He worked so hard to get us the best deal, even though we were such pains in the butt and made him crazy, he didn t mind at all. My feeling is that they would like to sell more new cars then service older ones. And the service price I was charged was full blown retail. Very dissatisfied

I went in last week looking for a 2017 Chevy Malibu. We dealt with Tom H. and couldn't be happier. He explained everything and made it a point to make sure we understood the entirety of the lease agreement. We left the dealership with a fantastic deal without any doubt that the staff did everything that they could to make us comfortable and informed. Leasing a top end Colorado and the CarPlay hasn t worked since I left the dealership 1.5 years ago. Have brought it in for service 3 times and have been told my issue is with my phone. Therefor I ve went through 3 new iPhones and still having the same issue. My phones seems to have an issue with any Chevy Model vehicle I attempt to use CarPlay but works no problem with any other manufacturers vehicles.

I would have understood a bit more if they at least tried to solve this issue (replace the stereo for starters) but they completed botched this in regards to customer service.

I dropped my car off on the evening Tuesday, August 4 for a check engine light. The next day the dealership did not have electricity and we received a phone call that the key was left under the front mat if we needed to get the car. We did not need anything from the car so we called Thursday August 6 and were told that they couldn't find our car, key , or the envelope we left in the drop box. We called on Saturday and were told they tried to call us. However they created a new drop envelope and had the wrong phone number. We were told our car would nit be ready until Monday at noon. It seems like there is a lack of communication in service. They also do not seem to be concerned about the happiness of their customers.

I just purchased my third suv from Todd at Chevy 112. Between myself, my father in law and my sister in law, this is the ninth car we have purchased from Todd. I don t usually write reviews but the service that he has provided for myself and my family members has been exceptional and I will never buy a car from anyone else. Dealing with Todd, I know that there will not be any of the typical headaches that usually come when buying a car. I have also always used the service center for my oil changes and routine maintenance, they are wonderful and their prices seem to be the best around. I highly recommend dealing with Todd at Chevy 112.

Do not go here. Bought a ford focus last summer, and had all sorts of problems, including transmission problems. Plus I went to another mechanic a week later and they told me that underneath the car there was so much body damage that it had to be replaced. Nissenger doesn't return calls, the warranty of the car is actually in somebody else name, the car shouldn't of been in the lot and not my transmission needs to be service again. Do not go there! They sell broken cars! And they do NOT return your phone calls, they are typical used car salesman.

When it came time for my mother to shop for a new car the staff at Chevy 112 made it easy and pleasurable. Austin Malkasian and Joseph Donofrio were extremely patient and professional during the entire sales process. My sister was so impressed that she ended up with a new car as well. Signing all the paperwork with Brian was simple and to the point. I will recommend Chevy 112 to all my friends and family.

Not helpful. My husband and I purchased a vehicle from them 2 months ago. We went in for a 2012 Chevy Traverse. We ended up getting a 2010 Chevy Traverse because the numbers were better for our budget. Before choosing the 2010 model we were shown a 2011 model. We gave it a test run and really liked it. The ride was smooth, the interior was nice and the tires were good not worn out. We return to the showroom from our test ride and they begin to crunch the numbers. All of a sudden the manager is yelling at the salesperson saying he was not supposed to show the car because it was not ready to be listed. So how did the salesperson know about the car and the price. Classic bait and switch. The manager tries to get my husband to purchase the 2012 model. The very same model that was above our budget. We decline and then they show us the 2010 model. It's been over 3 hours now. So the numbers work on the 2010 model, we like it so hooray we have a car. Fast forward 2 months and my husband is noticing the brakes are squeaking, the power steering is acting up and the switch on the backseat door to lower the back passenger window is not working properly. He contacts the dealership and because he is over just 1 day on the extended warranty he is told he will have to pay out of pocket. The service department was rude to him. He asked about a courtesy car since he uses the car to get to and from work and he gets no answer in return. He tells them he does not live in the area and nothing. So they are not trying to work with us at all. It's all about getting your money once they have it they are done. Unbelievable. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Stay away.

