This is how I got my truck back after they put a shock tower in. This is my 5th time here and they still can t get it right. The service department sucks. They did more damage then help. Use eagle Chevy good people great work

On 9/7/2017 I purchased a 2014 Mazda CX-9 with 48k miles on it for just over $21,000 from Declan in sales. On 9/16/2017 I discovered while underneath the car that the back end of the car was riddled with rust. Entire exhaust system was rusted out, rear brake system completed rusted. I reached out to Declan in sales whom put me in contact with Todd Favaloro the used car manager. On 9/20/2017 Todd called me to discuss my concerns. Todd stated it's most likely due to salt on roads on Long Island in the winters. When I explained again that it was only on the rear end of the car and that salt wouldn't only impact the rear of the car he told me don't worry they will take a look at the car and Todd will personally help me fight to get my concerns resolved. He asked me to bring the car in during the week to have them put it up on the lift. I asked Todd if the car which Mazda 112 purchased just over 12 months prior to me purchasing sat for any extended period of time on grass which would possibly be the cause. Todd told me they don't ever park cars on any grass that there entire lot is concrete. He said the only time a car goes on grass is on a Saturday when they would put a car out by the road on display but then pull it back off the grass. I called Todd on Monday 9/25/2017 and left him a voicemail explaining I planned to bring the car in on Tuesday evening for them to check it on Wednesday 9/27/2017. I asked on my voicemail to have Todd please confirm with me receipt of my voicemail. I never heard back from Todd. I brought the car in on Tuesday evening and spoke to Todd whom reiterated that they would put it on the lift the next day and let me know. While waiting for my ride to come pick me up I walked the rear lot at the dealership and was shocked to find cars in the back row backed up onto dirt/grass areas which was the complete opposite to what Todd told me. When Todd called me on 9/27/2017 to discuss looking at the car he told me it's basically just the exhaust that is rusted and that's not covered and a normal rust item on a car. At this time I asked Todd why he would tell me last week they don't ever park cars on anything other than concrete when the back row in rear of lot had numerous cars parked on dirt/grass. At this point Todd became hostile and told me I can talk to his attorney at this point and that I should just come pick up my car. I advised Todd that I would reach out to Mazda North America Headquarters and he said in a sarcastic tone great tell them I said hello and abruptly hung up the phone. After spending over $21,000 on a car to deal with someone like Todd whom from the sounds of it could careless about customer service is terrible. I would attach photos of the under carriage of the car however it doesn't look like that's possible. So much for Todd's commitment to help me out and very unprofessional to have your used car manager hang up the phone on a customer.

July 11 2019 Chevy 3 month old car air conditioning stopped working explained to service department that a child rides in the truck told them the temperature was going to hit 100 they could care less gave my wife July 25th 16 days in summer without ac no good
July 15th 2019 ? Your service department said the ac module was broken then tried to get my wife to take the car back without ac.
My car was telling me it was not in park so my car would not shut off while I was at work! So I called and had it towed to Chevy of 112 they told me it would take about 3 weeks or longer to even look at the car so just take my car back! I told them my car is brand new and I was worried about the car being left on and draining the battery the gentlemen at Chevy on 112 then told me to deal with it it s nothing he can do and it s not his problem! I will never go back to them or send anyone I know to them.

Electronic problem - my navigation system is no good, need to bring portable garmin to back up the system or you end up not reaching your destination. Problem - during the used of the navigation map it will turn black with repeating sounds or a CD can not be read..

My loan paperwork was done incorrectly requiring me to come back to redo and my new car was found to be leaking oil a day later requiring yet another return trip.
Beware: I was due a refund of $3,000.00 from Friday July 29, 2017 it is now August 8, 2017 and still have not received money. Unbelievable, and now I am told it will probably hit my bank in a few days.

