inside. And good food choice in the O2 Centre makes it a bonus to come here every now and then.

Cinema is a bit tired and needs a revamp. Other than that, like in every cinema the food is really pricey.

Adequate. its expensive has a terrible layout with poor staffing levels, leave 30 mins extra if you plan to buying sweets/drinks before the film.
I prefer to use Barnet Odeon where there are staff not hiding behind counters and know how to smile and it cost less.

Comfortable, almost empty cinema. The coffee has improved a little. It's now Lavazza. Staff were helpful.

Staff was very friendly and very understanding and friendly with the kids. Toilets where really clean which was nice to experience . Five stars for sure will be going back

Good sound system etc, but place looks a bit worn down.
And bring a blanket, a rather cold experience.

Great cinema with self service machines, offering a wide choice of films and screening times to compete with Swiss Cottage Odeon LUX 10 minutes down the road. There's also plenty of choices of cuisine from the numerous restaurants neighbouring the cinema in the O2 centre if you fancy having more of a special night out when hotdogs and popcorn and queueing doesn't quite cut it.

seats are more comfortable than ODEON. I prefer to watch from VUE screen rather than ODEON. However it doesn't mean that for same movie I should pay double! I go to this place with vouchers otherwise doesn't worth.

Excellent screen, large good seats. Usual complaint: Vue sells chocolates & sweets in v noisy wrappers/ packets. Always some rustling going on! Stops it being a Curzon.. or Everyman!

Really nice cinema complex. Big, clean, and well organised.

Pity about the service at the drinks/snack bar. Takes ages to be served. Only 1 person on with long queue

Food and drink very expensive. Some of the rooms very tiny and smelly. Employers rude and demotivated. Movies monday are ok. At least are cheap..

Good experience as always. Had the VIP seats very comfortable but the leather is starting to show age with a few rips in the arms.

Terrible customer service. First their machine bugged out but still took our payment. Girl at the counter was annoyed and unhelpful, then when we tried to rebook told us our seats were gone and we needed to pay for VIP seats or else get stuck with the seats in the far back or the side. Don't go here
