Chia Laguna Resort Spa Reviews

I was a guest there for a day, my parents and my daughters were staying there. The youngest is 10 years old and they did find the cake with the wishes of the manager at breakfast and they even baked a cake for dinner with the wishes of the room and the chef in charge. What to say, unexpected thoughts that are really pleasing. For the rest, everything is beautiful and immaculate, the staff is kind and truly up to a great resort. Even the evening show was fantastic and all the children were involved with costumes and spectacular tricks.

It promotes high quality, with excellent catering and services. One star less than no is not close to the beaches.

It seems to be in a heavenly oasis. The food is not the best.

Amazing place. Easy to find. A little expensive. Especially the rooms. But it is 5 stars and deserves them all

Very nice resort with interesting music and dance program in the evenings. Good ice cream.

The hotel is not in dispute but the bathrooms of Piazzetta degli Ulivi have been in pitiful conditions for years. They stink and are constantly flooded. To be ashamed. With everything you pay, can't I fix them?

Beautiful structure, the catering needs to be improved

I haven't stayed here as such but live near the resort and it has been a pleasant experience.

Beautiful tourist village. Rooms not too big, but comfortable and clean. Excellent services. Eating is nothing special, as in all villages. Negative note too far from the sea.

A unique experience, I recommend it to those who want to enjoy a bit of relaxation

Wonderful location that surrounds a luxurious and welcoming Hotel. Ideal for both summer holidays and events (the last time I went to the Chia Half Marathon, a sporting event). Friendly staff, Great food.

The only flaw is the shuttle to reach the beautiful beach.
However, it is an absolutely exceptional complex from all points of view.

I stayed for 5 nights at the Hotel Baia in October. the staff is friendly and always available. The restaurant service is average. The congress organization is noteworthy. The place is beautiful and the climate favorable even in the first days of autumn.

I am sorry to disappoint those who love this place, but unfortunately it is not remarkable if not negative !!!
Too expensive for what it offers, especially the food leaves to be desired .....
Really disappointing, a dinner of only extra, because half board, 303 of which 200 of prawns and shrimp that were not exactly fresh, 3 each of each, does not seem a bit expensive for a restaurant not up to of the 5 stars ???? Shameful!!!

Beautiful beaches quite wild but accessible with the car that is parked a few hundred meters away.

One of the major Italian tourist villages with lots of apartments in many houses, a hotel, various restaurants, a vast theater, a large swimming pool, shopping areas and various sports, a conference room, good service, a beautiful sea nearby, high prices and lots of mosquitoes in season. Only for those who love this type of holiday and a clientele that is often rich and vulgar

Beautiful beach with a lagoon inhabited by flamingos

Superb. I was on vacation five years ago and I still have a fantastic memory today, probably the most beautiful holiday I have ever had. Fabulous place, kind and attentive staff, excellent cleaning. Do not forget the evenings organized in the internal square, suitable for children and adults.

Excellent accommodation. Picture on website not really a true reflection of the view you get from most rooms...ours included. Great choice of breakfast and evening meal if you go half board. Swimming pool area and beach area excellent with plenty of loungers and parasols..

I went to the Chia Laguna for a dinner at the Japanese restaurant. The restaurant is very well maintained and clean, the food is excellent, as is the choice of wines. Price a little high, but I was prepared.

All the shops are extremely expensive. Aimed at foreign tourists who are used to higher prices than in Sardinia.
Only positive point: the evening entertainment.

So much smoke, but very little roast. The buffet has only 2/2 to choose from. And not even of great quality. For example mackerel, or burgers. At breakfast, obviously with small machines, there is not even chocolate

Sensational holiday location among Italians! Sea, beach, sun & dolce vita!

With my companion we were at the hotel Chia Laguna 3 days, late April early May ...
We arrived at the hotel around 5pm ... to check in, we waited more than 30 minutes before we could reach our room ... with a small welcome cocktail served on the terrace ... once in the room I note with GRANDE HORREUR THAT THE TOILET WAS VERY DIRTY, I call the reception, a person comes clean ... in short it does not start well ... room not at all clean ... many things that do not work not ... light, in the bathroom the joints of the bathtub are moldy, the bracket for the broken shower ...
The day before we left we had dinner on Cagliari so we returned to the hotel around 1am ... and the gate closed ... I ring the intercom but it does not seem to work ... so I call them on the phone ... but I could not reach them .... after 15 min I decide to jump the gate to get to the reception and see what happens ... the man the front desk did not seem concerned about our problem at all ...
I do not recommend and will not return to this hotel ... in my opinion this one is not a 5 stars .... it is not worth more than 3 ...