October 7th. We were treated professionally and without pressure to buy
or lease. They gave a great deal to my daughter with her lease and I purchased a car as well. They did everything and I drove my new truck
the next day. I highly recommend this dealership if you are interested

I worked with Kevin Beyer, who was a great guy! He and the manager were very helpful. I was looking for a used mini-van that could accommodate our family (taking our two kids back and forth to college) I found one in the price range we could afford. We were unhappy with a few scratches and dings and they corrected it all! When I picked up the van it looked brand spanking new! I was very happy with the finance department as well. $1500 down, a car payment we could afford, and overall, a NO DRAMA SALE!

I called Chevy in Smithtown and the salesman was so rude to me so i thought id give it one last try and i called Chevy 112 about a GMC Terrain i saw online and Chuck was VERY NICE & told me to come check it out. I went down the next day and bought a car! They gave me an incredible deal for a Chevy equinox and kept there word about everything, no hidden fees etc. I would go there again & again. I had my car (a 2009 Chevy Aveo with 86,000 miles on it) "serviced" on the two following dates:

September 11, 2015 - Faulty Exhaust Solenoid & Connector (Replaced) - Total: 643.29 (Total Invoice w/ Tire Rotation: 731.31)

November 25, 2015 - Puncture in Heater Hoses (Replaced) - Total: 446.01 (Total Invoice w/ Oil Change and Filter Replacement and Tire Rotation: 549.59)

On Monday, December 6, 2015, I noticed comparable symptoms (a plume of white smoke emanating from my hood--this time accompanied by a small flame) that were "resolved" by the aforementioned servicing of my vehicle.

So, in short, I paid a total of 1,280.90 in repairs and vehicle diagnostic checks for continued car trouble; and now I'm looking at a c. one-thousand dollar fee to repair this current issue.

(Note: My vehicle is currently being serviced by KIA off of Bohemia; however, I'm starting to lose faith in many of the big-name automotive service centers on Long Island. Also, I'll update this review to provide the specific issues and what has been allegedly addressed.)

Go elsewhere. (Where? At the moment, I don't know.)

I brought my car in on 03/17/2020 for an oil change and a shimmy in my left front wheel. I was told I needed a rim and tire which I told them to order on that day. On 03/23/2020 I called to find out the status and was told it was on it's way. On 03./26/2020 I called again to see the status and was told I'd get a call back which i didn't. on 03/27/2020 I called parts and found out it wasn't even ordered until the 23rd. Here it is 04/01/2020 and I still don't have my car. The General manager nor their owner returns any of my phone calls. This will be my last service there. How come Nick Illiminato, the Internet manager doesn't respond to me?

Top notch service department. Reed was awesome to work with. I have a 2013 Chevy Volt which most mechanics will not touch. Just did my 100k mike service and had damage repaired from a pothole. My car drives like new again. The dealer service may cost a little more, but you get what you pay for. Everything was done right in one trip. Thank You!

Visited 112 chevy on feb 27 looking to trade in my 2012 Equinox for a newer model. Bill S my salesman was very helpful and patient with me as my budget was a tight one. We decided a lease was best and was able to drive away in my new car 2 days later. Also received a courtesy call from Bill a few days later making sure i was happy with everything and offered his assistance with setting up the infotainment system for me. I scheduled an appointment to have the oil changed, the drivers side doors aligned since the bottom of the doors are not flush to the body and the Bluetooth has been acting up.

The only thing that was done was the oil was changed.
I was told that I would need to arrange on a separate visit to have the truck sent to the body shop to check out the doors. I needed the truck and I didn't have time to wait around. I should have been offered a loaner so I didn't have to make another trip.

