Fantastic place for a quick bite. Clean dining area and bathroom with excellent customer service.

They re so hit-or-miss here. When it s a hit, the food is great. When they miss, they miss big. They missed today by serving me soggy and oily fries. My chicken sandwich also tasted like it was undercooked or old as it was chewy and tough.
My previous meal from here was great, hot and crispy fries and super tasty sandwich.
Wish they had more consistency. Staff will gladly get you fresh fries but they just don t seem to care that they sent out garbage the first time.

Great food and great service. What more can you ask for?

Best Chick-fil-A in Houston county. Even though we live down the road from the Perry location we go to the Highway 96 location in Warner Robins 20 minutes away because of the better service that we get.

I absolutely love this Chick-fil-A. They are always so kind to me every time I am there. I only gave 4 stars because my order has been given to me wrong on numerous occasions. It s always the same thing they get wrong too. Most times I get the grilled chicken club sandwich/meal. It comes with bacon, cheese, lettuce and tomato. I always get it without lettuce or tomato just because that s more my style. However, many times they forget to put bacon on it. This happened tonight when I went through the drive thru. Most times when going through the drive thru, I don t have time to check the bag. I just trust it is correct. I d love to be able to completely trust that my order is correct each time I am there, instead of having to worry about silly mistakes like missing bacon or cheese.

The food and prices are amazing not to mention the people there are VERY nice!

They forgot my sauces! I only eat their bbq for their fries and i ordered nuggets I can't eat dry food...ugh! Plus my sprite is just carbonated water

I had the grilled chicken sandwich meal with lemonade. The food and service are ALWAYS excellent. This is one of my favorite fadr food resturants to eat at.

Food is always good and service is always great. The staff is friendly as well. This place is always clean. I love that you can get the amount of condiments you need.

Some of the best chicken strips around. Nice clean play area for kids. Take my great granddaughters there when they are in town.

Chick-fil-a is always awesome. The food is top notch. Customer service is always a plus since it is the best for a fast food restaurant.

Great service friendly staff. Only problem I have is that they mix up their drive through orders and even if you re in line first it s possible that 2 or 3 cars are served before you.

Best Chicken, bacon, and Colby cheese sandwich ever.

On my last visit, the drive-through speakers apparently weren't working, so they had employees standing outside taking our orders on their tablets. They even had a paying station set up, and I never had to get out of my car. So, rather than closing down the drive-through during a technical difficulty, Chick-fil-A still made my customer experience top-notch.

They had two main entrances blocked by empty vehicles to deter traffic entering the lot. There were no signs to tell us what's going on or where to go to get in. At least put signs on the window of the truck and two cars that were parked in the way!

Cmon everyone knows by now thay chicfila is basically in just a higher class of fast food than restaurants like mcdonalds.

Honestly I was a little upset when me and my husband went through the drive through and ordered a cookies and cream milkshake along with a coffee. Apparently the girl misunderstood and ordered a peppermint milkshake. Mistakes happen, well the girl says oh you can keep it, and made us the correct one. My husband ate the cherry off the other one. Anyhow, the other girl in the window said, did you get that peppermint milkshake back, and so the original girl who said we could keep said I need to get that milkshake back. It s not the fact they wanted it back, it s the fact that I knew it was going in the trash. That s what really got to me. If they were really that greedy, I should of just bought it so I knew it wouldn t have gone to waste.

I don't understand why they even have the regular drive thru boards if they never use them. Fast service nonetheless. Always fresh food! Using the app makes it even easier to get through the drive thru! Great location.

As with any Chick-fil-A I've been to, the people are super-friendly and the place is very clean. The kids play area is pretty big. They also have outdoor seating here.

They stop breakfast at 10:30 vs 11:00. Cut a huge chunk of sales back. Every CFA I ve been to stops breakfast at 11 because it gives people who are running late to work pick up BREAKFAST. I ll never be able to make it to CFA breakfast and that s unfortunate because it stops so early :/
