This is the second camaro I have leased from this dealership and both times I have had the inconvenience of taking BRAND NEW cars in to be serviced. This time, the problem was transmission oriented. This should not be. As a matter of fact, during the duration of the 3 year leases I enter, I should never have to service the car besides oil changes and POSSIBLY brakes. Having said this, the staff was helpful because of the issues I faced with the brand new car and were sympathetic to the inconvenience of the situation. I honestly don't know if I will lease with this dealership again after leasing two cars and having two significant problems with the brand new cars.

Needed a Eqonox lease for my sister after visiting multiple Chevy dealers this was the last stop, or we moving to a different brand, due to the horrible run around and service. Walked in and met with Kevin J Beyer, at 9:00am with in 15 mins he spoke to his manager Joseph A. Donofrio between the both of them they not only met with our needs but exceeded them!!!!!! Hands down the best service ever received!!!!! They made it easier then ordering breakfast!!!
If your shopping for a car this is the only dealership to goto. Save your time with all the BS and come here!!

They 100% have the WORST service department. Every time I bring my car in for a simple oil change the next thing I know it has a mile long list of things that are wrong. Last summer I bring my car in for an oil thought everything went well was asked if I wanted a tire rotation done for 2$ so I agreed. My car was finished so me and my 2 small children start heading home about 20 mins into our drive home I hear my tires start rattling so I pull over to check it out and 5 out of my 10 lug nuts on my front 2 tires were all completely loose I could remove them by hand and 4 of them alone were on one tire. I call them up they send out a shuttle to get me and my children and a tow truck for the car. They fixed the problem with their top corvette guy meanwhile I drove a Chevy Cruze but ok. They offered me 3 free oil changes and a free inspection. When I bring my car in for that free inspection of course since it was free my license plate bulb was out I m sure because I was there for a free service so they had to make there money somewhere. My husband flipped and magically they were gonna take care of it which I m sure it was even out in the first place. Now tonight I bring my car in for an oil change and inspection mind you my car was perfect fine upon dropping it off. I get a call and my head lights out which cost 80$ the replace completely ridiculous and I was told my brakes were metal to metal and when I wasn t doing the brakes next thing you know they have 1 mile til there metal to metal but it s pass inspection. I bit the bullet and paid for the bulb just so I d past. When I when to pick up my car I started the car and checked the lug nuts as I always do just out of not trusting them from the last time and when I get back into my car I have a flat tire all the way down to 11 PSI and all my tires were perfectly fine upon dropping it off. Thankfully someone was still in the garage to fill up my tire. When I get my car home my husband starts hearing a hissing noise coming from this tire. My valve stem was loose and I don t really find this a coincidence but all my tires had valve caps on except this one that magically had a leak when it was perfectly fine the day before. I wasn t told about a tire leak when I spoke with reed on the phone about my magically broken head light and bad brakes. THIS IS SERIOUSLY THE WORST CHEVY SERVICE DEPARTMENT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I have never once picked up my car from them without something being wrong. If you can stay AWAY from this service department save your self the headache. And they only got 1 star just so I can leave a review they really deserve no stars at all and should honestly be shut down in my opinion.

Where do I start .. I guess I have to start off by saying Chevrolet 112 made it possible to get the car of my dreams. After totaling my car, the staff over at Chevrolet 112 specifically Anthony Pavone made the transition quick and easy into a new vehicle. That vehicle being a brand new 2019 Camaro SS 1le!!! I must admit I was not in the market for this caliber of a car but after sitting down with Anthony and going through the fun round around as you may call it, I could not leave the property without my brand new car. The process was Fun, Easy, Professional and overall a great experience! We all know of someone who had a bad experience with a car dealership! You will not have that problem here. Don t think twice when buying a new car! Go to Chevrolet 112 and ask for Anthony! You won t regret it!

Very helpful and friendly. The same technician worked on my car from a service visit 9 years ago. He did a great job then and did a great bjob on this visit. His knowledge on the vehicle and in this case the engine was impressive.

Just leased a 2019 Equinox from Chevy 112 and had a great experience. Steve Opatowski, my sales rep. was to the point, listened to what I needed and made the process effortless. My car was ready when promised, and all of the terms we agreed on a few days prior, remained the same without any surprises at the end. And in all honesty, I am not a person who leaves reviews and when I do, it means I was really happy with the service offered.

