The structure is beautiful, not modern but well kept. I was in July 2020 and did not find the 5 star service we paid for. Certainly part of the responsibility lies in the fact that they were not ready to reopen, but it is not an excuse.
The staff were all very kind, but the number is not enough to guarantee the service that a 5-star hotel must give. At breakfast there were often many tables to clear and unavailable, the buffet was not enough or half empty already at 9.30. The beach kiosk did not have ice creams, the children's mini club was half-way. The beach restaurant was half-dismantled (on the back) and lacked the care that a structure on this level must have. The wine list is completely out of price. Room service is not available for those who, like us, asked for a coffee at 6.00 am and then left.
Probably for the Hotel Ownership this season it is better to save money ... given the situation .. but in doing so they have lost future customers.