"Its all about the experience", I guess not. They e mail you when your lease is coming due several times . Each time from a different sales rep, but when I e mail them back they never answer my e mail. Makes no sense. Then last week I left a message on there phone system to make an appointment , and I still haven't heard back from them. I guess the experience is too amazing to see if I could come in to lease another car.So today I went to SmithTown Chevy and got a 2020 Equinox, no problems. quick easy and out at a very fair price. Now that was a good experience. I wont be back to 112 and if this is how they operate no need to visit them.

It was great! I was immediately greeted at the door, but never felt like I was being "handled" in any way. The whole time I felt in control and *literally* ZERO PRESSURE. Our sales guy, Tom Hassan, was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a very aggressive goal and we knew it. We had visited a couple of other Chevy dealers (Buzz Chew and Smithtown to be specific) who both just dismissed our goal out of hand and reset the negotiation to astronomically high numbers. Tom didn't do that. He told us flat out that our goals were ambitious (we knew that) but promised to do everything he could to get near them. No smirks/faces. No comments dripping in sarcasm... true honesty and a willingness to try to help us as much as he could. And that's exactly what he did. We didn't get the numbers we wanted, but we also got more car than we were looking for. It was a win-win compromise which my wife and I are extremely happy with. We feel we got the very best deal on our car and it didn't feel uncomfortable at all.
Made a random stop at the Chevy 112 dealership one evening after work just to peek at a new chevy silverado. 3 hours later I owned one. One of the manager Frank welcomed me and introduced me to my salesman Lamelle, who was super down to earth and patient. Joe has also been delivering service after the sale like you could not believe. I really appreciated that. All in all, a very well run dealership. Check them out the next time you want to peek at a new vehicle.

Great service department. I didn't buy it from this dealership and yet they have always given me exceptional service. The manager Fran L is wonderful and fair. All the technicians are excellent but the one I find to get it done fastest and correctly on the first time is phenomenal. His name is Jim very fair and always diagnoses the problem right away. It's a great team there the service writers are terrific as well they don't try to sell you unnecessary service. Highly recommend taking your car here for service. Also if you are looking for a new vehicle they have a great selection of both new and used. I know people who have bought from them and been extremely happy with the process and the pricing.
Brought car in to get routine maintenance/oil change/tire rotation etc. Dropped off car on a Thursday night for morning service, and when I picked up the car (friday evening) I noticed damage on passenger rear. Cracked tail light, scuffs/scrapes and bumper has gouge; clearly my car was hit. Was told they have to review surveillance which couldn't be done until Saturday. I left the car, as told to by Frank Taravella, the Sales Manager. Saturday afternoon I called (since THEY haven't called me!)- told it can't be reviewed until Monday, was urged to leave car there. Come Monday - I'm calling again and told by Nick, that Ron would review the surveillance. I WAS NEVER CALLED BACK ALL DAY, and by 3pm we decided my husband would go there and call cops to file report for insurance purposes. The cops even pointed out that the tires were NOT rotated, despite the paperwork stating they were. Every call to them was unprofessional; they were nasty, vague and evasive. Specifically Fran Lagasi the Service Manager - look out folks - she has claws and doesn't have the word NICE in her vocabulary. I was never able to speak with Ron or get definitive answer about the surveillance. Multiple people flip flopped on telling me that they hadn't reviewed the surveillance, then they had reviewed it and found nothing, and then was told there was NO footage. They are standing by their disclaimer on the drop off sheet which states they are not responsible for damages. Does that mean they can hit my car and get away with it? They tried telling me that the car was checked in at 730 am with damage which means someone hit my car between a 7pm drop off (after hours) and a 7am service appointment while already in their lot. Police report was filed, and husband went there by 5pm. As of Tuesday, my car is STILL THERE and they are not taking responsibility, yet won't show us the surveillance or prove otherwise. Now this is my problem when I did nothing wrong! My car was hit on their lot, overnight, and no one seems to know anything about it. I want to see the surveillance, I want to know why I wasn't contacted by them when they noticed the damage (IT'S A LEASE), why there is nothing noted on the order about this "pre-existing damage", and if there was an multi-point inspection done how did it pass with a cracked tail light and they not think to call me? If they rotated the tires, why did the cop notice that WAS NOT done? If they drove the car 2 miles as stated on the report, why is it not notated in the total mileage, and when they EXIT the lot I would be able to see the damage. JUST THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, WORST DEALER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

