The original Chick-Fil-A Dwarf House, nothing better!

I ordered a frosted lemonade from them and found a fingernail inside of my milkshake which is extremely nasty ! It was not a false nail looks like somebody bit their fingernail off and and it landed in my milkshake they offered a free meal but why would want another meal if i just found a fingernail I m disgusted !

First time I had been here in years. Its changed alot.

Taty was by far the best employee I've ever met at a chick Fil A. Truly went above and beyond. Her smiles was genuine. Places need more people like her.

They accidently gave me the wrong shake. Went in and they immediately said I'm sorry, and replaced it and even let me keep the mess up bc they were just going to throw it away.

The Original Chick-fil-A. A must visit place for Chick-fil-A fans. It is located just north of the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. A nice little detour on the way to the city. Of course, a very tasty chicken sandwich.

It was super busy and the employees still had good attitudes.

Sat in the drive thru for about 30 mins. Just pulled off because I had to go to work. Ended up being late for work

Overall a great place. However, does depend on the time of day you're there and who is waiting on you. I usually go in the middle of the night so a lot of people are already tired LOL

20-30 min drive thru experience every time but they are trying and the food is good.

I love chic fil a, I always get the chicken nuggets, and cookies n cream milk shake or lemonade. So delicious, best lemonade ever.

Terrible just terrible. First they send my dasher with the wrong food. Then they don't give me all of the food the 2nd go round. Come on people we pay for this. I was in service 8 yrs I get it but come on!! Tjwn when I called the left me on hold 10mins . And I hung up called back they immediately answered. They did not care!!

The Food is great. It s not the same customer service as a stand alone Chick-fil-A. Needs a slight remodel inside.

Hot fresh food even tho it was super slammed on lunch time. How can you not love chick fil a!

Maaaannnn....who knew that they had a full on sit down area at this location AND that they had hot breakfast!!! The waffle I had was so doggone good! It was truly a new Chik-fil-a experience!!

This chick fil a has the worst food that I ve ever gotten from a chick fil a and it s ALL THE TIME. I live not too far from this location so I m always trying to give it a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th chance. It s really unfortunate.

It is a chick fil A... about the average of what you'd expect.

This fast-food restaurant made my order very poorly. The bread, chicken, and fries were too cold to be consider a "hot meal". The bread was also breaking apart when trying to grab it. Also, the Ice Coffee that I ordered had absolutely no sugar, and the only thing the workers did was giving me a couple packs of sugar, instead of giving me a new one. Another big concern was that the organization. I waited to place my order andone of the workers turned her back on me and went to talk to her co-worker, then another one did the same until a third employee saw me waiting and took my order.

I went to the site down portion of the Chic Fila, the dwarf house, and it did not meet my expectations. The servers were great and attentive, however the food was served incorrectly, we had to ask multiple times for stuff to be fixed, and the food was cooked incorrectly. I had the steak, and asking for a medium rare got closer to a blue. Very disappointed. I was expecting more from the place that started the amazing service that is Chic Fil A.

Every Wednesday @10pm you can get a chicken sandwich, large drink, and large fries or 8 piece chicken nuggets, large drink, and large fries all for only $4. This location is also 24hrs. Omg I love Chick Fil A

This Chic-fil-a is 24 hrs, one of the gems of ATL. At one point in time, I used to go here between 3 & 5 times a week. It's Chic-fil-a, do I need to comment on their customer service.

This is where it all started! This is a Dwarf House Chick-fil-A, so they have an expanded menu. Really convenient to the airport.

The Dwarf House gets busy at lunch time and the parking lot fills up. BUT... the food is good.

Received broken silver ware to eat with at the dinner bar and my order was wrong when taken (I thought it strange eggs came with the chicken and waffle breakfast) and when received waited for my waffle then looked at what was rung up and the waitress just put in two of what my wife and I ordered. I would recommend to owner operator Kevin Moss to encourage the waitresses to slow down and listen to what customers are asking for instead of writing down what they think they heard. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast.

The customer service and food was normal, as it should be. But the sanitary conditions of the restrooms were not well.

It good that they work when all others chick-fil-a are closed but they could've been open on Sundays too.

The food is always good, cooked on an open grill and prepared hot. Service is good.

Food was great didn't have to sit in the drive-thru for a long time

OMG, I never knew that Chick-fil-A could be soooooooo good! The waffle was cooked to perfection, and the cheese burger. omg!!! the cheese burger was everything, it was cooked perfectly. The cook took so much pride in her food! I was so pleased, even though before I got there I complained so bad that I did not want Chick-fil-A @ 4a.m.. Man oh Man was I wrong. Great service, great food, keep up the good work!!!! Thank you...

There is this cute lady with the cute voice that just makes my husband and my day when we go through the drive through. She is so pleasant all the time!!!

Always good food and service was great. Food was brought to table. Only downside was that the floors were slippery. As if mopped with greasy mop.

Service was great! It was an interesting experience to have a sit down Chick-fil-a meal served on normal dinner plates. The menu was augmented over the standard Chick-fil-a one. I'd happily return.

I was disappointed with my experience here. We went right after the CFA Headquarters Tour so I was really excited to dine here. Nonetheless, the hype built up prior to walking in led to disappointment.

The service wasn't great. Our order was wrong and it took a while for her to return to take our order. We sat at the bar so we could see the messes behind the counter. The whole restaurant, including the restroom, could use a deep cleaning.

The gentleman seating people seemed to be rude to the cooking staff and complained about a customer out loud with another customer. I also didn't hear "my pleasure" not one time. The uniforms, the cups and the chicken was the same, but the typical friendly Chick-Fil-A atmosphere was certainly missing.

Strange place, bit tired, food was cold! Not our local so will not go back!

The customer service alone is enough to go back! The mobile app didn't give me the option to order my food as dine-in, but I made sure to add it as a request. Sarah went out of her way to serve me and made sure that she was going to discuss it with their marketing team because the option to request dine in should have been available.

That was gesture was enough to put a smile on my face, however, she gave a delicious cookie for free for the "inconvenience" (although there was none because she personally deli ered my food to the table of my choice).

I have certain reservations about CFA, but their customer service is always top notch. And it doesn't hurt that the food is pretty good too!

It was awesome to see where it all started. It was cool to Be served. It was also kind of weird to be able to order steak at a chick fil a.

Food is good, service is too slow...don't go if you're on a schedule!!

My first time here and definitely won't be the last time. The service was impeccable and fast...the food was hot and fresh. It was definitely my pleasure to have Chick-fil-A after midnight

We need one branch on verginia ave. Pls, pls pls! Most fast food branches are there but not Chick fil A, WHY?

Every chick fil a I've been to gives the beat service.

Line was wrapped around the building and they still took my order and got my food out within 15 minutes.. Had I went to the McDonald's on Deans Bridge Road and Gordon Highway I would've still been waiting in line..

It's a classic! Come here if you want to try some signature stuff you can't find at any regular chic Fil a!

Busiest chick fil A in America probably. Very friendly staff. It's worth the wait. If you've never been to a dwarf house it's like chick fil meets Waffle House. Pretty cool. You can get grits among other breakfast staples.