ALSO: While I was waiting to pick up my truck there was another customer in the waiting area with a very large dog. The dog started to snarl and growl at me and then aggressively started to bark and lunged at me (This will sound a bit much to some people to understand but I was fearful for my life. The dog was big and the threat was real.) I went into the show room to calm myself but had to go back in to the service area to check out. When I returned the dog was laying on the couch in the waiting area where I had to pass to retrieve my truck. I asked the gentleman to hold his dog while I passed and went on my way. Two of the staff came out to go over the issues with the truck and asked me what had happened since they heard the dogs aggression towards me.
I don't blame the dog, due to COVID restrictions I was wearing a mask and I'm sure the dog was just being a dog and he didn't like the man behind the mask.
I think Chevy should reconsider allowing people bringing dogs into their building while people are required to wear masks.

I am giving a 3 out of 10 because only one of the three issues were addressed during my visit.

Anthony P. was up-front, honest, informative, and very helpful with the whole process. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and was extremely transparent every step of the way. This is my first experience having a salesman actually be honest and not play games and it was really a great experience. I will be sure to refer my friends and family to see Anthony. STAY AWAY FROM NESENGER CHEVY 112

On 9/2/19 I traded in my 2017 Nissan Frontier for a 2019 Chevy Silverado and part of the deal was Chevy 112 would pay off my last 4 months of the lease, which they did. Problem is they never reported this to Nissan and my Frontier sat in the Chevy lot until February 2020 and the only way I found out about this is by being harassed by Nissan. I called and spoke to 2 people in the Chevy 112 Finance dept, Russ & Oscar and was assured that this matter would be fixed. Well here it is July 8, 2020 and nothing has been rectified. I am now in collections because Nissan states that I missed January & February 2020 payments, my credit has tanked and I am now forced to retain a lawyer to fix this issue. I emailed the General Manager Oscar Guerra, the Sales Manager W. Stevens and the Sales Man Anthony Pavone on 6/30/20 and guess what? I have been ignored once again by this dealership. Do not use these people, do not go to this dealership. I will not be going back to them when my lease is up, nor will I refer anyone to them. I even attached a photo of my collections letter. I have made numerous attempts to communicate with Chevy 112 and no one cares.

Would never recommend. I brought my car in and I got it back even worse than when I dropped it off. I was told to bring oil receipts and than they would fix my car. I found receipts and they will not fix my car. My Camaro needs a 3rd engine. Chevrolet doesn't warranty their warranty work. I asked to speak with the general manger she was conveniently unavailable every time. I have even left messages and she hasn't called me back!! Will never buy or go to another Chevy ever again.

Absolute worse dealership ever! Don t fall for their scam! Purchased a 2010 Chevy traverse with only 38,000 miles on it. Was a complete Lemon car masked by a new timing chain replacement. Within 8 months the car needed work up to 5,000 dollars! We unfortunately moved out of town shortly after the purchase and could not bring the car back to New York for the repairs. The manager offered no financial assistance and told me to take it up with Chevy headquarters which you know would do nothing. I am now in a hardship paying off the work on this lemon car that was sold. Don t fall for their tricks like we did. Would like to see if someone from their department even follows up on this post.

Replying to you Nick, We did not have an extended warranty option to purchase on the vehicle. Stop lying for your awful dealership and I hope you all get exposed by the better business bureau. I went in to Chevy 112 on Presidents Day just to look but was willing to listen after having a good conversation with their internet manager, Nick, over the weekend. Unlike most car guys I ve dealt with, he seemed sincere and genuinely motivated to help me get out of the 2012 Equinox I was driving. When I got to the showroom, I was greeted by a salesman named Amro who immediately began working towards securing my business. He worked out all of the financials for me on a new Traverse and went to bat for me with his leadership to make sure I left with a deal in place. As someone who has spent 13 years in Sales myself, I knew he had chops as, after a couple rounds of back and forth, he asked me straight up if I go back and get me what you re asking, do we have a deal? . I gave him my word and he did what he said he would. After another round of dealings with their finance manager, Terry, I drove home that night with a brand new 2018 Traverse and, while it s only been two days, I couldn t be happier. Major Kudos to Nick, Amro and Terry for doing a great job of not allowing me to walk out without a deal in place and they did so without being anything but genuine and transparent. They have a customer for life now.
