I have eaten here many of times, sometimes you can feel like it's 1960, 1970's as relates to customer service.

Always great food and love the sweet tea the best southern sweet tea

Amazing. Need I explain? Super big menu, you can get 16 CHICKEN NUGGETS FOR ONE MEAL+2 SIDES. You can get a super food salad for one side and then MACARONI AND CHEESE for the other *OK hand emoji cause I'm too lazy to find it* I love this place. It cured my depression.

The original Chick-fil-A Dwarf House! Breakfast of CFA and eggs!

Great service just like any other Chick-fil-A. I came for breakfast. Food was average, the best thing I had was the waffle. If you're in the area come check it out, but don't make a special drive for it.

Was so excited to eat here. The food of course was delicious. The dwarf house is awesome but sadly it was very dirty. The floor was sticky along with the menu being covered in food.

Best customer service ever that I received. Servers an cooks were fast, polite & friendly...wasn't a long wait for my food an was still hot. Aura was nice

The original location of the original Dwarf House that became what we know today as Chick-fil-A. Contrary to their popular advertising they also sell burgers and bacon at this location. Take a stool at the bar and order up your CFA favorites, perhaps plate style including a side salad (try Truett's Special House Dressing!) to make you feel better about those fries you're also going to eat! Or go beef and score a burger. If you really want to be bold, especially late at night, try the Hot Brown. Bonus points if you can eat it using only the items provided on the plate but no one is keeping score. Don't forget to exit through the Dwarf door for good luck!

This was an upgraded Chick-fil-A. There were servers, and you could order sides like: mac and cheese, okra, Cole slaw, salad and more. It was called the Dwarf House, and the experience was amazing.

Good food, given quickly, nice staff, spacious inside but the floor was very sticky.

They were VERY VERY VERY busy however the hostess was STILL able to scuffle up some energy to clean off 3 areas for us because we had a big group. She was able have the correct items wrote down and delivered as the food was She was even able to recommend a gourmet eatery. Plus the total cost was decent for 7 people. Way to go @ 11pmish

The MilkShake was amazing
But the ice cream on the other hand had a hole in the center and they didn t fill the cup up all the way up I love chick fil a bit please Fix the ice cream okay I don t know what y all make the ice cream from but it s not real the real kind is a yellowish the white kind is Not that great

This is it, ladies and gentlemen. Where the chicken sandwich started, and where I usually end my week.
There's a reason Chick-fil-A has gone in to become such an expansive empire, and those reasons are reflected here. Outstanding customer service, quality food, good prices, friendly atmosphere, attention to detail. I will say that this particular location is extremely busy and people used to the normal southern hospitality at other location may not be used to the almost Varsity-esque speed at which this location operates. But if you're wanting a old-school piece of Atlanta tradition, then this place has many stories to tell!

Great staff and service! It's diner food with chic-fil-a, so I'm sure you can figure out if you're in that kinda mood or not.

You have to dine in. Their dine in menu and food will amaze you.

It was later at night which was nice that they were still open. The staff were nice and the food was fresh.

Chicken was cold, hash browns had salt, floors were dirty and slippery. Employee in the lobby speaking unprofessional of another employee who was using the restroom at the time about always having to take a number 2. Spoiled my appetite I trashed food and left

Probably one of the BEST fast food places I been too.. I love it but , I was not satisfied the two times I went there ! The food
wasn't fresh ; I was pretty upset then on top of that I waited mad long in line for something so dissatifying .

I have been here several times, but last night it literally left such a bad taste in my mouth I may never go back. The store was crowded, but that should not be a reason that the floors were messy, tables were not cleaned off and the store overall in disarray. An employee even slipped and came close to falling because the floors were so slippery. The condiment station was dirty and both bathroom needed attention.

Please Cathey family upgrade your flagship location and make it some place to be proud of.

My favorite Chick-fil-a hands down!! Always pleasant and the food is hot off the grill, almost makes you wanna order the whole menu!!

Had an early morning hunger pain. So, me and some friends headed to the restaurant. Delicious, filling ,food.A meal to remember! I left totally satisfied and was ready to eat again an hour later.

It s the first chick fill A location ever opened. It has two sections - one normal like any other franchise, the other is iconic with almost same set up as the original outlet and different menu and sitting arrangement.

Ample parking.

Dwarf House was an awesome stop for two Floridians who love Chick-fil-A! The diner atmosphere is very cute and clean. The staff was very efficient, especially for lunchtime on a Friday. The hidden gems on the menu were all amazing, from the cornbread to the green beans to the carrot and raisin salad. Bring the mac and cheese to Chick-fil-A locations; it was some of the yummiest I've had in a while!

Kids couldn't wait to get back to the East Coast and get a Chick-fil-A

The shabbiest Chi-fil-A I've ever been in. The potatoes were even tepid, like they were under a heat lamp too long. This is an older restaurant and it looks it. So not up to the standards I'm accustomed to at this chain.

It s not on service it s mostly on this is the second time when I went there, ordered a specific thing, and it wasn t on there. Either they need better listeners at the counters, or better cooks in the back.

Food is always hot and fresh, good service and reasonable prices.

Short staffed which is very unusual for the original dwarf house on a Friday.

The food was fabulous! The mac and cheese was amazing. I wish it was available at all chick-fil-a locations. They had a few breakfast items that are available all day. I'm not sure if they change it up because it says to ask your server about that. When we went waffles were one of them. They have a great deal more than your typical Chick-fil-A. Its definitely worth checking out. They had icebox pies as a dessert option (lemon, coconut, and chocolate). The two we tried (lemon and chocolate) were amazing. There wasn't anything that we ordered that was bad. They have sit down service up front and regular fast food service in the back. If you are a fan of chick-fil-a you need to check out this one! You wont be disappointed.

The original location of Chick-fil-A! Delightful 50s style short order grill, sit down counter, And booth seating. Unique menu...we enjoyed the "Hot Brown" with salad and a sweet potato fries pie. Thanks Karla for taking care of us during our meal!

1st ever Chick-fil-A in ATL, so I have been told .... great customer service.....I didn't give it 5 stars because it is still a fast food restaurant

Seriously my daughter's favorite restaurant on the whole planet. Can't go wrong with the waffle fries and if you are there for breakfast I highly recommend the breakfast bowl.
