Chia Laguna Resort Spa Review

I do not value the stay because I have not been there, but I value the fact that the animation of the Chia lago in mid-August has freed hundreds of balloons in the air ... in a period like ours of the fight against the plastic is indecent ... after then having seen turtles caretta caretta in recovery x ingestion of plastic just in Nora ... throwing balloons I find it racappricciante ...

We tried the Pizzeria degli Ulivi.
Pizza was OK... But they don't anything more of different... No salads, no other foods except pizza... No eggs...
Price medium-high too.
Owner should really improve this planning because it's not possible to come back with families or friends because to eat only pizza is not healthy.

Staff is kind.

My wife and I chose to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary at Chia Laguna and we were so glad we did. Our stay was amazing: fantastic facilities and wonderful service and food. Our experience was made all the more special by Paola and Alice who looked after us so well and helped to make our experience so memorable. Grazie mille.

A sea of fear !! The water is crystal clear and the sand dunes make me crazy

We stayed here the last week of September and we had a very good time, Spazio Oasi accommodation as per booking but the complementary services that were provided to us were five-star starting from the restaurant to the Spa and ending at the beach accommodation, if I can afford the only defections we noticed were the prices of extra services in general .... for example, the cheapest bottle of wine at the restaurant started at 42 when at the minimarket just outside the hotel the exact same one was sold for 13.90 .... honestly so you feel a little teased .... the prices in general for extras we had never seen them in any five-star or starred restaurant and they seemed excessively expensive. Another small note, the private pool of the Spazio Oasi should be kept cleaner and more cared for, the pool walls were black and the seabed always full of leaves and brushwood .... it's a shame it makes you want to pass up !!!!! Anyway for the rest everything perfect from the staff to the location vote

Definitely a beautiful place located in the Sardinia area ... a dream ... These are the services that this year have left much to be desired along with wasps and flies!

Resort located in Sardinia, but that of Italian and even more of Sardinian preserves very little. Both in the kitchen and in the quality of services.
If it were not for nature, the sea and the beaches it would seem to be in any place of the world. But where is the tradition? At least a minimum, I don't say much.

Wonderful place, the view is crazy. Staff very friendly and attentive to customer needs. In the restaurants you eat very well, fantastic continental breakfast. Furthermore there is a beautiful Spa.

The worst experience for the last 2 years!
The internet is horrible! The service in restaurants is horrible! Quality of food is OK! The beach is far, not what we expected. We didn't have hair dryer in the Superior lux room and had to wait forever to they bring one, I had to call 2 times and was impossible to take long shower, because water was overflowing from the shower area, super annoying! Well, its not only what was irritating during our stay but for the review its quite enough to make you avoid the trip to Sardinia's Chia Laguna Hotel!!!

The structure is beautiful, not modern but well kept. I was in July 2020 and did not find the 5 star service we paid for. Certainly part of the responsibility lies in the fact that they were not ready to reopen, but it is not an excuse.
The staff were all very kind, but the number is not enough to guarantee the service that a 5-star hotel must give. At breakfast there were often many tables to clear and unavailable, the buffet was not enough or half empty already at 9.30. The beach kiosk did not have ice creams, the children's mini club was half-way. The beach restaurant was half-dismantled (on the back) and lacked the care that a structure on this level must have. The wine list is completely out of price. Room service is not available for those who, like us, asked for a coffee at 6.00 am and then left.
Probably for the Hotel Ownership this season it is better to save money ... given the situation .. but in doing so they have lost future customers.

We were with colleagues in this beautiful bay for a company meeting. Enchanting atmosphere. Excellent staff especially in the swimming pool of the Hotel Laguna. The only flaw is the price of drinks outside the inclusive treatment.

Very large beach, always a place. Sea, needless to say, fantastic.

I state that I was struck by the beauty of the sea to the beach and dunes nearby.
Lodged in the village with a baby of 10 months I found the place beautiful and the rooms.

