I don't think Im going to come back here after how I was treated today.. I must have come here around fifty different times since I love the food here but today my coffee and what remained of my meal was thrown away after I got up to use the bathroom, I wasn't even gone one minute and even told the server im coming back. On top of that a couple of the employees made a scene out of that situation, instead of me , and they overcharged me when I paid, think one of them added a three dollar gratuity to my ticket, very unprofessional and of low character. The many times Ive been here and always had exceptional service, until today.

Neighborhood is a bit sketch at night, esp in the parking lot. Food is decent tho.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD,DO NOT VISIT MCDONALDS ON VIRGINIA AVE OR MAIN STREET THEY ARE THE OPPOSITE!!!!

Horrible. Food was cold after waiting in line 30 mins. There is no excuse for not having the same quality of service. Our total was $17.99 and the nuggets had to be tossed bc they were old, hard and cold. And stop putting that big cut potato in the box tricking people like they have 5 extra fries. Smh.

Never had a problem with an order fast and friendly service. Overall one of the better places to eat.

We went to the Dwarf House directly after a tour of Chick-fil-A headquarters. It was wonderful to eat in the first Chick-fil-A after learning its history. The staff is great and the food was great.

Always great! Line moved a little slow this time being that they had no workers outside taking orders.

I've been going there for years it a great place to eat.

I'm done with this place. Piss poor customer service and food quality. Every other Chick-fil-A has great service, except this one. Too bad

Big Man was eating chicken tenders with egg whites. I had a chicken sandwich with scrambled egg with cheese with 2 pieces of lump but cook bacon with grill onions with some straight fries.

Order received was incorrect; but the food was hot. Definitely overpriced. Menu needs to be specific instead of saying "some" items not available after 11; state Grits not available after 11.

I went to Chick-fil-A this morning for an interview as a cook. I didn't know that I was actually interviewing for the position at the original Chick-fil-A Dwarf House. Not only is a is it a great place to work I see, but the food was delicious when I saw the menu it was so appetizing that I went ahead and ordered breakfast and it was a 10 plus my hash browns were golden and perfect the gravy on the biscuits and gravy I ordered was absolutely perfectly seasoned I didn't have to add salt pepper or anything I totally enjoyed the experience.

So fun to visit the original Chick-fil-A and taste the extended menu options not available at standard locations. I ordered the "Hot Brown" on the recommendation of the waitress who had worked there 30yrs. Wow! It was delicious! The atmosphere and service was so very satisfying. Highly recommended!

This is where it all started, there are still some employees here that have 20 years or more here. The food is good . Nostalgic because it's the original location.

The dirtiest restaurant Ive ever been in and if stays in this condition I definitely never eat there again Wich Is very disappointing use to eat there all the time when I worked at the airport was a great place with excellent food in Wich I can only blame management for not staying on top of their job hopefully someone wakes up and turns it around!!!

Very slow this morning for a to go breakfast 5:15am-5:35am. Chicken and Bagel was good.

I am a loyal Chick Fil A customer. I decided to try this location because the restaurant near my house is closed for remodeling. The voice over the intercom was pleasant, however, when I drove to the window, the MOD had a terrible attitude. She didnt greet me but was quick to tell me if I wanted extra sauce it would be $.54. I have never been to a location that charges for sauce. My husbands fries were cold and my spicy chicken sandwich taste as if it was sitting under a warmer for hours. I will never visit this location again.

Great experience thanks to the local trainer working the register and dining room. She took the best care of us. She also made it a point to talk to everyone dining in and asked how they were doing and if they needed anything. One of the customers was really rude and she just kept up her great attitude. I was really proud of the way she didn't get down, and just kept going.

I went to this Chick-fil-A on a Saturday afternoon because I was craving their lemonade. When me and my husband went threw the drive trhu we were told they did not have any lemonade, then I asked for a milk shake and they said the machine was down, and there was no point in fixing it today since the day was almost over at 2pm and they would be closed tomorrow!!! Highly disappointed. I actually don't eat fast food and expect there excellent service at every location that I go to. And this experience has really messed up my almost perfect Chick-fil-A experiences.

My daughter spent 10 weeks as an intern in a jungle hospital. We drove from Charlotte to Atlanta to pick up our returning daughter. I asked her what she would like to eat as her first meal back in the states. She wanted Chick-fil-A. Picked up from the airport and drove one exit to find this little gem. The history that was displayed on the wall was incredible. We learned so much about the history of Chick-fil-A. And as usual our meal was delicious and always love their associates behind the counter!!!

Great experience however expect a longer wait than regular chick fila restaurants - you can choose from the original diner style sit down or the more well known quick service chick-fil-a within that building.

Go for the standard CFA fare, but the other items are hit/miss.

The food is amazing aside from the tough cornbread ! The customer service was good. I expected a little more enthusiasm but it was still better than most! I would recommend!

Went through the drive thru with me and another coworker,we got to the window and the cashier girl told us that the car in front of us paid for our food,me and my coworker were so shocked that we decided to pay for the next car behind us food...Awesome people out there..

What a different experience than other chick-fil-a resteraunts. This is a sit down and get waited on dine in experience. A little different menu options also. Food is good and service is great. Be sure to enter and exit thru the dwarf house door!!! Take a pic with the founder (statue) on the bench! Fun times

I wanted to check out the original Chick-fil-A. I guess if you really like Chick-fil-A, it is worth visiting at least once. Service/food was really slow. I sat myself, even though it says wait to be seated. Maybe I came on a bad night?

The food was straight up mediocre. I ordered a Hot Brown, an item from their original menu. And as I was sitting at their bar, I could see them microwave it for me. You should get something other than the Hot Brown. I would not recommend it.

Considering this is the original Chick-fil-A you would think the service would be a wonderful, but its isn't.

Slow and gets my order wrong. Not like other stores.