My experience with them was horrible from the min I picked up the phone to call them in march till today .. I cant even explain how bad of service they give you. I called to bring my truck in bec I was told something was wrong with the engine and they told me I can drop it off whenever but they wont look at it for a while bec they are busy. then after talking to corp they agreed to take it in.. ordered parts overnight with out asking me. then gave it back with out fixing what the serious problem was. I was given a rental car bec they don't have loaner cars an tell you its taken care of bec they don't. Then I was given my truck back as they closed an I get in it an notice they didn't fix the engine. I called for 3 days after that trying to bring it back an they asked me if I warmed it up an that's how its supposed to drive. finally they let me bring it down and they tell me they will call me.. 2 days go by and I don't hear from them so I call.. they say oh yeah.. we ordered a new engine and have to wait for it to be delivered.. thanks for letting me know! so by then ive had 2 rental cars and told they were taken care of. i get my truck back finally and its got paint that was sprayed all down the side of it that you can tell someone tried to wipe off it and the front bumper isn't on all the way. the hood is put on at an angle. today the guy at chevy told me all i have to do it take it apart an put it back together! really! So ive been called 2 times a month since may from the rental car place telling me they never paid the rental bill an that i will be charged for it and every month i call chevy and tell them an they lie an say its being taken care of or its going on today or this week.. ive heard it all..an now im being told that they wont cover it and they have no notes in the system saying they would.. oh how convenient of them. so as of now they wont do anything and i have over $600 in rental charges with my truck messed up and stressed out from the hell they have put me through since march! I will never own a Chevy again!

I had Bob Shortle as my salesmen. Shopping around for the vehicle that best fit my needs I did visit other dealerships. Bob seems to be the only salesmen that still believe in customer service. He took the time rather then tell me to look on line and get back to him as other dealerships did. I know its the computer age but old school is the best way !!!

I went for an oil change and ended up waiting for close to two hours! And saw 3-4 customers that came after me come and go before my car was done! I have several friends who've worked for dealerships so I know an oil change definitely doesn't take more than 15 minutes and I even anticipated waiting for 45 minutes to maybe even an hour but close to 2 hours is completely excessive! I had other plans for the day that were ruined thanks to Chevy! And I was told by friends from other dealerships that it was most likely because of my complementary oil change, since I wasn't paying any money I wasn't a priority which is disgusting because the whole reason I received the free oil changes were because of my terrible experience getting the car! This is my second (and last) lease with Chevy 112, I can't wait for my lease to be up so I never have to go there again! Always leave there with a bad experience.

Probably the worst I ever experienced. In the past 3 years I bought 3 vehicles from Chevy 112 adding up to 160k. I purchased an extended warranty for each vehicle. The warranty was a complete rip off. I had problems with my rear brakes on my 3500hd chevy truck. Steve in service gave me a quote to repair the breaks for $1100 to $1200 dollars I asked what the warranty covered and he said only the calipers and I would be have to pay for all the rest of the parts and labor. I questioned it and I asked how much is the warranty covering as in dollars he said about $400. I felt the whole job was to expensive so I brought it to a machanic I have used before. He did the same job with all GM parts for $1100 dollars. So I would like to know where the service guy came up with his price. If the warranty was obsorbing $400 worth of parts I should have been quoted $700 or $800. This really upsets me especially after I have been a repeated customer in the past 3 years. As for the service manager Steve he was rude in how he handled the whole situation and gave fauls allegations as for the quote and other things he said as in he told me the vehicle would be there for a few days. When he never said such a thing. Needless to say Chevy 112 will not be getting my business as for buying any furthe vehicles or fixing any of my vehicles if not 100% covered under the warranty wich I paid a lot of money for only to be told it will only cover part of the work.

Devan H came over and we told him what we were looking for and our budget. He took us outside and showed exactly what we were looking for and we bought it. He answered all of our questions and even the questions our kids had for him. He did not push us and gave us sometime to talk about things. Completely unreliable and untrustworthy. My car was totalled in January, so I went to Hyundai and bought an 08 Kia Sorento. It came with all sorts of issues. The check engine light was on so before I bought it and brought it home, their service department checked it and realized the fuel pump needed to be replaced. They gave me a loaner car to use in the mean time (because they wanted my business of course). Then a week later, I picked it up. Within the next month, there was loud buzzing coming from the after-market stereo system every time I hit a large bump or hole, and the air compressor needed to be replaced. These are huge problems... this car should have NOT been in the lot. I brought it to them to fix and I went without a car for five days, because they "didn't have any loaner cars", so I couldn't get to work for a week. Tried calling the pre-owned manager multiple times and he was impossible to reach. He won't return your phone calls. No one knew who to transfer me to whenever I called. Oh yeah, and had to take it to a shop again today because now it has an emissions leak. They sold me a truck with a gas tank that was SILICON-ED SHUT to temporarily fix the emissions issue. This is disgusting. I only got it in January, so THANKS NESSENGER!!! This dealership is an unorganized disaster, because it's Mazda, Chevy, and Hyundia as one - do NOT go here.

Their service department is HORRIBLE. Bring in my Chevy for service because it is running rough. Required TWO trips...along with TWO repair bills...to fix it. On the second trip, they told me the problem was "obvious". So why wasn't it "obvious" on the first trip?

Driving it home the second time, heard a rattle. Pull over, open the hood...the OLD sparkplugs are sitting on top of the engine! The mechanic left them there! No wonder it takes two trips to fix anything.

Called the service manager to tell him about. He says "Oh, just throw those out". Yeah; no kidding. Literally morons.

