Brought my daughters car to be service I brought in for a check engine light, recall and inspection! They diagnosed the car need a water pump , thermostat and coolant lines So I agreed for the work to be done went to pick it up 5 blocks later check engine light comes back on we bring it right back they took it right in then they tell us a clamp was missing from a hose so we leave again we get to the light and tge car is bucking overheating so we bring it back mind you we never has a problem with it over heating ! So they have to look the car over get a call on Monday from Angela from service and she says the engine blow telling me it’s gonna be 7000. To fix I spike to Mary and says it’s our fault I said if the car was over heating how did we get it there , look at you cameras the car was not over heating we live 12.3 Miles from you ! It’s a month later no one wants to help me not the service manager no call from the general manager very very bad business

Had my car towed in for warranty work. GM provided an extended warranty on the transmission due to a manufacturer's defect. I was told up front that it would be at least a week before they could even look at it, which turned out to be true. Everyone in the Service department was always polite and professional. Service Advisor Reid kept me informed during the approximately 2 weeks they had my car and thanked me for my patience several times. Nobody wants to have their car laid up for 2 weeks, but they accepted my car on an emergency basis and never lied to me about how long they would need to keep it. GM covered the entire cost of the repair under a special 10 year 120,000 mi. warranty. My car is a 2009 with 106,000 mi. Excellent customer service by the dealership and kudos to GM for standing behind their product.

Chevy 112 was highly recommended by a friend. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by salesmen Steven Opatowski ( Steveo ). I informed Steveo that we had scheduled a test drive on a used Chevy Traverse. He took my information and with in a few minutes he had the car waiting for us. During and after the test drive Steveo went over the car with us explaining and showing all about the car. He even offered us lunch. As far as the financing goes we worked with Glen and Arnold. I explained my budget and payment that i needed to be at and they got me there. We also sat down with Marie and she took us through the insurance set up with ease. Also spoke to Rosanna and she also was a great help. And i can't forget Todd who helped with a situation that came up. He took care of it on the spot. This dealership and the people that worked with us are true professionals at what they do.
Over all this has been by far the best experience buying a car that i have ever had. I want to thank you all at Chevy 112 for your help. Look forward to my next car buying experience with Chevy112. I will highly recommend your dealership to everyone i know looking for a car.

I started with Chevy 112 by letting their service department take care of my 2006 Sliverado 2500HD. After 5 years of maintaining my truck in like new condition, I trusted them to sell me a 2013 Silverado 2500HD. Roy Maranda was my salesman and my dealings with him were top notch. No pressure. If he didn''t know something, he admitted it but went out of his way to find me the answer to my question. Chevy 112 gave me top dollar for my 2006 and gave me a great deal on my 2013. The service department has always been great. Thanks Paulette, Vinny and Nick. I have always had a great experience at Chevy 112 and will continue to give them all of my business.

I've been dealing with Chevy 112 over the last year and have leased four vehicles during that period. I prefer a straightforward approach. I'm familiar with the vehicles and my price range. I've been able to get what I want at prices I can manage. Salesman Kevin Beyer is professional and works with me rather than making the experience difficult. We keep it simple and I've kept coming back.

This is the first negative review I have ever posted. If I could give 0 stars that would be more fitting.

My car needed an oil change and the check engine light was on. I already knew from a local shop that the light was for a cam shaft position sensor. Easy fix, but this local shop didn't do that kind of work. I scheduled an appointment with Chevy 112 for Jan 3rd. I got a call the week before that they were super busy and needed to re-schedule. No big deal. We re-scheduled for Jan 5th and I re-arranged my work schedule. I arrived on time at 9:30AM on Jan 5th. Signed the forms and I was out of there within a few minutes. So far so good.

I got a bit concerned when lunch time came and went and I didn't get a phone call from them to say what work needed to be done. I called at 1:00 and spoke to a woman at the desk. She told me that the tech was currently working on my car, but she couldn't go ask him about it because she was the only person at the counter at the moment. She said she would call me back. She didn't.

I went back at 3:30 and walked up to the counter asking for status of the car. There was some scrambling while they tried to figure out who had my car. I was asked to have a seat and wait a few minutes. At about 4:00 the manager, Stephen McHone, called me up to the counter. He said "We're working on your car, but we don't have a diagnosis yet. You can leave it overnight with us or bring it back in the morning." He expected me to believe that they had my car for 6 hours and didn't know why my engine light was on. It only takes a few seconds to get a code. I didn't say anything to him. I just asked for my keys and was directed to the back of the building where my car was parked, engine cold, after sitting in that parking spot all day untouched. 2 different people at this place lied to me about my car being worked on.

