Beautiful structures, beautiful beaches, a little isolated area but perfect for relaxation

Excellent reception, splendid location but it is not right on the sea

Structure and hotel environments, well cared for and clean, I found in the staff kindness a lot of will, but unfortunately I found in the restaurant a level below the structure.
Negative the quality of the meat and also insect in the salad plate. (photo)
Negative and not interested in the constant asking how lunch went as is the dinner by the dining room managers, better to deepen. The sincerity make a guest feel comfortable .... I would not return to this property even though I think the resort doesn't care ....
(everything went well) as all the managers of the structure say.
NB another sadness they turned me off salad AS 16 , I didn't ask for anything but I left them as a tip to the reception guy.

Very very nice hotel with huge area, a mega pool and all that belongs to it. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is very good. Unfortunately, I have to deduct a star because at the beginning of October we unfortunately had the feeling that we only got the remnants of the season. Unfortunately we had to eat a la carte and had no chance on the booked food variety. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the service and the offer was great, the prices are quite high.

This is a typical place where you take your (young) children (to be eaten by mosquitos)! Pools, animation, train to the beach - all the right ingredients are there. The resort sports a few restaurant and bar options ranging from basic buffet to white tablecloth dining (La Terraza).
However, I was not impressed by the resort. The breakfast selection in the buffet restaurant is very poor. Staff are generally very friendly but incompetent. The rooms are fairly basic and not overly clean. Many sinks are blocked and having warm water for a shower is a bit of a hit and miss. (I stayed in the village part of the resort).
Prices are extremely steep: 6 for a bottle of the local Birra Ichnusa (which isn t particularly good) is outrageous. For me this resort is a clear no-no . There are better ones.

We passed by to take advantage of the pharmacy and returned in the evening to watch the entertainment of the entertainers. Very good, beautiful and very good. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very nice all new and well kept but there is a problem and that to go to the beach it takes half an hour because there are trains that take you and the drivers always wait a long time on the beach you cannot go there on foot because there is a road

Little free beach, almost all private. Very quiet, crystal clear water and golden sand.

Stayed at the hotel for my honeymoon. The hotel had some good features, like cleaness, but some details about it ruined the stay to me.

First and most annoying of all, they dont let the guests chose the temperature of the air conditioning. For some reason they think they know whats the best temperature for you, which lead to 3 terrible sleepless nights. The room was just too hot for us, we called to the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do for us.

Second awful thing about the room was the bugs, too many flies! My husband and I had to trap them in the bathroom, turning off all the lights in the room and leaving the bathroom door open with all the lights on to attract the flies! Super fun!

Other extremely annoying thing was that they gave us the last room on the 2nd floor, right next to a door used only by the staff to carry stuff out of the building. We woke up EVERY day to extremely loud noise of trolleys being carried and staff talking loudly right at our door!

Last but not least, the beach experience. If you dont book their "best" rooms, you are considered second class guest, and you'll have to stay as of the third row of beach chairs... which is pathetic! We stayed there once and didnt return to the beach. We did not come all the way here to keep looking at other people's necks and there was a looot of chairs available closer to the water. The same in the pool area...beautiful umbrellas and empty space for suite guests while the chairs and umbrellas for other guests are of worst quality and protect less from the sun.

I will never stay here again and will discourage anyone dear to me to do it! This hotel was a joke and a complete waste of our time and money! For 700 Euros per night, the experience we got was pathetic!

We stayed 4 days in August at the Chia Laguna Resort. Everything perfect: service, friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism of the staff, excellent buffet dinners.

A beautiful village, but dear. A cocktail, 14/18 euros seems to me exaggerated also because it is not of quality .. The quality of the food is medium, not bad. But if at breakfast you make me find the fruit invaded by gnats ..... the tired staff, ask and it won't be given to you. However beautiful sea.

The accommodation in the cottages is comfortable and welcoming. Booking in advance you can have reasonable rates.

We returned after 4 years and all the good things we had seen in the previous experience were confirmed. Upon arrival the manager and the restaurant manager came to meet us, recognizing and greeting us as old friends. All very pleasant. Top level restaurant and exquisitely kind and professional staff. A praise given that for the most part they are locals assisted by foreign personnel given the international clientele. High level structure and flagship of Sardinian tourism.

The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean. Staff helpful. Surroundings of the hotel arranged. It's just a little more expensive. The beach is beautiful about 800m (there is a train) I recommend visiting. It's even nicer here than in the photos

The water is low and very suitable for families with children, in the dunes you can admire the wild sea lilies that emerge from the sand amidst the juniper plants.

Paradise resort! The rooms are surrounded by greenery, with a view facing the Chia lagoon. The structure has all the comforts, from the Spa to the immense golf courses. If you want to spend an unforgettable time, visit it!

Beautiful village, with nearby beach accessible by shuttle. The only flaw is the overpriced extras and poor coffee, fluctuating buffet.

Service and food very bad! No problems with the room! The food is reminiscent of a large canteen and the coffee is included which tastes like soluble cheap coffee. The view is the only thing that was nice.

Resort beautiful and well cared for with a fabulous beach surrounded by nature is completed by the Chia Bay area where there are houses work with the dry stone and a private garden, some overlooking the bay where to keep company we also think the flamingos pink, here at night there are stellate that leave you breathless ...

Excellent structure, spacious and well-kept rooms, very clean, very kind staff. 5-star restaurant for breakfast with a wide choice, unfortunately the menu at dinner was too limited and fixed. Excellent offer at the bouganville restaurant all served buffet style and every evening different and typical dishes from appetizer to dessert. Spectacular sea services on the beach to be improved

Wonderful place both for the nature that offers and for the structure that is beautiful. Ultra friendly and helpful staff. The only drawback, although they have rooms equipped for the disabled, not the whole structure can be easily reached by wheelchair. Yes there are ramps but very steep so you have to ask the staff for help.

Chia Laguna is a very large structure, perfectly integrated into the territory where it is located, it respects the colors and vegetation. The beach, or rather the beaches, are beautiful with sandy coves in the machine of maritime firs and myrtle. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The restaurant meets all needs. Efficient service and friendly staff

Beautiful island with an unusual nature. The hotel is in a good way a modern village. The kitchen is at the level, the rooms strongly depend on the price. A good place for conferences and leisure with small children. The beaches are magical.

Cozy facility just a few meters from some of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. Nearby services, you can choose restaurants and pizzerias. It is located a few kilometers from the small but welcoming village of Pula. Ideal for couples, singles and families. You can practice many sports from golf to horse riding. The prices are medium-high, not for every budget .... But at least for a weekend you have to savor the scent and the flavors of this land.

I stopped by the bar to get a coffee and they treated me very well!

Classic tourist complex in a very beautiful area of Sardinia, with shops, ATMs, ice cream parlor and evening shows for children and adults. Also open to those who do not stay in the structure, the only night-time attraction in the area !!!

The place is very beautiful, the beaches are beautiful, the sea is an enchantment, the possibility of beautiful walks and the camping is great with services always super clean.