My experience at 112 chevy was outstanding. The salesman Bob Shortle was nice and a pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions and was able to get the SUV we wanted.
Service department was extremely un-accomindating. Dropped my vehicle off at 7:30 am and did not receive any calls. I finally called at 5pm for them to tell me they can not properly diagnosis the problem and will need to keep it. I asked for a courtesy vehicle due to being a travel nurse and having patients who rely on my care the next morning. I was told that since that the problem has not been diagnosed, I could not be granted a car unless it is diagnosed and put through the coverage insurance and approved! Yeah, if they would have called me earlier I would have had another nurse pick up my cases. Horrible communication. What dealership don't provide courtesy vehicles.. Never again. Love Chevy, but will not be back to service at patchogue locaton.

The salesman lied about prices of what he was giving us. Then when I talked to the manager he backed him up 100% Examples: The salesman said he was not charging us for the Black paint up charge $225 found out later it was only $177 the dealers cost that they were giving us. He also said he found a $275 rebate that he could apply to the Trax, which did not happen because there was no rebates on the Trax. Which all adds up to $500 which when we bought the car was on the bottom of the invoice so I thought we were all good. The next day I received a card in the mail about Nessengers past customer rebate of $500 so called to find out why I did not get that the day before. They said I did it was at the bottom of the invoice. So what happened to all the salesman promises. Also lots of mistakes they had to correcting, nothing went smoothly. Oh yes this is the 4th Chevy I bought from them and it will be the last.

I called to get a repair for my wipers that stopped working and spoke to Lori. She said to drop it off that afternoon and she would Call me the next day. I went to the dealership that afternoon and saw Angela & Lori @ the service desk. They told me it would be ready and would call me the next day if they stocked the part.That same day Angela contacted me & said it was done. What a surprise ! GREAT JOB to them & the tech that repaired my vehicle so quickly. There was a woman that came out of a side room while I was waiting to sign in and said somebody take care of this gentleman immediately. They really run a very efficient operation. I just had a purchase of O2 sensor for my truck like everyone else you trust the Chevy dealer right ? WRONG !!!
When I took the sensor to my mechanic he open the box and he said haha they sold you a used sensor !!!
And I brought it back. The guy at the counter (then he says he is the parts department s manager) was very rude and he was kinda yelling at me saying that I do not know what I am talking about.
After 15 minutes of back and forth he finally agreed to take the return. There are many Chevy dealers around and they all try to do their best but Chevy 112 is NOT.

Although we started out quite frustrated with trying to get some questions answered from the dealership about the Trax we ultimately bought, the experience changed to a very good one once we got together with a little help from our salesman from a different brand / same owner dealership we bought from last time. From that moment on, all our expectations were met, I love and am very proud of my new Trax, and they exceeded my expectations on price, finance time, and the overall experience. I can't wait to show my new Trax at work and tell them about Chevrolet 112!

It didn't start out good in terms of service. I bought a used gmc terrain denali from chevy 112. The process from sales to financing were good however after 1 day I noticed a shake in the steering wheel when braking. I set up an appointment for Saturday 8am approximately a week later. Someone called to verify the day before. I show up to be told that the used car technician wasn't there. Ok my time is valuable. I'm a nurse with a complicated schedule. It's not my responsibility to make sure a particular tech is there to service my car and I shouldn't be told that it's not my concern. Then I get " can you bring it on monday" people can't just take off work on a whim. This is not good business and in all my years I've never had that happen. I go to have my car serviced to be told it can't be. How would anyone feel about that? Not good for sure!
Internet group was extremely helpful. Courteous and professional team. I already recommended them to my family and friends and they have purchased vehicles too. Positive experience end to end. No pressure...they were great!