I recently purchased my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado from chevy of 112 in Medford. My experience was wonderful! From the time I drove by and saw the Silverado Black Widow edition on there lot up until this very moment I am very satisfied. I first had to make the phone call to Internet sales where I was greeted warmly by Donna. She then made the appointment with Thomas Hassan my salesman to come in early the next day. Tom made my buying experience a very pleasant one. He worked tirelessly to complete my deal. The next person whom I had to deal with was Craig in the service department. I needed to order a different set of floor mats for my truck and Craig delivered. All three had a hand in making my car buying experience great! I highly recomend dealing with the Chevrolet 112 Team! Having to wait 6 plus hours for an oil change and radio display update, because the person who scheduled the appt, put it in as a drop off instead of a waiting appt is totally ridiculous not to mention how unprofessional they are to argue and dance around fact that no one told me how long it would take. Well, as I drive with the air on and set to just come out the vents, my windshield continues to fog over ON THE OUT SIDE, which means the air is leaking up through the Defroster. My first time ever at this service department and it was my worst experience by far! I wait a week for the appointment, which that s fine I have no problem with. But I bring it in after a full conversation with a Service Advisor on the phone, everything changed after I actually dropped it off. I m told that I was suppose to bring paperwork for my warranty but was never told this on the phone. My understanding was that I was dropping it off, would have a loaner and be good to go. Long story short, Reed Speichler was totally unprofessional and basically told me too bad and was unwilling to help me out in any way! I will never go back for service because of this experience unless there is someone more professional and that can communicate much better. I ended up having to leave with my vehicle and no service done on it!

Edit/Follow Up: ***So after a long winded conversation with Fran Lagasi, the Service Director, the situation only got worse. She repeatedly defended Reed and at the end after almost convincing me to return, told me that if I don t take this review down, not to even bother coming back! I really don t recommend any one going there for any service needs! I can t even believe how unprofessional these people were. They are a perfect example of how hard it is to get good service these days especially when my livelyhood depends on my vehicle! They don t care one bit!

Hyundai 112 exceeded my expectations. I spoke with Donna who was such a huge help throughout my entire process in getting a new car. She stayed late from her shift to make sure I was taken care of. I cannot say enough about how great her customer service is. I felt so comfortable speaking with her about any of my requests and she never made me feel pressured. After receiving such great customer service from Donna she made sure I was taken care of by Vic who was another huge help. He was friendly, responsive and extremely accommodating. He worked around my busy work schedule and got a lot done without me being there. They were both able to help me get a car in the fastest and easiest way possible. I highly recommend them to anyone! Car shopping has always been super stressful for me and they made it so easy and enjoyable.

Once again Matt P and the sales staff went above and beyond to find my truck and deliver clean and ready to roll! I will see you guys in August to get my wife an SUV!

Just leased a 2019 Chevy Equinox and had a wonderful experience. The salesman, Lamelle, was not only knowledgeable but very personable and went the extra mile to help us with everything. We spent a weekend looking at our options, but the friendly atmosphere and our interactions with Lamelle brought us back. We couldn't be happier! Wow. Stay away from these crooks. Especially Ginger the Business Manager. She Lies like a rug! Don't believe a word she tells you and READ THE FINE PRINT! Better yet, have your Lawyer read the contract first! Even Better, stay away from them!

Bought a Used car recently and was offered an extended warranty. Declined the warranty and they said, well, you can only get it when you purchase the vehicle. So, why don't we just include it and if you change your mind, call me Monday and we will take it off!
Well, Monday came and we called, and Ginger said, come in Wednesday and we can change the paperwork, No Problem she said. Wednesday, I go there like she told me and she just happens to be off that day! After protesting, they called her cell and she said " Ooh I forgot", no problem, I will get you a refund! I said, I don't want you to refund it, you told me you would not even send the paperwork in until you got this taken care of, Ooh I forgot that too!
Now almost $4000.00 has been added to my finance amount and almost a month later, I am still waiting for the check.

No Returned Calls,
No Check, No Satisfaction

Oh and Best of all, The Used Car I bought STILL HAS THE FACTORY WARRANTY which I found out from the dealer and that is why I do NOT NEED the extended warranty!

I had my 2015 2500 HD serviced for the first time today. When I received the truck back there was a dent and scratch on the rear corner panel. I brought it to the managers attention and before she even saw it she said "we didn't do anything". I explained to her I just got the truck, this damage was JUST done while it was in their care. She then told me "this happens all the time, good luck". She then walked back inside. Service was EXTREMELY poor and staff was even worse, completely unprofessional and helpless. Im now stuck with $1500 worth of damage on my truck that I will relentlessly be calling consumer affairs, corp headquarters, and my insurance company. I RECOMMEND NOBODY GO TO CHEVY 112.

At the end of the day I called and was advised that my car was not ready because the technician went home sick. I can understand things happen but there was a lack of courtesy by not informing me. Fortunately, Mary did an excellent job of service recoverey by getting the part and providing me with a free car wash.

After speaking with the maintenance manager after my first experience, customer service had improved greatly. Once the work on my 2020 Colorado was completed, Courtney, a service advisor came over and explained what was done and if I had any additional questions of concerns be fore leaving. This time, completely satisfied. Thanks Courtney!!