I had 2 work days interrupted and I still need an oil change and my check engine light is still on. I will never go back here.

Bought a used car noticed after we left the brakes were not good. I was VERY pregnant at the time and went in person to talk to the head of service he told me the brakes were fine and he checked them. He would not replace them. I went to my mechanic who I ve been going to for years and he said the brakes are shot. They don t care about you here just your money.

Update: talked to someone about my review and was not a pleasant experience. Basically called to argue with me and not take any responsibility. Also kept asking why I waited to review for so long, and was very rude. Please don t go here, there are other Chevy dealers out there.

Suburban 2016, faultuy Antena, causing issues with water damage, GPS, onstar,o etc. Searched on internet, models from 2016 and 2015 have been recalled for the replacempent of faulty antenna, when called the dealer for appointment, asked the lady to confirm that it's a recall and no charge to me, she puts me on hold and confirms that it is a recall and no charge to me, and u can drop off the car, thursday night I drop off the car and Friday morning get a call that their is no recall, and the lady who gave the appointment didn't know, I said, that she confirmed me that it was a recall, they said they have to charge me for even diagnostic fee, I told them and refered to the internet search, that what the issue was, but they insisted on charging me, and I refused.
They didn't had to customer to read the internet search and co tact GM for the resolution.
I still have to deal with GM and find the solution.
Chevy 112, just wants ur money, they will not take an extra step for the resolution and customer satisfaction

Even though this was just an oil change, I have been fortunate to have had Mike work on it in the past. He is always extremely professional and clean. I have never had any issues with the work performed. Whenever you bring in your vehicle for service, I would recommend requesting Mike be your service technician.

I'm till talking to my coworkers about the incredible service we received. From purchasing the car to bringing it in for a repair, our experience was nothing less than wonderful. Honest salespeople do exist. Thank you Bob for your help purchasing the car! Great salesman! Brian in finance was incredibly professional and kind getting our loan. I am one to NEVER leave a review but this situation I've been dragged through is unreal. I own a 2017 Camaro SS 1LE with 17K miles. Chevrolet 112 has exclusively been my repair/maintenance provider for this vehicle.

I have lost track on my 17K mileage car how many times it has went into service.. ranging from solenoids, failed catalytic convertor, rear axle popping out, vehicle draining all of its oil out of engine, and now the NEWEST issue... The vehicle TURNS OFF intermitentely while driving, limiting power steering and losing all power to wheels.

The vehicle in 17K miles has spent roughly 30-40 days inside service shops.

This vehicle has now put me & my family in life threatening conditions, which I expressed very attentively to the Service Managers. I was told the issue did not exist the FIRST time. Then after driving home "LIGHT ON" car shuts off, brought back to dealer for the SECOND time. This time they "FOUND" the issue and reflashed something with the rear axle. On the drive home that very day AGAIN same issue, back to their store. THIRD time they tell me the issue does not exist. I told them they have to drop the car off at my HOME because it is unsafe to drive, they told me to DRIVE it. I told them I wouldn't put my life on the line. Few days later I drive the car, the car SHUTS OFF AGAIN! Now with a Check Engine Light, I bring it in for the FOURTH time ... they tell me it is a cam sensor solenoid or something like that... BUT they cannot diagnose the random car shutting off & "SERVICE REAR AXLE" light coming on. They tell me they have NO STORAGE and I MUST take the car back.

Now today after a week in FL I come home and drive my car again for the first time in 10 days, the vehicle has 10 miles since it was last in their service DEEMED "SAFE" no issues.

I take it into a local tire shop to replace my rear tires, after only 3 miles of leaving the tire shop. Vehicle SHUTS OFF AGAIN! "Service Rear Axle" I now own a car that my wife & daughter are scared to be in.. and I cannot reliably drive more than 15 minutes before the vehicle will sporadically shut off.

This issue is LIFE THREATENING, and telling a customer SORRY, IT SEEMS SAFE. Even when I brought proof EVERY single time Video & Photo of the vehicle doing this, one video with my daughter and I in the vehicle.

This raised no concern from the dealership, and extremely upsetting being told to drive my car home, due to storage/space issues. When it has a flaw that can LEAD TO POTENTIAL DEATH.

The service managers are working on this issue NOW/TODAY 6/26/2020 I will update/remove my rating depending on how this issue is resolved. I hope this message reaches the GM or Owner so we can work on a SAFE and HELPFUL RESOLUTION.

Not telling GM corporate that the vehicle is SAFE and REPAIRED. When the customer has photos and videos, and offered to show them of the vehicle acting up... even after they said it was repaired.