Was first looking at 2020 Blazer with Billy S. He was awesome. Unfortunately it was too long as I have driveway space constraints. Had reservations of the Trailblazer. Although I liked it a lot, was afraid of the 3 cylinder engine. Called Billy to tell him I was coming in next day, but he said he was off. Came anyway, working with Bob S. Test drove the Trailblazer, loved it, and put a deposit down. Was late in the day, and Bob said could come in next day for finance prep, but he was off. Wrote his name and Billy's on the sheet. Next day, came in, and Billy did the finance paperwork. I said sorry he was off yesterday, but at least he can split the commission with Bob. Billy said no, it was Bob's deal now. I felt really bad. Does not seem fair as he did just as much work. So got the SUV next day. Bob closed the deal, and showed me the SUV. He did not seem all that familiar with how the controls worked. For example,I definitely said I did NOT want the car to shut off at stops. First red light, it shuts off. Enough said. I recommend Billy highly for anyone else coming in looking for a Chevy.

Met with Benny today and purchased a Chevy Colorado Midnight edition pick up truck. He was very helpful. He didn't try to pressure me into anything and gave me all the numbers and options I wanted upfront without any questions asked! It was because of this is why I went forward with the purchase. It is truly hard to find a normal person who isn't trying to force you into a purchase in the car sales business. If you are looking for a low pressure Salesperson then Benny is the guy. Frank the sales manager was also very helpful and easy to work with. There were no hidden fees and they did everything they could to do to get me in the exact pick up truck I wanted. This included pricing out 3 vehicles and test driving two. I would suggest giving them a shot. Ask for Benny!

There was a disagreement about whether something should be covered by warranty or not. All of the Chevy literature said to contact my dealer for a copy of the warranty. When I asked for a copy of the warranty, the staff refused to provide it. The head of the service department (Reed?) continued to be evasive for more than thirty minutes talking about any other topic, but still not providing a copy of the warranty. Customer service was horrible and not only will I never be going to Nessenger 112 again, I will never purchase another Chevy, or anything by GM. The transaction could have taken five minutes if employees provided the warranty as Chevy states they are supposed to. We could have paid, left and everyone would be satisfied. Instead, I will remember this experience and never return.

Julio at Chevrolet 112 did an unbelievable job detailing my 2012 Nissan Altima what magic he did n this car he works in the detail department what a asset to this company he is really Meticulous about his work the car look showroom condition thank Julio for caring and the hard you put into my car.
I on August 2nd I went to pick up my truck after I got an oil change, I noticed a big dent in my bumper, in fairness at this point I was not sure if it happened here or somewhere else but all I can say I washed it the afternoon before and it was not there. So I spoke to Steve in the service department and explained the situation telling him not sure when it happened and I showed him the dent in my truck and he immediately got very defensive and gave me a bunch of reasons why there is zero chance that it happened there. I did not want to argue with him and I asked if there was cameras to simply validate that there was a dent there prior to me pulling in the parking lot and he said yes there were I would just have to call back the next day and speak to his supervisor, and to call him and he would transfer me to her and she would resolve my issue. Well I called steve the next day and he said he or his supervisor would call me back ASAP, well I never got a call back. I called back the next day and same answer...they will call me back ASAP. It is now 10 days later and I have not heard from Chevy 112. So I am now convinced that they did indeed put the dent in my brand new 2016 Chevy Silverado and I would never recommend them to anyone and they should be embarrassed because either they dented my truck and now I am responsible for the damage or they didn't but they knew I was very upset by this and they did not even care enough to give me a call back, and you tell me how much do they trully care about there customer. I feel they damaged my truck and they hoped I would not notice...very classy Chevy 112.

Worste customer service I have ever dealt with in my entire life ! Never again will I buy a damn Chevy! Need one part but OF COURSE my year car has two different manufactures and two different front lower engine mounts and they couldn't help me at all besides tell me the part cost over 3x its value at AutoZone ! Never in my life have I dealt with such bad customer service, between the guys attitude and non willing to help I wouldn't rate this place with 1 star and would recommend to everyone I know to never deal with them !!!