Perhaps a little too big to be pampered as it should be (given the costs and 4 stars) especially in the restaurant where the clean dishes for the buffet were constantly missing.
The presence of the restaurant children in a separate room has the positive and negative at the same time. It was very uncomfortable for us.
Animation always present and sociable with everyone.
C and a nice little train service that connects the village with the beach dunes every 15 minutes.
The only dune restaurant at the beach (apart from 8euro sandwiches that arrive in an hour)
It offers excellent dishes but the prices are as high as everything that is consumed in the lagoon ... aime ichnusa 33cl 6euro mojito 14euro and caffe 2.50 to give some examples.
Beautiful photographer service with photographers present everywhere and at height.
Too bad the superficiality with which prices are calculated for photos. However, calculate 15 euros per file !!!
At the end of the vacation we had 72 beautiful ones and to go down to the purchase of 10 because of the price was unpleasant ...
I recommend a horseback ride with the knights of domus de maria at the lighthouse of Capo Spartivento.
Finally .... a nice holiday but will not return to the chia laguna ... I do not think is worth spending ...

Chia is a paradise, a good diffused hotel, it can only guarantee quality services, in an already fantastic location in itself.

Perfect place to relax and enjoy. The complex is great, since the houses with the rooms are very spread out.

We are in May and it is still in the start-up phase. Excellent organization. The courtesy of the staff is beyond all expectations. Seen the place .... maybe I would expect more in the rooms.

Chia laguna village is a tourist facility located in an enchanting location with great ambitions considering that it is a 5-star hotel. The structure is welcoming and really very large with rooms spread over a large territory that can be reached by caddy transport if available.The rooms are quite comfortable but generally undersized and certainly not at levels of excellence as one might expect. Properly equipped on a sport level with provision of canoes and mountain bikes is also equipped with a fairly welcoming Spa. 'discreet but lunch and dinners provided buffet are not properly cared for and the food is often lukewarm or worse cold. Overall the judgment is positive but the quality / price ratio is certainly not exciting considering the very high cost

A magical place, which contains everything you want on holiday: a wonderful sea, comfortable rooms, great food and a relaxed environment where those who want peace can find it at the Lagoon, while those who prefer a baby friendly atmosphere prefers the Village. Really recommended.

Well cared for and efficient staff. Clean and with shuttle to the sea. I would not go there in high season, both for the prohibitive prices and for the capacity, I am afraid it will become too chaotic.

We spent 10 days at the Hotel Laguna. In general, we enjoyed our stay. The deluxe room is large and has a very nice terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and lagoon. The lobby staff is friendly and competent. The shuttle service to the beach, about 800m away, works very well. There are hardly any waiting times. The beach itself is nice and clean. But there are also a lot of beach vendors there.
The own pool at the Hotel Laguna is very nice.
We had half board. Breakfast has a good variety. Unfortunately, the station for eggs or omelets is often not open. We would describe the dinner as average by Italian standards. There was actually never a wow factor. In our opinion, the prices on the wine list are outrageously high for the wine country Italy and also in comparison to the wine prices in a restaurant in a city. There is hardly a bottle of red wine (neither Sardinian nor from other Italian provinces) for less than 70 - 80 EUR. A glass of open red wine (without being shown the bottle) costs 16 EUR. A glass of white wine by the pool costs 14 EUR. If you order 2 cheese and ham toast of 8 EUR each, a coperto of 6 EUR will be added (without receiving a bread / grissini basket, i.e. coperto for plastic set, serviette and cutlery). This is also a bit questionable for us.
And now to the service in the restaurant. There is an armada of waiters and waitresses who are constantly buzzing around like a swarm of bees. This is almost uncomfortable for the guest. We almost had to hold on to our plates when you put a knife and fork away so that it doesn't get cleared away.

Too expensive in 4 people 9000 euros then in the bar in the evening asked for a sorbet tell me no !!! Rude staff. The little square in the evening crowded with people outside the location, absurd, never again

Great for those seeking relaxation and top services. The only drawback if this can be defined, is that there is no direct access to the beach. To reach it just take a few minutes walk or a short trip on the "little train". Recommended