My families well being is not a negotiable when driving a vehicle and should be taken more seriously.

Also Notate: NEVER ONCE HAVE I HAD A LOANER OR OFFERED A LOANER.

I bought a Malibu in November and the dealership said that that that they owed me the all weather mats and auto start on the car, so I made an appointment on December 21st at 8 am for both.... I waited till 3pm to hear that they ordered the wrong auto start and when I asked about the mats they said they didn't have them in stock. I waited all day for my car for nothing, after that they said that would call me when the parts came in. 2 weeks later when I heard nothing I decided to call and see what was going on. mitch said he had no record of the order and would call me back about it, the next day he called me and said " good news the mats are here", I said what about the auto start, to which he said what are you talking about I don't know anything on that, you'll have to talk to Greg. He transferred me to him. He never picked up and I left a detailed message, to which he never called back. They are not worth your time go somewhere else. I'm still waiting for things on my car and all they do is give the run around. I'll never buy a car here again and no one I know will either, and I mean any 112 place because they are all owned by the same people.

I believe the salesman, Tom, made sure everything on my wish list was in this vehicle. Dealership (sales division) was wonderful. Salesman was very understanding and non pushy when it came time to buy my vehicle. I have no complaints about the sales department at Chevy 112 whatsoever.

The dealerships service department is another story and I do not believe that their problems are entirely their (the dealerships) fault. Due to Chevy offering so many free services (oil changes/inspections/etc...) for new vehicles, the service department is constantly swamped with vehicles needing servicing. Wait times can be quite absurd at times and as such I often choose to simply drop off and pick up my car just to avoid this. However, wait times aside, they (the dealership) are also rushing their mechanics and technicians to finish the work as quickly as possible to satisfy their customers in a timely manner. Due to this (and this is just an assumption on my part) fast paced mentality, certain things could be overlooked.

I brought my car in for my second free oil change and the cars inspection was one week expired. I had not noticed the inspection expiration and had failed to mention it when setting up the appointment. After dropping my car off, the service worker informed me of the great work Chevy does when I bring my car to them, they look the whole car over, very thorough, inspect everything, etc... They did not, however, take note of the expired inspection, I doubt they even looked at it. It was a one year old car so it did not even need a lengthy emissions test, it pretty much just needed a new sticker. Nothing was said to me about which leads me to believe that they did not look which is very odd for a company performing thorough inspections on every drop off.

I will have to book another appointment (usually about two weeks wait time) and bring my car back for a new sticker. Again, the fault is partly mine but I would like to believe that they might've taken the time to look and inform me of it had they not been so overworked and negligent.

I would highly recommend Nesenger 112. My salesman, Anthony Pavone made my experience a very satisfying one from the minute I walked into the door, he was not pushy, trying to get me to buy, answered all my questions (as a woman coming into buy a car can be quite intimidating without a man with me who might know more about what to ask). We finally came to a price we were both happy with (well mostly me lol) and when I came to pick up my car he had everything ready without it being a long drawn out process. I recently ( July 31st ) purchased a 2016 Chevy Silverado at Chevrolet 112. I had tried 2 other dealers before this where i felt i was bothersome to the staff, and felt dismissed. But when i walked into Chevrolet 112, I was greeted with a smile, and a friendly "can I help you?" from Thomas Hassan.

I was unsure that day of purchasing anything, and was considering keeping my 2007 Silverado. Tom was patient with me...and walked me through the lot, showing me literally every potential truck that I would consider, on a day that was hot, humid, and very uncomfortable.

He waited while i thought about my decision, and was polite, patient, and a gentleman. When i finally decided on the truck I was getting, Tom was quick, thorough, and knowledgeable. I left to grab lunch and some paperwork, and when i came back my truck was washed and detailed, and looked amazing. Tom had everything ready to go, and spent 20 minutes in the vehicle with me showing me every option. This is not service that I am used to when purchasing a used vehicle.

The truck itself is flawless. A 2 year old pick up truck that feels like a luxury vehicle. I use the truck for construction every day, and I get stares and compliments everywhere I go. I could not be happier with the vehicle, or Tom's service.

Truly a pleasure to deal with.

When I went into Chevrolet 112 I had my wish list with me and Kevin offered his help. I originally was looking for a used truck but there didn't seem to be any available with what I wanted. He took a look at my wish list and knew that there were Colorado's that had the extras I wanted. We took a look at the trucks outside and the colors (which was very important to me). I saw the Silver Ice Metallic Colorado and knew that was the one I wanted. Kevin was so helpful, easy to talk to and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. When the car became available, we were happy to find that the price quoted online was the purchase price. This was the easiest and best new car transaction ever experienced.
